I was looking around for a car transport for my boss on short notice, Justen at ship a car gave me a price that was in the high end of the budget. After we had everything set we ended our call. literally it took him less than five minutes to find a driver and set it up for the dates I needed. If I need to ship another car again I will be calling Justen directly. There were no issues, he didnt give me any excuses, very professional and polite. Then the driver Mario from Santiago Transportation was dispatched out to pick up "Ruby". He was so nice and understood how much my "Ruby" means to me. He was driving Ruby from Lawton, Oklahoma to Fountain Hills, Arizona and landed her at the exact time that was scheduled. No problems whatsoever! Best customer service experience!!! Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. Ship A Car is a really great service. I had them ship my late model Lexus LS 460 from Louisville, Kentucky to Portland, Oregon. They made me feel really comfortable with delivering my vehicle across that long distance. Thad was the name of the driver that helped deliver my vehicle to Portland, Oregon. He's a very nice guy. A "Man's man," so to speak, and really easy to relate to. He stayed in contact with me, and gave me several options of places to meet besides the Portland delivery point. In retrospect, I should have chosen a different meeting location to avoid rush hour traffic, but it all went well. There was only one slight issue. I think he parked the trailer under a large tree, and the tree dripped a bunch of pitch over the car. Luckily, it didn't scratch the paint. I took it to get cleaned, and the guy said it should be fixable by leaving the vehicle under the sun for a week or so. Other than that, everything worked out fine. Ship a Car provided a good service and a pretty decent price.

Excellent. Service was smooth, timely, and courteous. Both driver and dispatcher driver were extremely polite and did everything possible to make us feel comfortable. Car was picked up and delivered as scheduled in perfect condition.

Great folks. Had an 87 F150 I needed transported from Summerland Key, FL to a shop in Jacksonville, FL. Same person to pick up delivered too. Truck did not start so they had to pull up their trailer and that was not a problem. A gal named Dana I worked with was awesome and very cordial. Matter of fact we chatted about her daughter being in the Boy Scouts and her father, like me, having served in the Navy...very personable and that gave me a nice warm and fuzzy.

Pepper Long stayed in contact with us throughout the process. Our car was picked up within the time frame committed to and was delivered on time and without any damage. All parties involved were professional and courteous. We would use this service again if we needed to transport another vehicle.

I had a seamless first-time vehicle transport experience with Ship A Car, inc. I know that is largely because of Bob Moran, the coordinator who helped me. Personable, patient, professional, always willing to answer further questions, he gave me excellent customer service and I greatly appreciate it! I was so nervous and dreading getting started but Bob put me at ease and I quickly gained great confidence in the company because of his easy and knowledgeable communication. In addition, the driver dispatched to move my car from Los Angeles To St Petersburg, Florida was punctual, called when he was supposed to, prior to pickup/delivery, and made great time completing the transport. I must apologize for not writing sooner, but our move has extremely long and our household just arrived (computers as well).  I can’t say enough good things about the excellent service we received! He made contact with us and came through as promised on arrival time. He took his time (being a true professional) to make sure that both cars were hooked up nice and tight to ensure no damage would come to them. He took photos of the cars and was very professional and kept in touch with us on his arrival. He was so quick getting our cars to their destination, that he beat us there. He did not complain about having to wait 3 hours, while our plane landed and we made our way over to meet him. The cars were in the same condition as when they left. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. Thank you again Sam and Ship A Car for all you did for my son, my marine, and our military men and women!

Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.

Had ship a car schedule a transport of a trailer I needed moved. Kristina was very nice and helpful with my requests and got the trailer to me quickly.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I have shipped several cars over thr years but in particular Ms Yvonne Bowrosen has been spectacular! I needed a 1930 Model A brought to me and she arranged almost immediate pick up and delivery was right on with excellent communication from both Ms Bowrosen and the driver. Since things went so well, I decided to specifically contact her for enclosed shipping of a special viper and again she found a driver and had the car to me in days. Again, communication was super and the cost in both cases was less than other quotes. I cannot recommend ship a car and in particular Ms Bowrosen more. I will definitely call her again in the future.

I cannot say enough positive things about Steve and Ship a Car. This is our second experience in needing to ship a vehicle, but our first experience with this company. We hired this company to help us transport our vehicles from Hawaii to Michigan. Steve either always answered his phone or was extremely prompt in returning my phone calls. Their pricing was extremely competitive and the best price around at the time we booked them. Every detail was explained thoroughly and every question answered. Our vehicles arrived on time, one actually arrived early, with no damage from the transporters dispatched by Ship a Car. If you need to transport a vehicle, I recommend that you give serious consideration to Ship a Car (and Steve).

If you work with Ship a Car and buy many vehicles from them like I have, they give you a very nice price. Danny has been really fantastic. He gets me great deals, and he finds truck people QUICKLY.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

I used this brokerage company to transport my car from NJ to Michigan, when I spoke to the original Sales Rep he told me that the vehicle would be transported on an 18 wheeler not on a Pickup truck towing a bed of 3 or 4 cars. That did not happen, then though the rest of the issue does not completely fall on their line of work they did nothing to help me out. The company that actually transported my car which Ship a car outsourced to did not initiate any communication at all. Throughout the process of delivery of my vehicle I was calling the shipper for time slots and changes in schedule. Never did the shipper call me to indicate a change in schedule. Then to add insult to injury due construction that was happening on my main street the shipper could not deliver the car to my house I had to walk a mile to go pick up my car, or I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my car. Though the contract explicitly says the car would be delivered to my home. Again Ship A Car has nothing to do with this process, but in the end my contract is with Ship A Car, and when I complained about all these issues they did nothing to rectify the situation. The "Manager" asks me did the vehicle get delivered? I said yes, then that is all we promised. Such a piss poor way to handle the customer service end of things. Though most of the issues are the shippers my contract is with them and they deserved to be shunned for the way the handled the situation.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.
