I’m not a big social media person, but the golf cart got delivered that same day. Guess my cart was too tall to fit the trailer, so the repair shop took the top off and shipped it strapped down to the cart. My son and I were able to reinstall the top and all is well. Thanks Tim Lehman

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. This was my first time ever transporting a car and I have nothing but great things to say about the experience! My contact, Bob, was unbelievably helpful. Walked me though everything and made it unbelievably easy! The driver showed up to the exact location and was very professional. The transportation from origin to destination was very fast as well. My only complaint was I was not given a photo of my driver so it took a couple of minutes to verify that the guy picking up my car was the correct person. But the driver was very understanding and super helpful in the verification process. I would recommend this comanpy to anyone transporting their vehicle to any part of the country, especially if this is your first time ever trying to do so.

IAlthough i have purchased a large number of premium & exotic cars online, surprisingly, this was the first time I've had to arrange my own auto transport. Heretofore, all my vehicle transportation needs were always handled by the dealers I was buying the car from. In this instance, I purchased a car from a dealer in St. Louis and had to ship it to my home in Louisiana. I thought I had to have an enclosed trailer. I used U Ship and suddenly I was deluged with calls. After trying to figure out the best choice, I finally just selected the enclosed transport that offered the best rate. BIG MISTAKE! The company was Regal a Auto Transport; they were the worst! First, while arranging transport, they said I entered the wrong zip codes & had to raise the rate (1st warning), then when I called back to speak to my dispatcher on 2 occasions, the owner, Mr. Regal (sic) hung the phone up on me both times, telling me to call back! I was horrified and offended. I was attempting to get my original dispatcher on the phone to see why my car had not been picked up at the dealer in the timeframe that would ensure the delivery date being met. It became obvious that Regal would not live up to their commitment to me of a specific delivery date. All they did was make an idol promise to get the business. A classic case of over promising and under delivering. At that point, I decided that Regal had to go, so I went online and checked rantings & reviews. After my research, although still skeptical, I selected SHIP A CAR based on its reviews. I spoke to Quinten Putman who guided me thru the process, offered recommendations, was courteous, friendly & professional booked my shipment while I was still on the phone with him. The car was to be picked up that day & delivered the next. I received the car today safe and sound! I was pleased with the whole experience, especially after my not so regal prior experience. I hig recommend Quinten and SHIP A CAR to anyone in need of fast, reliable auto transport.

Shipped a new auto from Irvine, CA. to Memphis, TN. The entire process was handled online in a very professional and user easy manner. The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

I have shipped several cars over thr years but in particular Ms Yvonne Bowrosen has been spectacular! I needed a 1930 Model A brought to me and she arranged almost immediate pick up and delivery was right on with excellent communication from both Ms Bowrosen and the driver. Since things went so well, I decided to specifically contact her for enclosed shipping of a special viper and again she found a driver and had the car to me in days. Again, communication was super and the cost in both cases was less than other quotes. I cannot recommend ship a car and in particular Ms Bowrosen more. I will definitely call her again in the future.

Hey there 'ole Chad........ My vehicle was a 2000 Prowler.... Not a Rice Producers piece of equipment. All went well and once the manual was read. Started right up. Unbeknownst to me... or the Semi-Driver. The Security system automatically engages when the ignition is turned off. Vehicle would not start until the Security System was disarmed..... cause for a good laugh. Should the occasion develop in the future to ship another vehicle ----- REST ASSURED I WILL USE, SHIP-A-Car, Inc.... Thanks for all your assistance and Professionalism.

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. Bob was the most understanding person and even became my friend during the process �� If anyone could ease ur mind and reassure you that everything would be ok it was Bob. I would recommend him to everyone that uses ur service He's amazing and I will cherish our friendship always.

I called Ship a car to get a quote on a car transport, I got forwarded quickly to Bob who was able to answer all my questions and was extremely helpful with the entire process. He promised me a ship date and arrival date and he was spot on no issues. Car got delivered perfectly and professionally. Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.
