Door-to-door Horace car shipping south of Fargo, with new streets met at the entrance, deliveries timed to closings, and gravel section roads met at the pavement.
Ship A Car, Inc. arranges door-to-door vehicle transport for Horace, the small city on the south edge of the Fargo metro where the subdivisions of the past decade have reached the section lines, the Sheyenne River runs the west side, the diversion channel is being dug across the fields to keep the whole valley dry, the old grain elevator marks the original village, County Road 17 carries the commute north, and I-94 is fifteen minutes away. A car going to or from the new subdivisions travels with a carrier we have vetted and confirmed as licensed and insured before it is assigned.
The town sits on the south edge of the Fargo metro, fifteen minutes from I-94, and a 75-foot rig loads a minute off the ramp at the lots along 52nd Avenue near I-29 or on Sheyenne Street near I-94. On the finished grids the truck can come to the door, while a subdivision still under construction meets it at the paved entrance and a gravel section road meets it at the pavement, at a spot agreed when you book. Work on the diversion channel closes a county road now and then. We ship cars for families closing on a new build, two-car households arriving for the schools, metro hires who chose the town for the room, and Fargo households moving out for a bigger lot. Winter on the open prairie south of the metro is built into the schedule from November to April.
Speak with a coordinator now at (866) 821-4555 for pickup at any address in Horace, West Fargo, Kindred, or south Fargo, or request an estimate by email through the quote calculator.
Our North Dakota car shipping guide covers the statewide routes, seasons and pricing for moves that start or end on the newest streets in the metro.
Where the pavement stops at a subdivision entrance and equipment is still working inside, a loaded rig stays out, so we set the meeting point at the entrance when you book.
A new-build closing can slip, so we time delivery for after you get the keys, and an early word to your coordinator lets us plan around a date that moves.
The quote calculator emails an estimate for a Horace move from your route, car and dates, and a specialist calls to confirm the price. One person coordinates the order from the first call until the car is inspected at delivery.
At the south edge of the Fargo metro, Horace sends its commute north on County Road 17, and I-94 is about fifteen minutes away. Five things move your number:
Horace is a growing town on the south edge of the Fargo metro, with the Sheyenne River on its west side and the diversion channel being dug across the fields. Minneapolis, Denver, Austin, Sacramento and Fort Myers all appear on its table as distance bands, showing what customers paid for open-carrier moves of similar length in our bookings between September 2025 and August 2026.
All five Horace bands assume a running sedan on an open trailer. A three-row SUV, a pickup or a car that will not start costs more, and enclosed adds about a third. For the price of your own move, try the quote calculator or call (866) 821-4555. No deposit is taken until a carrier is assigned to your move.
The subdivisions reached them in a decade, and the gravel roads beyond meet the truck at the pavement.
The channel being dug across the fields will keep the whole valley dry, and closes a county road now and then.
The old grain elevator marks the village the city grew out of.
I-94 and the Fargo hub are fifteen minutes north, a short run for a carrier coming to your street.
Please note: The Horace figures for Minneapolis, Denver, Austin, Sacramento and Fort Myers are distance bands, from what our customers paid for moves of similar length from September 2025 to August 2026. We book the Horace price a specialist confirms after the calculator emails you an estimate.
