Working with Quinten Putnam, Ship a Car helped me get two vehicles from Seattle and Los Angeles to Baltimore. I was unsure about the first carrier assigned to pick up my first car after reading a couple of negative reviews, and after expressing that concern to Quinten he found a new carrier without hassle. Quinten was good about following up with me to get any missing info the carriers might need. Both cars arrived in great shape and the drivers were all friendly and were great about calling etc. Overall, a very positive experience, thank you.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

I worked with Jon Rodriguez. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.  

Tough move from all the way across the country. 2000 miles. If you have a tough move ahead ask for this guy. I Won't use anyone else neither should you.

Bob was fantastic. I was struggling with another company when I was referred to Bob. Working with him was a pleasure. When you called he answered his phone, he kept me informed every step of the way, and everything happened exactly as he said it would. He stayed in touch throughout the pickup and delivery to make sure there were no problems or issues. I would definitely use Bob again. He exceeded my expectations and that type of service is difficult to find today.

I worked with Gabriel Lopez and he was professional and a pleasure to work with. Always stayed in contact with me and gave me updates. My only complaint would be is that the price was increased but other than that the service was fine.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I was dealing with a different shipping company that I would never ever recommend (Rock Bottom Rates Transport - RBRT *). I wasn't getting any where, and was only being told lies. I did a Google search and located Ship A Car INC and that's when I met Quinten. I told him my issue and he started off by telling me that I was promised a delivery at a rate that wasn't possible. From that moment he took over shipping my truck and from the beginning he was upfront about the entire process and gave me his cell to contact him at any time. I didn't have to pay any upfront fees, I only paid a deposit after he contracted a driver and was able to provide me with the drives name and cell number and the company. The rate didn't change at the time of delivery, everything on the contract stayed the same. Quinten was available during the entire process, via email, phone calls and texts messages and even after working hours. The other horrible company was already 3 weeks behind the expected delivery date. Quinten gave me realistic goals, and a reasonable rate and my truck was shipped from LA to Boston in about 2 weeks. After dealing with Rock bottom rates and their lies and taking my deposit, dealing with Ship A Car INC was the best experience I had.

Their quote was more expensive that the instant quotes the you get bombarded with, but they lay everything out for you over the phone and in contract. My car was very well taken care of. Theo was able to get me a driver to take a car almost 900 miles within 24 hours with very little notice. Everything was done over the phone and using e-signing. (Little glitch with e-signing but Theo walked me through it and we got it done). The car arrived earlier than expected which was great and in perfect condition. The driver was very efficient and courteous also. He was very professional and had a big load to deliver. I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! I used Ship A Car to coordinate transporting a Ford F550 Boom Lift truck from Waxahatchie, Texas to Portland, OR. This was the first time I had purchased an out of state vehicle and was nervous about the process. I shopped online and called around for quotes and found Ship A Car to be the lowest price by far for a fully insured shipment. Justen was courteous and professional, explained the process in full detail, and quickly put my mind at ease. When I had questions, he was always available to take my call, and made the process very simple from start to finish. He even checked in with me while the truck was en-route to make sure the driver was on schedule. We will be buying another truck soon, and I will definitely call Ship A Car to coordinate the shipment.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!
