Arlington Car Shipping Off the Metro Corridors and Outside the Joint Base Gate

Ship A Car, Inc. arranges door-to-door vehicle transport for Arlington, the county across the river from the capital, where the high-rises follow the Metro from Rosslyn to Ballston and from Crystal City to Pentagon City, the Pentagon and the joint base fill the ground along the river behind their gates, the national airport sits on the shore with the flight path over the towers, the older neighborhoods keep their bungalows on streets with a car at every curb, and I-395 and I-66 carry the traffic in and out of the District. The carrier we put on an Arlington move is licensed and insured, and it passes our vetting before the assignment is made.

Trucks reach the county on I-395 and I-66, and the lots on Columbia Pike at Glebe Road, along Route 1 at Crystal City and on Glebe Road near I-66 give a 75-foot rig room to load a minute off the main road. A rig that size cannot go into a high-rise garage, is barred from the George Washington Memorial Parkway, and may not enter the Pentagon reservation or the joint base, so tower residents meet the driver on a side street the building agrees to and base families meet it at a lot outside the gate, both fixed when you book. On the bungalow streets the truck comes to the door where the curb leaves room, and the rush hours decide the hand-off time. We ship cars for military and federal transfers working to a report date, for travelers who want delivery timed to their flight, and for families leaving for a posting elsewhere.
