I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

I recently purchased a truck for my daughter in NJ and needed it transported to her in Florida. Bob was very easy and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. The truck arrived (safely) exactly when and where they said it would, and the carrier was dependable and vey responsive. Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. Ship a Car arranged the transport of my vehicle from Atlanta GA to Portland OR in October 2018. The whole process occurred exactly as planned with no surprises and no drama. My agent, Dana Briones, was professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive.

We used Ship A Car Inc. to transport a customer vehicle from Kansas to our shop in Denver, and back to Kansas. We couldn't be happier with the service the company, and specifically transport coordinator Gary Wiatric, provided. Price was very competitive, transports were arranged and completed within a handful of days both times, and the vehicle did not experience any damage or other issues on either leg of the journey. Highly recommended, we will be using only this company for future vehicle transports.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Bob did a wonderful job of making my transport work for ME. Moving across the US from one coast to another is really stressful. Bob coordinated my auto pick-up so we could use the car to take our luggage to the hotel at the airport where we were flying out the next morning. The driver that came to pick up / load the vehicle was incredibly kind and flexible as our "last day at the old house" got a little crazy. Then the car arrived even earlier than expected on the other coast! I would recommend Ship A Car inc to anyone needing auto transport. These folks are everything they are cracked up to be. The experience from my initial conversation with Chris to the pick-up driver, Sergey, and our delivery driver "Jim", was informative, reassuring, prompt, and EASY. Not the cheapest, or the most expensive by far, and as carefree as shipping your favorite son's prized motorcycle could possibly be. BTW, the bike was delivered late, by 2 MINUTES! I lie, it arrived when the driver said he would arrive, and in the same condition it was shipped in. The whole group was great. Highly recommended.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. I found Ship A Car in a Google search, quickly checked their references and reviews and called. I spoke to Willie Dublin and he got on it immediately. He scheduled a pick up for the same afternoon and my car was delivered the next day in exactly the same condition as it was in when it was loaded the afternoon before. They met and exceeded all my expectations for customer service, price, performance and efficiency

Both the seller and I has scheduling problems of our own. Lisa was very helpful and accommodating in arranging the shipping. This was the second time I used Ship A Car. Both shipments were on time, with no problems. I'd use them again.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !
