Reston Car Shipping

For a sedan on an open carrier, budget $350 to $550 to or from New York, $550 to $850 to or from Columbus, $800 to $1,150 to or from Nashville, $850 to $1,100 from Orlando and $1,350 to $1,800 from Los Angeles. The Orlando and Los Angeles bands are for cars coming into Reston, from our own open-carrier orders since 2023; the other three reflect similar distances booked between September 2025 and August 2026, and the calculator quotes your exact car and dates.

On the shorter routes it usually can. Counted from loading, New York is one day on the truck, Columbus and Nashville 1-2, Orlando 2-3 and Los Angeles 5-7. The pickup itself generally follows one to three days after the car is ready, so booking it for your last days at the old address lands the car in Reston close to your own arrival.

No. The clusters park in shared courts, the lanes curve under trees, and the association keeps commercial rigs off residential streets. We meet at a Wiehle lot, a Town Center garage entrance, or the cluster entrance, minutes from any address, and the driver calls when they are twenty minutes out.

It may, so check the package terms first. We can invoice you for reimbursement or invoice the relocation company directly, whichever the package requires, and the signed inspection at delivery documents that the move was made.

You bring the car down from the garage to the meeting point, since a car hauler cannot go into a parking structure. Town Center residents can meet the driver at a surface lot on the Wiehle side or at a Reston Parkway lot, a short trip back to the building, and delivery runs the same way in reverse.
