This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. Stars and stripes was one of them. could not move my VEHICLE for 12 days This company found me a driver in 1 day ..he delivered 1 day EARLY ..janet ..explained in detail how shipping a vehicle works ..she walked her talk and followed up....very pleased with entire process ..will definitely use again.

Ship A Car, Inc. was fantastic. Steve was a great guy. Stayed on top of it, called me, and on the ball. Ship A Car delivered the car on a Sunday, which is unheard of. It was a dead-end run, because it was in Brigantine, New Jersey. And Steve told me that technically, these guys look for a return trip because they don't want to just do a dead-end run, and this guy just happens to know the area. He was from around the area earlier in his life. And he said, “I just look at it as a place I can go to visit the beach," when he dropped mine off. But the guy was super nice. The club car came out perfect. It was exactly what I ordered. It was exactly what I saw on pictures of. The guy showed me how to use it, which was nice. Everything was awesome. They made my life so much better.

First time transporting my Car out of state. My experience from the start was a great experience. My representative Dana was very informative and knowledgeable. Dana made sure I was inform Thur out the transport and even reaching out afterwards to make sure everything went well. I could not have asked for better customer service/ care. I hired Ship-A-Car to transport a truck from TN to CA. Their service was excellent! They kept us informed on the schedule and picked up the truck from TN on the date they said they would. They delivered the truck to CA within the timeframe they said they would and kept us informed along the way. Much better experience than what I had with another transportation company. We talked with Steve he was very professional. We had a bad experience with trying to find a company to ship our car. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.

I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam Ladin took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. During this time when there's so much unrest, they're doing everything they can to make the trip as enjoyable as possible.

I loved how Yvonnes professionalism and hospitality made my experience amazing. Shipping a Rolls Royce from New York to Atlanta and then from Atlanta back to New York, I was nervous worried and very annoying with staying on top of it making sure the drivers were on time, professional, etc. Yvonne helped me anyway she could even after hours when it was VERY late, she picked up for me, and it made me feel VERY comfortable and confident in my choice by using her. Bob Moran. Is AMAZING ! I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. Bob has kindness , compassion, respect ,empathy, and professionalism for the stress and planning that comes with moving. His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. I have to say It was a great experience! Kristina went above and beyond to help me get my car shipped to Juneau, Ak from Ohio. It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

You guys should double Janet's wages. She was amazing, and the results are perfection. Waited weeks for dealership to ship my car, and she got in on it's way the same day I called. It was much less than other quotes I received too. Thank you!

We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages.
