Transport Coordinator
Customer Service - Coral Springs, Florida - Full Time
- Answer inbound calls and emails about quotes, bookings, pickup and delivery status, and order changes
- Give customers accurate pricing information and status updates, and resolve issues quickly
- Enter and maintain orders, quotes, and delivery confirmations in our CRM
- Serve as the liaison between customers and the carriers delivering their vehicles
- Escalate courteously to a manager when a situation needs one
- Share ideas that make our customer service better
- A clear, articulate speaking voice and excellent phone etiquette
- Problem-solving and organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment
- Computer literacy; customer service or sales experience is a plus, not a requirement
- Availability for variable shifts, including some evenings, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent, and successful completion of our training

Sr. Freight Transport Coordinator
Sales - Coral Springs, Florida - Full Time
- Own retention and growth for a defined book of business accounts
- Quote lanes, confirm bookings, and manage pickup and delivery communication end to end
- Serve as the liaison between your customers and the carriers assigned to their vehicles
- Keep orders, quotes, and status updates accurate in our CRM
- Spot risks and expansion opportunities inside your accounts and act on them
- Escalate cleanly when something needs a manager, and bring ideas that improve how we operate
- Clear, professional communication by phone and email
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently
- Comfort working across spreadsheets, CRM software, and standard office tools
- A team-first attitude with a customer-retention mindset
- Prior transportation, logistics, or B2B account experience preferred but not required
