Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

Delt with Bob M, everything went very smoothly with my car transport . He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. We used Ship-A-Car to have a grain drill moved from Oklahoma to Wyoming. We dealt with Quinten Putnam, and we were very pleased! If anything, Quinten was too good! He had a driver lined up before our money order had even arrived to the dealer. The driver was one of the nicest men that I've met- he was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. The driver was even willing to show us some tips that the dealer told him. In less than a week, we went from not having chosen a grain drill, to having it dropped off at our place. Quinten went the extra mile for us. When we need something else moved, he'll be our man!

He answered my many questions and went the extra mile to save me some money and find the best way to transport our car. I liked the tips on "preparing your car for transport". I received a professional quote. Lawrence communicated well by phone, text and email. He walked me through the document signing so that went smoothly. He was easygoing and friendly. A friend referred us, as she had a good experience too. I got two estimates from other shipping companies, but I felt most secure with Lawrence and he's one of the main reasons we went with Ship a Car, Inc.

Car was shipped from PA to Las Vegas. Unload was rush rush and car was covered in dust/dirt. As most would do....Gave a cursory look over of the car and signed the bill of lading hurredly. Days later cleaned the car and found black duct tape covering a crack on the rear fiberglass spoiler. A deliberate and premeditated effort to hide the damage. Contacted ship-a-car. Justin V. Had ALWAYS been overly helpful and polite. Much to my dismay when I contacted the sub contractors insurance company they said the subs insurance was not in force. This is In direct contradiction of my agreement with shipACar. I’m hoping shipACar comes thru. Stay tuned. I will keep you posted. Weeks later. STILL NO RESPONSE/SATISFACTION Ship A Car inc sent m a subcontractor who did not have insurance in effect. I shipped FOUR cars cross country with shipacar Four. The sub hid damage under dirt and black duct tape. Shipacar basically said I did not note the damage on the bill of lading. It was hidden and they hired uninsured sub. Be aware. Spread the word. I gave them a chance to settle for a fraction of the damage. Ignored. W S. Las Vegas.

I am very pleased with my experience with Ship A Car. My broker is Howard, and he is courteous and professional with his all encounters with me. I was shopping a car from Mississippi to California. Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. I shipped cars before with other companies who didn't deliver service as promised and it left me in a bind. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam L., the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thingship his car from his home base; also in IL to California. I transported my 1968 mustang from Texas to Florida with Ship a Car Inc. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and timeliness. Their specialist (Maria) worked with both the the shipper and I and made sure we were both contacted for updates throughout. I was very pleased with the price she gave me and the speed that the transactions took place. The driver showed up to the sellers house by the next morning and it was in Florida by the end of the week. I would definitely recommend this company if you needed to ship a car in the future.

I loved how Yvonnes professionalism and hospitality made my experience amazing. Shipping a Rolls Royce from New York to Atlanta and then from Atlanta back to New York, I was nervous worried and very annoying with staying on top of it making sure the drivers were on time, professional, etc. Yvonne helped me anyway she could even after hours when it was VERY late, she picked up for me, and it made me feel VERY comfortable and confident in my choice by using her. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

This was my first time ever transporting a car and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience! My contact, Bob, was unbelievably helpful. Walked me though everything and made it unbelievably easy! The driver showed up to the exact location and was very professional. The transportation from origin to destination was very fast as well. My only complaint was I was not given a photo of my driver so it took a couple of minutes to verify that the guy picking up my car was the correct person. But the driver was very understanding and super helpful in the verification process. I would recommend this comanpy to anyone transporting their vehicle to any part of the country, especially if this is your first time ever trying to do so.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

Kristina at Ship A Car, Inc. is the person to reach out to, if you want to ship a car. She provided me information about shipping a vehicle, which I had no knowledge of. She helped me get the best price possible, while finding a very good driver. She truly cared about my experience.

This is a company of thieves and liars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR with them. THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND OVERCHARGE YOU. They will lie to you on every step of the phone call. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING THEY PROMISED or agreed with is real. They told me they would charge 200 dollars for commission, but they will charge you 3,4,5x more from your credit card. They will promise you a closed truck, but they will send an open truck. In addition to the worst service I had in my life, the supervisor dismissed my complaints for over one week and their company and/or employee STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After providing them my credit card number (I rarely use this credit card that I provided to them), my credit card was used in locations around their office location in Florida. THEY COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! Be aware, this is a scam only surpassed by the one committed by the Wolf of Wall Street. I will make sure no one uses them again, I will take the appropriate legal action and report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau
