I have shipped several cars over thr years but in particular Ms Yvonne Bowrosen has been spectacular! I needed a 1930 Model A brought to me and she arranged almost immediate pick up and delivery was right on with excellent communication from both Ms Bowrosen and the driver. Since things went so well, I decided to specifically contact her for enclosed shipping of a special viper and again she found a driver and had the car to me in days. Again, communication was super and the cost in both cases was less than other quotes. I cannot recommend ship a car and in particular Ms Bowrosen more. I will definitely call her again in the future.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

I was dealing with a different shipping company that I would never ever recommend (Rock Bottom Rates Transport - RBRT *). I wasn't getting any where, and was only being told lies. I did a Google search and located Ship A Car INC and that's when I met Quinten. I told him my issue and he started off by telling me that I was promised a delivery at a rate that wasn't possible. From that moment he took over shipping my truck and from the beginning he was upfront about the entire process and gave me his cell to contact him at any time. I didn't have to pay any upfront fees, I only paid a deposit after he contracted a driver and was able to provide me with the drives name and cell number and the company. The rate didn't change at the time of delivery, everything on the contract stayed the same. Quinten was available during the entire process, via email, phone calls and texts messages and even after working hours. The other horrible company was already 3 weeks behind the expected delivery date. Quinten gave me realistic goals, and a reasonable rate and my truck was shipped from LA to Boston in about 2 weeks. After dealing with Rock bottom rates and their lies and taking my deposit, dealing with Ship A Car INC was the best experience I had.

I would like to thank Joseph and the owner of the company for all their hard work. I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. I got really stressed because I needed it to get done since I am moving. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. More importantly, Bob delivered on all the promises he made me. This was my first time shipping a car and I was nervous and confused Bob put me at ease right away and quoted me a reasonable price. Moreover, this all transpired over the 4th of July holiday, my car was delivered on the 4th of July safe and sound.
