I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. The driver who picked up my car the next day was extremely professional and communicated with me the entire time. I had a good/positive experience with Ship-A-Car, and Howard Heller (my Ship-A-Car coordinator). I shipped my car from Charleston SC to Phila PA. The car arrived without issue, and actually earlier than expected. Just be aware that you may not get confirmation of final pickup and delivery until 1-3 days before pickup. That caused me a little apprehension as we got closer to the pickup date, but all worked out well. I would use this service again if needed.

Working with Quinten Putnam, Ship a Car helped me get two vehicles from Seattle and Los Angeles to Baltimore. I was unsure about the first carrier assigned to pick up my first car after reading a couple of negative reviews, and after expressing that concern to Quinten he found a new carrier without hassle. Quinten was good about following up with me to get any missing info the carriers might need. I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.
