About the Kansas pricing shown here: it is a set of middle-of-the-market bands for standard sedans on open carriers from Kansas lanes booked since 2023, as of September 2026, and season, fuel, corridor, and vehicle size all move it, with western Kansas addresses priced on the agreed meet point. Your calculator result is the price we book.
Two Corridors Carry the State
Kansas shipping runs on a T laid on its side: I-70 straight across the state through Topeka, Salina, and Hays, and the I-35 diagonal down the Kansas Turnpike from Kansas City through Wichita toward Oklahoma and Texas. The Kansas City market is the quiet giant here, drawing carrier capacity from both sides of the state line, and Johnson County addresses enjoy some of the fastest pickups in the Plains. Wichita anchors the south with lanes of its own.
