How to read the Arizona numbers: they are middle-of-the-market bands for standard sedans on open carriers from Arizona lanes booked since 2023, as of September 2026, and snowbird season, fuel, route, and vehicle size all move them. The quote you see in the calculator is the price we book, and it is firm before dispatch.
The Other Snowbird State
Florida gets the headlines, but Arizona runs the same twice-a-year tide. From October through December, vehicles flood in from the Midwest, the Plains, and both coasts as winter residents settle into Phoenix, Scottsdale, Mesa, Tucson, and Yuma; from March through May the flow reverses. Pricing follows the tide: southbound and westbound capacity tightens in fall, and carriers heading the other way run light. Book two to four weeks ahead when moving with the crowd, closer to six around the holidays, and take the discount when moving against it.
