I cannot say enough good things about this company! A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ speed. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to move theirs. Thanks guys.

Ship a Car Inc. has the best customer service, my representatives Joseph was so helpful. When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. My friend was able to pick up the vehicle with no problems. I?ll use Ship a Car Inc. again when I need to transport my vehicle and will recommend them to friends and family.

Shipped a new auto from Irvine, CA. to Memphis, TN. The entire process was handled online in a very professional and user easy manner. Transport dispatch was in constant communication and the delivery came on time and in perfect shape. Price was competitive and fair and service great. Five star performance!

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. Needed to ship my car home, after breaking my ankle while on vacation. Called Ship A Car and spoke to Meredith. She was very professional and understood my situation. My car was delivered before I could fly home. I was very please with my service and I can't thank Meredith enough! Would highly recommend!

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

I’m not a big social media person, but the golf cart got delivered that same day. Guess my cart was too tall to fit the trailer, so the repair shop took the top off and shipped it strapped down to the cart. My son and I were able to reinstall the top and all is well. Thanks Tim Lehman

i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I was sceptical at first from talking to other compananies and they were giving me different answers about a quote. Jocelyn was straight up with me, she gave me her word that she would not stop until she got me a driver and stay in contact with me the entire process which she did. even after my son received the car she checked with me to make sure everything was good.
