Barre Car Shipping in the Granite City Off Exit 7

Ship A Car, Inc. arranges door-to-door vehicle transport for Barre, the granite city where the quarries on the hill above town cut the stone for the monuments of the country, the sheds along the river still carve it, the cemetery at the top of the hill is a gallery of the carvers’ own work, Main Street runs through a downtown of granite storefronts, the hills climb steep on both sides of the valley, the hospital sits on the hill in Berlin at the interstate, and I-89 exit 7 is five minutes down Route 62. Whether the car loads on Main Street below the hill or at a plaza near exit 7, it goes only to a licensed, insured carrier we have checked before assigning it.

Trucks on I-89 between Boston and Burlington reach town with a short run along Route 62 from exit 7. A 75-foot rig loads in the lots along Route 62 near the exit, at the plazas on the Barre-Montpelier Road or on North Main Street, but it cannot climb the steep streets on either side of the valley. On the flatter streets in the valley the truck comes to the door; a hill address with a steep drive meets it below on Main Street or Washington Street, and a dirt road in the hill towns meets it where the pavement starts, with the spot settled when you book. We arrange moves for hospital hires with a start date, families sending a car to a grown son or daughter in another state, retirees coming home to the granite city, and Montpelier households next door, and in winter we leave room for the odd nor’easter that holds a truck for a day.
