This was my first time using Ship A Car INC., I had my vehicle shipped from Florida to California. I was satisfied and pleased that my car arrived to its destination in on piece on time. However, I had to do a lot of following up with them regarding the status of my car; I recommend that they develop an efficient system for customers to track their vehicles while its in route. Their cost were affordable.

Ship a Car does not ship your car, they contract transporters to ship your cars. They do the leg work for you. Kristina busted her butt to ship a low riding Corvette for me. She even tried to talk me into finding a local guy to do it cheaper! The car didn't run had a flat, needed to be pushed and turned. Kristina found the right team for the job! I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

Ship A Car saved me from a horrible experience. I had put a deposit in and waited a month and a week with another company. With Ship A Car I didn't have to put down a deposit until they had a driver for me, which was within 24Hrs. Quinten Putnam had fabulous customer services and was always available to talk. I never got the runaround and didn't have to wait. Car went from Texas to Florida in 5 days. I'd still be waiting with the other people.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

Ship a Car arranged the transport of my vehicle from Atlanta GA to Portland OR in October 2018. The whole process occurred exactly as planned with no surprises and no drama. My agent, Dana Briones, was professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive.

In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. This was my first experience with using a transport company for a vehicle, after reading reviews about different companies I was nervous. Bob Moran with Ship A Car had some good reviews so I called him to get a quote. The price was in range with others I had called but I felt more comfortable working with Bob. I called Bob on Friday of Labor day weekend at 4:30pm, he was able to have my vehicle picked up on the following Tuesday in Colorado and delivered to me in Northern Illinois Thursday morning. The driver, Egor, called me Wednesday afternoon and we made arrangements to drop off the vehicle at 6:00am so I could get to work, he was very accommodating to my schedule. I am not one to post any reviews but I felt these guys deserved to be praised. I would definitely use them again.

Had a rush pickup of 4 2021 Land Cruisers based in MS and needed them delivered to GA. Excellent communication from Ship-A-Car Direct (Stefan and others). They lined up ARK Transport, who made an uneventful trip from Colorado to Ohio. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM (No problem for me, but I was unable to take good receiving inspection photos. Driver was very careful unloading car. No damage during transit.

My experience with Ship a Car was great. I called the company on Aug 12,20 To arrange transport of my daughter’s car from Los Angeles to Brooklyn, New York. I was connected with Mr Bob Moran who i found to be a pleasure to work with. Mr. Moran made me feel comfortable going forward with Ship a Car even though he was the first person I had actually spoken with regarding my need. Not only did he convince me that Ship a Car was a reputable company (as I did ask several questions) He told me that the car would arrive in Brooklyn within 7 To 10 days and after already speaking with him for maybe 10 minutes I believed him. The car was picked up on Aug 13 and safely arrived in Brooklyn on Aug 20, that sounds like 7 days to me. As mentioned Ship a Car was my first contact so I did not shop for price, however, I am still a happy customer as Mr. Moran told me low price may not be the best price but he was offering was a fair and reasonable price for the service that I would receive.
