I had to move from Ohio Kent to California SLO. After a long search, I found ShipaCar and read its review. Everyone says they are indeed good. Then talked to Harry Burge from ShipaCar. He is the man of word. He is polite and response your call immediately. I got my car exactly the day I wanted there in SLO. I always recommend all of my friends who need to ship their car.

I was referred to Bob Moran through Triple 7 Movers and I was very impressed and pleased with the experience of shipping my vehicle. I contacted Bob approximately a month ago and he explained in detail how the process of shipping a vehicle would be. Bob was very professional and by all means honest with me about the shipping rates of a vehicle. Bob promised me when my vehicle would be picked up and delivered and as promised it happened. Bob and I frequently talked before it was time for my vehicle to be picked and he was always available to answer any questions or concerns I had. I most definitely recommend Ship-A-Car, Inc. Again thanks Bob for all you did to get my vehicle to it’s destination secured and on time.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

My experience with Ship a Car was wonderful. Sabrina was knowledgeable, pleasant, and efficient. The communication was great. The car was picked up and delivered as promised. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend this service to friends.

If you decide to book with this company, definitely stay away from sales agent THEO BROWN. I explained clearly to the agent that my spouse's work would be providing the payment for the shipment and that under no circumstances should my card be charged without contacting me. I then received a call directly after my call, stating that my card was needing to be charged and I had to commit to a carrier immediately. After expressing that I wasn't feeling comfortable with the transaction (I also did not feel comfortable with the agent's bullying tone), I told agent Theo Brown that I would like to go ahead and cancel my reservation. The agent's overall unprofessionalism, rude tone (he kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to ask my questions), and poor communication skills made me skeptical to begin with. The agent told me in his exact words, "Man, you are stupid. You are an idiot." And then proceeded to hang up on me. Did I mention that prior to this he told me that he had enough customers and didn't need me? My recommendation... Stay Away. I found better quotes and superior service with Montway, which also has no hidden fees. Even though I didn't book with them, even Amerifreight and Ship a Car Direct had both better pricing and MUCH better agents. I write this review simply to help people avoid the horrible experience I had. There are WAY BETTER options out there!

Shipacarinc.com is a very good company i am not a review writer type a guy but for this company i had to write one for them shipped car from TX, to MA They sent a professional driver to pick up my car got their safely, their price is fair while other guys offer you a low price i would not go with them. Great company to work with.Janet Rinella was excellent and provided timely followup explaing how the pickup and delivery would be scheduled. Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. I worked with Jon R. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I spoke to him for the first time about it this morning and we have the car getting picked up at my home tomorrow morning. He made me feel like family and made something (shipping your car across the country), that I consider being stressful, so simple and easy. I am beyond impressed with Bob's customer service and the work he does. Any time I hear that someone needs to ship a car I will be throwing Bob's information at them and maybe even offer to set it up for them because it was that pleasant of an experience. After spending three weeks and past the deadline waiting for a carrier to pick up my car I switched companies and Dana B. helped me get my car picked up and shipped in two days. Great company and great customer service. Dana was a pleasure to work with.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. He picked up Monday around 2 pm and delivered at 9 am on that Friday. I have nothing but praise for Ship A Car, Inc. and enthusiastically recommend them!

Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph G. was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. I love these folks! Thank you for a couple of wonderful experiences, Ship a Car. I highly recommend their service. In the future, I won't use anyone else.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Had never shipped a car in the past. Transport coordinator, Bob Moran, was more than patient answering my numerous questions. Entire experience went smoothly and exactly as planned.

I had a little longer wait due to truck issues and the road. However, Bob Moran was beyond useful and helped me in more than one way. His customer service let alone human compassion for the things i was or might have been going through was very much appreciated during this huge transition in my life. Cody griffin was an outstanding mediator, from beginning to end. He was extremely professional, going out of his way to answer all my questions and making sure I was satisfied every step along the way. I would highly recommend him and his company if you need your car transported .

