I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam L., the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thingship his car from his home base; also in IL to California. Justen and Ship A Car did an OUTSTANDING job getting my car shipped from Bend, OR to Foothill Ranch, CA in a very timely professional manner. Johnny, who towed my car, was also a true professional. I would highly recommend this company.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Bob did a wonderful job of making my transport work for ME. Moving across the US from one coast to another is really stressful. Bob coordinated my auto pick-up so we could use the car to take our luggage to the hotel at the airport where we were flying out the next morning. The driver that came to pick up / load the vehicle was incredibly kind and flexible as our "last day at the old house" got a little crazy. Then the car arrived even earlier than expected on the other coast! I would recommend Ship A Car inc to anyone needing auto transport. Their communication is awesome, they work with you to get you the best price and they follow through every step of the way.

I worked with Jon Rodriguez. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.  

My friend referred me to Ship A Car Inc. I shipped my truck out of state and was concerned that it wasn’t going to arrive on time. The truck was picked up the same day I called Ship A Car and they had it delivered just two days later. It arrived earlier than I thought which made me a very happy camper. I have told my friends about Ship A Car, Inc. they actually deliver.

After being contacted my at least 20 shipping companies, I almost gave up! Then by the grace if God I contacted Ship a car and I spoke with Bob Moran, he is the best!! He said he’d call me back in 15 mins, I don’t even think it was 15 mins, he called back and BOOM he coordinated it effortlessly!!! I can’t believe how smooth the shipping was, I wish I started with Ship A Car, excellent service.....I would HIGHLY recommend, the driver dropped the car a day early - what a plus!

Willie was wonderful to work with and motorcycle was picked up within a few days of my first call and arrived one day earlier than estimate which was great. This was going from Nebraska to my Marine son in California. The shipper assigned did not fill out a condition report and Willie told me there would be one so I asked but the driver didn't speak English well and kept brushing me off. There was a small chip on the back fender but I have left phone messages and emailed KP Turbo Transport that moved it and never receive a reply. I would use Willie again but maybe not accept quote from KP Turbo Transport.

I was looking around for a car transport for my boss on short notice, Justen at ship a car gave me a price that was in the high end of the budget. After we had everything set we ended our call. literally it took him less than five minutes to find a driver and set it up for the dates I needed. If I need to ship another car again I will be calling Justen directly. There were no issues, he didnt give me any excuses, very professional and polite. We have used Bob Moran at this location several times to ship our vehicles. He is very personable and has always treated us as if we are his top priority. Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange the same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

I had the pleasure of working with Meredith A from the beginning of shipping my car to the end of the transaction. Meredith was very professional and caring throughout the process. She answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions, and eased my fears of shipping my car. Whenever I called if she was on another phone call she always called me back in a timely fashion. I throughly enjoyed her work ethic and would not hesitate using her service again if the need would arise.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. A friend's recommendation lead me to Ship A Car. I called and spoke to a very nice guy, Justin. He helped me get everything setup for them and made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to rest assured that my grandparent's car was in good hands on it's trip back home.

Hired their driver. He never delivered the car and kept it on his truck nearly 2 weeks. Returned it to us damaged and found out that the driver was uninsured, despite Ship-A-Car's statement that the drivers are bonded and insured. Reached out to Ship-A-Car directly for reimbursement and get no reply.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

I called multiple carriers before choosing to work with Ship a Car Inc. Peter was the transportation organizer I worked with and he was GREAT. Here are his attributes, courteous, knowledgeable , communicative and worked to get me the best price. His drivers were also competent, reliable and communicative. I knew where my vehicle was at all times and I shipped three vehicles so the logistics were a bit complicated and they pulled it all off. There was a panel that was loose in the a car when it arrived, the driver pointed it out , I reported it to Peter and there was no issue on getting it repaired ( I have repaired it yet but Peter was right on it when I told him about it ) I would RECOMMEND them HIGHLY.

Contacted Nicole at "Ship a Car" about transporting vehicle from MI to NC. She had a driver dispatched in a 24 hours! Costs was reasonable, but most importantly, the actual costs didn't change from the quoted costs. Excellent Service. Thx Nicole.

I cannot say enough positive things about Steve and Ship a Car. This is our second experience in needing to ship a vehicle, but our first experience with this company. We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the best price around at the time we booked them. Every detail was explained thoroughly and every question answered. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. If you need to transport a vehicle, I recommend that you give serious consideration to Ship a Car (and Steve).

