Step 1

Instant Vehicle Shipping Quotation

Start by getting an immediate quote from our online vehicle shipping cost calculator, or call us directly at (866) 821-4555 to speak with a shipping specialist.

* TIP – Don’t forget that you need to know the type of vehicle you need transported along with the pickup and delivery locations prior to commencing the quoting process.

Step 2

Book Your Shipment Reservation

Now that you received a quote and all of your transport terms have been agreed upon, you are ready to book your vehicle transport. Use our secure online booking form or call your shipping agent on their direct line to secure your transport.

No payment is due until your vehicle is dispatched to a carrier, but don’t forgo signing the transport contract to complete your vehicle shipping reservation.

* TIP – Refer to the shipping quotation email you received to get both the secure online booking form link as well as the direct phone number for your shipping agent.

Step 3

Vehicle Dispatched to a Carrier

Your vehicle will be assigned to the carrier that can best accommodate your route, timeframe and price. Now that you have agreed to the assigned carrier, initial payment will be due to secure your spot on the carrier’s truck.

Your transport coordinator is ready to answer questions about our secure payment options and/or financing options… Just give your agent a call on their direct line to discuss the options available to you.

* TIP – You will only receive detailed information on pickup and delivery times and locations, including driver information once the contract has been signed and you have agreed to the assigned carrier.

Step 4

Vehicle Pickup & Vehicle Delivery

On the day of pickup, your trucker will arrive and both of you will inspect your vehicle together and sign a Bill of Lading. Your vehicle will be safely loaded onto the truck and will begin heading to the destination.

Upon arrival at the destination, your vehicle will be safely offloaded. After a final inspection of the vehicle is completed and everything looks good, you’ll simply sign the Bill of Lading to accept your delivery. Final payment will be made to the driver and they will hands over the keys.

* TIP – Make sure to take a minimum of 4 pictures of your car (front, back, driver side and passenger side) before your driver gets there.
