I used Ship A Car to ship my car from California to Chicago, I had never shipped anything before so naturally I was a little weiry but I came across Ship A Car after looking at other companies and I thought why not call, Turns out it was the BEST call I made, Very Very nice people, explained everything to me, always took my calls, always answered my calls, my car reached it's destination on time in the same exact shape as when it was picked up... They're the absolute best.

We strongly recommend contacting a shipping company directly. For the $225 fee we had little or no communication from pick-up (we were able to find the name/number of the driver we were told was going to pick up our bike -- but he was unaware he was supposed to pick it up and wouldn't have on the scheduled day had we not contacted him) until delivery unless we initiated and tracked down individuals, most of who were drivers and unable to assist us as to located the bike and determining a deliver date. The estimated delivery date was off by a full week and attempts to find a more accurate delivery date was unsuccessful (though we did manage to contact a driver that left the bike in Oklahoma City -- though courtesous and wanting to be helpful, couldn't help us). We received less than 24 hours notice of delivery. Finally, even the payment instructions were in error so that when the bike was finally delivered, the form of payment (a cashier's check as we were instructed to prepare) was not correct. We ended up paying by credit card, not a problem, but seems like a simple detail that a brokerage company should be aware of. Instead, we wasted time one evening to go to our bank to secure an unnecessary cashier's check. My advice? Bypass this broker company and contact shipper directly. We gained no advantage or service worth the $225 on top of the $525 to ship the bike. We could have saved $225 OR spent the combined $750 on renting a truck, fuel and one night hotel to transport it ourselves with more predictability.

I just had three cars shipped from the Dallas area to the Nashville area. My experience was amazing from the moment I called and spoke with Kristina to my cars being delivered. I can’t stress enough what an amazing experience I had.

Ship A Car has been great. We've used them multiple times. We've shipped my cars back east multiple times for various trade shows, and then we've had them returned. They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

I called Ship a car to get a quote on a car transport, I got forwarded quickly to Bob who was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful with the entire process. He promised me a ship date and arrival date and he was spot on no issues. Car got delivered perfectly and professionally. He called me during transport to update me and a couple times after to follow up with everything. Will definitely use them again in the future and will let anyone else know about this service if they need it.

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won’t use anyone else.

Miguel got the job done. I had to pass on the 1st shipper he found because no one would be at the other end. Found me a 2nd carrier who got the car from Maryland to NM in 3 1/2 days. This is 2nd time I have used ship-a-car. They tell you upfront how long it might take. Not the case with some other shipping agents.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. Have to admit, I was nervous because I was the one that made the arrangements for my husband's 2003 Harley Davidson Heritage Softail Classic to be shipped from New Jersey to Florida. She started the process to move my classic 1976 CB400F Honda,and managed it every step of the way. Even when challenged with availability of drivers during the Memorial Day period, Fernanda provided periodic updates, while she diligently worked to secure a driver. The driver was excellent and worked both ends of the process professionally, and the bike arrived exactly as it was when it was picked up. Buying out of state can be stressful enough, you add shipping to the equation and it can make the strongest person fall to pieces. That's why you need a person like Bob Moran. He takes the hassle off your back! He handles everything from getting you the best price to coordinating all of the details with the transport companies. My experience was top-notch to say the least. I received the car the same week I purchased it. It arrived on-time and without any damage. It can be really frustrating dealing with trucking companies. Transport companies have very little patience and communication skills to deal with vehicle owners direct. The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. Stars and stripes was one of them. could not move my VEHICLE for 12 days This company found me a driver in 1 day ..he delivered 1 day EARLY ..janet ..explained in detail how shipping a vehicle works ..she walked her talk and followed up....very pleased with entire process ..will definitely use again..

