Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.

We shipped a 2000 Camry from VA to NE. The only drawback was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a carrier. The pick up and delivery was flawless and the car was in the same excellent condition on delivery as on pick up. We received excellent service from our agent, Lawrence Knapp. We have no reservations recommending this company.

Hello, I worked with Steve Goodman getting my car shipped from Pennsylvania to South Dakota. I was very leery on selecting a company and had been in touch with other shippers. My finale price was about $200 higher than original quote, but South Dakota isn't a very popular route. I had Car available on November 2 , 2020 and truck picked it the same day ! Although first truck had mechanical issues, Steve has another within 30 minutes scheduled. Car was delivered with no issues , on time. I would suggest to others to be available at anytime day of the transport because the driver can show really at anytime. Its funny the other shipping company called me and said the finally found a driver to transport my car , but it was already delivered . Steve really made it happen quick !

Bob Moran really helped me out and made sure everything went smoothly. He added a very nice personal touch and called up to check in if I had any questions or concerns about where my car was or how much I could put in my car. There prices are great compared to other companies and the service is outstanding.

We needed to get a car from Bend Or to Wichita KS. I tried calling several places they were either couldn't give me the info or were rude, so I called Ship a car Steve was very helpful, he had pickup arranged for 4 days later (Friday) and our car arrived at our house on Monday.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

1 Star is unfortunately the lowest rating permitted... My car was supposed to be shipped via auto train. It arrived 5 days late. Was dropped off with a broken axle. They waited until I was out of town so a friend had to sign for it. Was basically barely able to be driven to the repair shop. Cost almost 1000 dollars to repair. Their insurance refused to respond to my inquiries to pay the bill so I am left to pay. Terrible organization.

I worked with Daniel G. to move my two cars from state to state (CA to MD). He always returned my calls, communicated with me promptly through email when I was at work, and even spoke with me and my wife on Skype! I truly recommend him and will tell all of my friends. Service was awesome! I had a bad experience in the past with another company (Nationwide) so I was already skeptical but these guys exceeded my expectations and everything went great. Well worth the extra 50 dollars! I will use him again!

As it was our first time shipping a car, we had lots of questions. I worked with Dana Briones who was very helpful. The car as promised arrived with no issues.

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

Peter M. provided excellent service, I had talked to Peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister's car shipped from California to North Carolina. Everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. I had shipped a car in 2012 with another company and had no problems.So when I needed to ship a car this year I called them first.The price quote I got seemed a little high.When I called SHIP A CAR INC my name and the shipping information(as inaccurate as it was) was out for other companies to see even though I had talked to them on the telephone,not the internetThe people( Lisa & the driver) were very nice and professional.They also saved me $459.00( which is 23% of the total) over the other company.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.