This is a company of thieves and liars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR with them. THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND OVERCHARGE YOU. They will lie to you on every step of the phone call. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING THEY PROMISED or agreed with is real. They told me they would charge 200 dollars for commission, but they will charge you 3,4,5x more from your credit card. They will promise you a closed truck, but they will send an open truck. In addition to the worst service I had in my life, the supervisor dismissed my complaints for over one week and their company and/or employee STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After providing them my credit card number (I rarely use this credit card that I provided to them), my credit card was used in locations around their office location in Florida. THEY COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! Be aware, this is a scam only surpassed by the one committed by the Wolf of Wall Street. I will make sure no one uses them again, I will take the appropriate legal action and report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau

They picked up my car in Texas and brought it to Charlotte. The guy driving was an excellent guy -- I had no problems with them. I'd use them again and would recommend them to others.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

This company is awesome! I'm a retired Navy Sr. Chief and own a 2012 Corvette Grand Sport, rare painted in Carlisle Blue. The driver "Willie" was on time and treated my car as though it was his own. He was very respectful and carried my car from Texas to NC and delivered it on our agreed date and time. Willie and I inspected the car before and after the shipment and he noted a spot on the windshield I didn't even note. Suffice it to say, my experience was the best ever. I fully recommend this company and driver to anyone shipping any vehicle.

Contacted SHIP A CAR and spoke with Steve. He took my order and ensured me that the motorcycle would be picked up by Friday, September 25th. After not receiving a phone call, contacted Steve who said he would let me know and did not. Finally got in touch with the shipping company who then told me it was actually scheduled for Saturday the 26th. The owner contacted me Saturday once the motorcycle was loaded. I was originally quoted four days of travel time to receive the motorcycle. No updates were given during this time. On the 5th day, after 4 hours of trying to reach Steve, the shipping company, or the driver, i was finally informed that the truck was broke down. I was assured it would be repaired by Friday October 2nd (already 3 days behind expected delivery). Monday October 5th, I was told the truck was repaired and the driver was in route. 2 more days of no communication from SHIP A CAR or the shipping company. I was finally able to talk to the shipping company and driver. The motorcycle finally arrived on October 8th. Communication from SHIP A CAR was absolutely horrible. Multiple times i was told “I will check and call you back”, never to receive a call. I understand trucks break down, I feel other arrangements on SHIP A CAR’S part should have been made to receive my motorcycle in a timely manner.

I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

With ship a cars awesome rates and speedy shipping, I wouldn't recommend any other company! Customer service was their first priority and helped me ship my car from California to Michigan without any hassle! I would like to mention that Danny K. was exceptionally helpful, always calling me back and checking to make sure everything is running smoothly and to answer any questions of mine! Excellent service. Went above and beyond to find transport the same day. Kept thorough follow up all through the process and helped with the online contract. Followed up with time that driver should arrive and kept in touch until delivery was complete. Even the driver called when delivery was complete. Thank You.

At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. A friend's recommendation lead me to Ship A Car. I called and spoke to a very nice guy, Justin. He helped me get everything setup for them and made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to rest assured that my grandparent's car was in good hands on it's trip back home.

Not a good experience with Ship a Car. First off, they were $300 more than other shippers in the area, but I used them based on their good reputation. I was assured that their company picked up and delivered on the days requested. Well, I requested they car be picked up on Saturday or Sunday, which I was assured it would be. However, the car wasn't picked up until Monday evening. I also requested the car to be delivered on Tuesday or Thursday. It was delivered on Wednesday morning during rush hour. The driver blocked the neighbors driveway, and had to move the truck. The driver also told me the wrong amount owed, and when he came I had to run to the ATM to get more cash. At no time during this process did the company call me to advise me of the changes in pickup and delivery. I emailed the gentleman at Ship a Car stating my dissatisfaction, get promised to get back to me in a day or two. As of this review it has been four days with no callback. I would advise people to choose another option when shipping an automobile.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

The whole process was super fast and easy, got a great deal and Nikki Wilson really made things so pleasant I'll never consider another company. Definitely recommending to friends.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. Phoned them to move a golf cart in Phoenix .Fast and clear response fro Peter to get it set up and explain all details Same for the actual individual (Fred) who got the vehicle and moved it. Very impressed and would recommend them for any type of car move Price was also fair and stopped me from renting trucks or trailers. What a positive experience!