This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. Called Ship A Car and taliked with Quintin Putnam he reasured me everything was going to good. Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

Excellent service from this shipping company today. After my approval, my boss used the team, so I was a little worried but they managed it pretty easily. My car was shipped from Florida to California and she walked me thru every step of the way. I would most certainly use Ship A Car and Meredith again This was the first time I had ever shipped a car.

I recently purchased a truck for my daughter in NJ and needed it transported to her in Florida. Bob was very easy and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. The truck arrived (safely) exactly when and where they said it would, and the carrier was dependable and vey responsive. Ship A Car was used to facilitate a boat shipment from NJ to Florida. The quote was $1200 and I accepted to get transport within a 2-day window pickup. My ShipaCar rep Paul Sinclair contacted me and stated he had found a driver, but the driver was requesting an additional $50 for pick-up..I agreed to get the boat picked up and remain on schedule. The boat was to be picked up on a Monday or Tuesday and was instead scheduled for a Wednesday pick-up around 1 pm by the driver. Marina owner waited and no one showed or called. Thursday afternoon came and the driver was still a no show and I was contacted by the Marina owner. I contacted my Ship A Car rep and was told he would check with the driver and contact me. No call ever was made back to me by Ship A Car and I ended up contacting the driver myself. He stated he was running late and would be able to pick the boat up first thing Friday morning...I informed the driver I had paid the extra $50 that rep requested from me for the driver to facilitate transport as requested. The driver stated he did not request any $50 increase for shipment as it was posted as $1000 and he had accepted the offer as posted. I contacted Ship A Car, Inc. as the marina owner contacted me stating no one was there Friday morning and had to leave. I received no call back from Ship A Car rep Paul Sinclair as the lady answering the phone told me he would call as soon as he was off the phone with another customer..The driver contacted me around 10:30 am saying he was there and waiting to get the boat. Marina owner arrived and the boat was loaded onto a multi-car vehicle with boat trailer wheels off transport vehicle ramps and being supported by boards under axles and transported. I never received a returned call from Ship A Car rep as I had questions not only of why I was not informed of any shipment delay but also of the driver stating he never asked for the additional $50 amount Paul Sinclair had stated was requested by the driver. Needless to say, Never again will I use this company as they pick a carrier and leave you to deal with any transport issues and possibly lie to get more money from you by blaming transport drivers for up charges. Since I had to constantly intervene and contact the driver myself for answers, I was better off using a self-service company so I could have picked my own carrier and skipped the middle man ShipaCar. Once Ship A Car, Inc. received their $250 deposit I basically was on my own anyway.

I shipped my car from Oregon to Pennsylvania and throughout the whole process the staff were excellent. The booking agent, Janet was helpful, fun and aleivated any anxiety I had. She was in communications throughout the process. She made me feel like a valued friend. The truckers were also excellent. They communicated well, were conscientious and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this service.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. I would 100 % recommend this company to anyone and ask for Jospeh because he is the best!!!!

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

Really great service. Friendly and professional. Cody was a great help. I need a car shipped from Arkansas to Arizona as I was towing another car myself. Called up Ship a Car Inc. and they gave me a quote over the phone. Their quote was more expensive that the instant quotes the you get bombarded with, but they lay everything out for you over the phone and in contract. My car was very well taken care of. The driver kept in contact with me and delivered right on time. If i need a car shipped again, im using Ship a Car Inc. Thanks again guys.

Ship a Car will certainly be used for any future business. Before using Ship a Car I tried Uship. Being around the christmas holidays it didn't look good shipping a truck cross country. Within 24 hours I recieved a good bid and immediately was scammed by an alleged hauler that cleaned out my bank account.

Dana was a great representative. She knew texting was best for me and accommodated my request for preferred contact. She understood my timeline and was very patient with me. The carrier showed up at my door in Florida to pick up the motorcycles on time and put them in my garage in RI, parked and cared for perfectly even before I arrived home. I watched Mike secure our bikes on the truck. He was very tolerant and patient with us. I would highly recommend them and will use them again for our motorcycle transport.
