The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

This company and is a broker, they do not want to go above and beyond. There was a delay in our expedited shipment and they really didn't try to help. While talking to myself and my wife they hung up on my wife. When we called back to speak to a manager, the manager really didn't seem to care and still didn't try to help with the delay. The actual company they hired to transport our vehicle is the one that absolutely went above and beyond. The customer service at ship a car was really unprofessional.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

Our golf cart business called Ship A Car Inc to send some vehicles to Florida from Mississippi. The process was real easy and there weren't any hiccups. I'd use them again!

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

My son move from Florida to Oregon and we used Ship A Car to transport his car. The experience as fantastic. They stay in contact from the time the contract was signed to the delivery of the car. In fact the vehicle a arrive 2 days ahead of schedule.

Ship A Car does good by finding the drivers but one of the drivers, the last one we worked with, wasn't all there. He had no idea what he was doing but he might have been new. other than that, Brian does a good job. We've shipped several cars through them.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. 1 Star is unfortunately the lowest rating permitted... My car was supposed to be shipped via auto train. It arrived 5 days late. Was dropped off with a broken axle. They waited until I was out of town so a friend had to sign for it. Was basically barely able to be driven to the repair shop. Cost almost 1000 dollars to repair. Their insurance refused to respond to my inquiries to pay the bill so I am left to pay. Terrible organization.

This was my first time to use Ship A Car Inc. I asked them to transport a 30,000 pound telehandler, or boom lift, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Gulfport, Mississippi. I was surprised that they were able to get the equipment out of Iowa ahead of the bad weather, but they did. Very prompt service. The driver was an extremely conscientious individual who saw that there was a hatch problem on the equipment which needed attention before hitting the road. He took of that for me. The load was professionally secured, and made it down here in perfect shape! I am very impressed with Ship A Car Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicles or equipment transported over a long distance! I mean these guys went above and beyond from my first phone call to final delivery!

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat. Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. Had ship a car schedule a transport of a trailer I needed moved. Kristina was very nice and helpful with my requests and got the trailer to me quickly.

I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

I was looking around for a car transport for my boss on short notice, Justen at ship a car gave me a price that was in the high end of the budget. After we had everything set we ended our call. literally it took him less than five minutes to find a driver and set it up for the dates I needed. If I need to ship another car again I will be calling Justen directly. There were no issues, he didnt give me any excuses, very professional and polite. I had a motorcycle shipped from Maryland to Arkansas. Ship A Car provided fast transport and professional service. I was offered a great quote on the shipping cost, and provided with the convenience of digitally signing the shipping contract via email. The transporter arrived on time and delivered the motorcycle to the destination address within 48 hours. The process went smoothly and worry free from start to finish. I even received a follow up phone from the Transport Coordinator after the motorcycle had been delivered to see how my shipping experience had been. I couldn't have asked for better service and would definitely choose Ship A Car to do business with in the future.

Do not give these people your money. I paid them their $300 deposit to have a driver sent to my location. The driver showed up 2 days late at 10pm and said he couldn’t tow my trailer because my brakes didn’t work and took $400 from me and said I can get my money back from SHIP A CAR INC. Well the driver and this company seemed sketchy and so I called another company to tow it. They towed it on time, without issue, with no complaints about my brakes, for much less. When I called SHIP A CAR INC to see if I can get any of the $700 dollars (which I spent for them to do absolutely nothing for me) back they said they would get in contact with me. Each time I’ve called back they say, again, they will call me later. This has happened 3 times and now I am fed up with waiting. It took me just a couple google searches to find a much more reliable and inexpensive company, who didn’t steal from me, so I recommend you search a little longer and find someone else.
