I would allow this company to transport my car again I first spoke with Bob, who is a very pleasant, easy to talk to, caring fellow. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. When my daughter?s vehicle arrived in Hilo port a few days early and I had to change the authorized person to pick up my daughter?s vehicle, he did it so professionally with no delays. The customer service at Ship A Car Inc was very good. They did what they could do for me in the time frame they could. I had just come out of a bad experience with a previous company, so I really appreciated that. They shipped my vehicle cross-country from Las Vegas to Michigan within the time frame they had said, with no damage. The price was just what they said it would be over the phone- no extras or anything. It was decently priced. The person on the phone was very professional and a good spokesperson for the company. She told me what they could allow to happen as far as delivering it on time. This was the first time I used them and I would go back again.

I needed my son's car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. Chad at Ship a Car Inc was awesome! Shipped my vehicle from South Dakota to Oregon. Not a very popular route but Chad ensured me he would find me a driver. First contact was on March 27 with Chad, he had a driver ready to go on April 3. On April 4th as the driver was en-route to SD his truck broke down. Chad called immediately and let me know what was going on. He said he was not going to wait for the driver to fix his truck and wanted to find a new trucking company. He called back on April 5th with a company and driver he felt much better about Little Sequatchie Transport LLC. Both Chad and the driver kept me in the loop the entire trip with pictures of my vehicle loaded on the truck, ETA's, etc... My vehicle arrived on April 11th and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Chad at Ship a Car Inc and Bobby at Little Sequatchie Transport my vehicle arrived in a timely manner safe and sound! Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. I brought a large van bus from an auction and was deeply searching for a reliable and reasonably priced company. In my search, I called 5 companies and Ship A Car provided the best price. The lady in the office, Yvonne was wonderful, I'm not sure of her hours because I was able to reach her day or night so needless to say they exceeded my expectations.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

I was very nervous about the car shipping process and received quotes form several companies. I am so happy that I chose Ship A Car. Sam communicated with me every step of the way and everything turned out perfectly. My car was shipped from Washington state to Wisconsin and arrived earlier than expected. I would recommend Ship A Car 100 times over to anyone who needs this service.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

Merideth Anzalone did an excellent job in supporting the needs of the customer. When the transport company suffered delays in shipment, she got on the phone and worked it out to our total satsifaction.

Everything went as planned and on schedule from pick up to delivery and in the process (I had to make schedule changes), through many phone conversations, I have made a new friend with "my" SAC agent!!! Les is his name and getting the job done is his game! Perfection in service!

Justin in customer service was awesome. Very quick turn around time with giving me a quote and assisting me. Always on top of thing with questions I had. Also the emails sent on how to prepare the car for shipment, etc. were most helpful.

I would specifically like to thank Joseph for putting up with me and the mess that was created by a driver who was supposed to pick up my car but they decided to cancel literally with less than 24-hour notice when it was time to ship my car. However, Joseph really handle the situation with professionalism and made sure my car got shipped the next day, and even got me a better deal because my car is getting to Texas sooner than it was originally going to get there with the first driver. Transport came when agreed upon. There was some trouble before in that where the car originally was, the streets were too narrow for a large car carrier. No big deal, worked out a day before hand and not at the last minute and we got the car to a place where it could be easily picked up. Actually worked out better for us and the carrier. Driver was a nice guy and very professional. Loaded up in less than 5 minutes. Thank you guys.

Ship a Car arranged the transport of my vehicle from Atlanta GA to Portland OR in October 2018. The whole process occurred exactly as planned with no surprises and no drama. My agent, Dana Briones, was professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive.

I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.

I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

I must apologize for not writing sooner, but our move has extremely long and our household just arrived (computers as well).  I can’t say enough good things about the excellent service we received! Your communications with us, answering all my questions and keeping me calm all the way through the process were priceless. Our driver “Ihar” was fabulous! He made contact with us and came through as promised on arrival time. He took his time (being a true professional) to make sure that both cars were hooked up nice and tight to ensure no damage would come to them. He took photos of the cars and was very professional and kept in touch with us on his arrival. He was so quick getting our cars to their destination, that he beat us there. He did not complain about having to wait 3 hours, while our plane landed and we made our way over to meet him. The cars were in the same condition as when they left. We were very, very happy with his service!  We will definitely refer “Shipacarinc” to anyone who asked us about shipping a car!

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

I needed to move my 67 Mustang to Northeast Georgia from Sarasota before Hurricane Irma. Meredith, at Ship a Car, was great at finding me an enclosed trailer to bring the car up here. It arrived in perfect condition.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

Never called to let us know pick up time would be pushed back. Never called night before when they said they would to let us know the pickup time. We are waiting to hear from them, flying out tomorrow morning, and can’t get a single response from anyone. Horrible service.

I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.
