I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

We needed to get a car from Bend Or to Wichita KS. I tried calling several places they were either couldn't give me the info or were rude, so I called Ship a car Steve was very helpful, he had pickup arranged for 4 days later (Friday) and our car arrived at our house on Monday.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

TOTAL SATISFACTION!!! Begin of March, i shipped my Honda from CA to CO. I worked with Malisa from Ship-a-car company; Malisa was very helpful and honest. Honest because she kept her commission due only. she got a better deal from car transport, she gave me a lower price at $650. And Malisa contacted me regularly until my Honda was picked up. Totally, it took 6 days since the date i talked to Malisa to the date the Honda delivered at Arvada, CO.

We used Ship a Car to transport 2 of our vehicles from Salt Lake City to Nashville. Justin was on it as soon as I gave the go ahead. The drivers arrived a little early, but patiently waited and our cars arrived one, before we did (but we had made arrangements for it to be received), the other as scheduled a couple of days later. No damage to either vehicle, just a lot of road dust as to be expected. I'd use them again in a heart beat. They were half the price of all the others and less that a week ship time.

Pepper Long is a dedicated worker that stays on the phone until her customers needs are met. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. Excellent communication from Ship-A-Car Direct (Stefan and others). They lined up ARK Transport, who made an uneventful trip from Colorado to Ohio. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM (No problem for me, but I was unable to take good receiving inspection photos. Driver was very careful unloading car. No damage during transit.

Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. When the first driver's dispatcher called to let me know my driver's truck broke down, I immediately called Bob and explained the situation. He got to work finding a new driver for my car. Having Bob on my side, to arrange this transport was a huge relief to me and I was glad to know that things would be taken care of. My car arrived on time (actually it was there before I was expecting it) and l was very pleased with this company. I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam L. took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

We had an urgent need to transport a family member's car from NC to WA and Janet helped find our transporter/driver within a day or two and the car was picked up on-time shortly after that and safely delivered sooner than expected with excellent service and care for a competitive price.

Worst EVER. I needed a vehicle shipped and placed order almost 2 weeks ago. Very minimal contact no matter how many times I tried to contact them. They gave me a solid price and stated that maybe they would have to "sweeten the deal" (asking for more money). They also told me that it was impossible to lock down a pickup date over the phone with another company besides them. Definitely a lie! I called We Will Transport it, low and behold for less money my vehicle is already on it's way to the destination 2 days from my initial contact. Would never recommend Ship A Car INC. to anyone nor would I EVER give them any of my business again! Horrible company, Khaii is who I who I worked with there. NEVER AGAIN!!!