The rep knew what he was doing and his cognitive process. The delivery was smooth. They showed up on time as discussed. They were responsive to phone calls and communication was perfect. The condition of the vehicle was good when it arrived.

I have never shipped a car before, so did the normal thing and jumped on the internet and started doing research. Ship a Car was highly rated, so I contacted them. I spoke to Marrine. She was friendly, informative and explained the entire process. She explained the difference between open and enclosed transport. She worked up two quotes for me based on both and e-mailed me each quote so I could read and make an informed decision. I was shipping the car (Mercedes C300) from Utah to Virginia. After speaking with my brother whom I was getting the vehicle from he said ENCLOSED !!!. He shipped the vehicle out to UT and his moving company did all the arrangements. They DID NOT use Ship a Car. It was shipped on an open car trailer and when the Mercedes and their Mini Van showed up, they had 850$ in damage and 240 miles on the Mini-Van. Again they DID NOT use Ship a Car. So I went with the enclosed transport option. It was actually only about 300$ more dollars than I figured out it would cost me to fly out, take time off work and then drive back. Also, I would be putting 2K miles on the vehicle. No brainer....Ship it. The car was picked up and delivered on time. Pay close attention to the process that is explained to you. Ship a Car is a booking service and only works with highly rated drivers/companies. They basically write the contract and put it out there for drivers who they approve. Once your contract is picked up by a driver, you are good to go. I had no issues with booking, the car was picked up on the day they said and was dropped of early. The driver was great and the car, although yes it needed a washing (it just came from UT, it was not gross, but yes had some grim on it. This was expected, enclosed trailers are not air tight) was in great shape, no damage, and no extra miles on it. I highly recommend this booking company and request Marrine, she was great.

I recently had a car delivered through Ship A Car and was very happy with the experience. They kept me in the loop the whole time about when and where my vehicle was going to arrive. They delivered my car without any problems at all. I would recommend them for their quickness and efficiency.

We contacted Ship A Car Inc. after another company failed to find us a carrier. Within an hour Bob M. had a carrier available to pick up our car the next day. We paid a little bit more but the service was excellent. We could not be happier that we found this company and Bob M. to work with. My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. Danny did an awesome job finding the right person to get my trailer to me. The guys who brought my trailer were awesome they put it right where I wanted it. That was no picknick for them. lol. But I am very happy they got it here. If I ever need anything moved or if I know of anyone who needs something moved I will tell them who I used. Thank you Danny for all your hard work. We used Ship A Car Inc. to transport a customer vehicle from Kansas to our shop in Denver, and back to Kansas. We couldn't be happier with the service the company, and specifically transport coordinator Gary Wiatric, provided. Price was very competitive, transports were arranged and completed within a handful of days both times, and the vehicle did not experience any damage or other issues on either leg of the journey. Highly recommended, we will be using only this company for future vehicle transports.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. Called up Ship a Car Inc. and they gave me a quote over the phone. Their quote was more expensive that the instant quotes the you get bombarded with, but they lay everything out for you over the phone and in contract. My car was very well taken care of. I live in Texas and purchased a classic car in Virginia. The seller suggested using Ship A Car and we were put in touch with Larry Farber at Ship A Car. Despite hiccups with the seller, Larry worked with us in the most courteous, conscientious and professional manner and accomplished the delivery of the vehicle to me. I would highly recommend Larry and would not hesitate to contact him and/or Ship A Car for future shipping needs.

Worst EVER. I needed a vehicle shipped and placed order almost 2 weeks ago. Very minimal contact no matter how many times I tried to contact them. They gave me a solid price and stated that maybe they would have to "sweeten the deal" (asking for more money). They also told me that it was impossible to lock down a pickup date over the phone with another company besides them. Definitely a lie! I called We Will Transport it, low and behold for less money my vehicle is already on it's way to the destination 2 days from my initial contact. Would never recommend Ship A Car INC. to anyone nor would I EVER give them any of my business again! Horrible company, Khaii is who I who I worked with there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had no problems. Will Dublin was a real pleasure to deal with. I hadn't done this before so I was a little nervous but it all worked fine. My car was waiting for me when I got to my destination. I was in contact with the driver en route. Definitely Will will take care of you.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. Willie D. assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend him and also Ship a car inc for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

Our golf cart business called Ship A Car Inc to send some vehicles to Florida from Mississippi. The process was real easy and there weren't any hiccups. I'd use them again!
