Utah to North Dakota Car Shipping

I was shipping my car from Texas to NY. Janet was the one who was helping me all throughout the process. She was very professional, helpful, and responsive. The driver came in front of our house and took the car and dropped it off as scheduled. I would recommend Janet and this company to everyone. It was a Good experience for me.

Please read before calling Ship A Car, Inc. I purchased a vehicle and needed it shipped from New Jersey to Missouri. I called Ship A Car and Steve Goodman set everything up was very friendly and helpful in the beginning. I called on May 19th to set up the shipping. I was told it would cost $750. The carrier would be paid $500 and Ship A Car would be paid $250. I was promised my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and be delivered to MY DOOR on Sunday May 24th. I was also told my vehicle would be in an ENCLOSED trailer. The original pick up day came and went and they told me “No carrier was going to the midwest.” Then the next day the excuse was “No carrier is going to Missouri.” Then the next day it was “We’ve called all 12 carriers we deal with and no luck.” Finally, he called me all excited and said he had found a carrier that could pick up my vehicle. He said they could pick it up May 30th and deliver it to my door June 1st but the only way they would do it is if I now paid $1,100 instead of the agreed upon $750. He said the carrier would need $900 cash and Ship A Car would be paid $200. He said “There are no other options.” I decided to go ahead and do the deal only because I had waited 10 days past the original pick up day. I should have told them to SCREW OFF but I needed the vehicle. Now to the carrier. They of course told me they wouldn’t drive their semi down my road to MY DOOR like I was promised so I had to meet them up the street. It took them an hour to get my vehicle off their trailer and the whole time they screamed and cussed at each other. People across the road at a Dollar General were standing watching because they could hear the F-bombs from there. Also my vehicle was not in an ENCLOSED trailer like Steve told me it would be. This whole experience has been a nightmare and I suggest you stay far away from Ship A Car. —————————————————————————————— ** MY RESPONSE TO SHIP A CAR’S RESPONSE ** At no time did your company tell me my “quote” would go up 32% I was told my price would be $750 and my vehicle would be picked up Thursday May 21st and delivered to my DOOR on Sunday May 24th. Your company never mentioned COVID. I was told no carriers were going to Missouri. Since writing my review we have found dog hair in my vehicle that matches the dog the carriers had with them and empty water bottles that weren’t in the vehicle before the pick up and the mileage doesn’t match up.

Definitely a great experience. Carrie was just so helpful and was able to do the impossible by finding me a carrier within an hour after I sent the request only two days before I wanted my car to be picked up.

Excellent customer service. My car arrived on time and in perfect condition. Quality company that will meet your auto transporting needs with ease. You don’t have to worry about your vehicle with this company.

Steve Goodman what can I say this man tell me Aaron hall I got u a driver ok he will pick your car up on Friday the 8th not really the driver just now Saturday picking my car up sad no communication then I paid I extra $50 so it could be here earlier I just want my car and I will never use this company please don't respond with call this number like y'all do just get in touch with the driver and find out when will my car be here since y'all lack communication What happen to my $50 you called and said u would reimburse me 3 days ago and still nothing bad business .

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. When I called, I was encouraged by the information Larry provided about your service and best ways to reach him if we had questions. Pricing was fair and in line with what we expected. He called immediately when a driver was available. The transport driver's service had good follow up too and were happy to share information when I called them. The transport driver had good follow up and was easy to reach by cell. He picked up and returned the car to us in a timely fashion with no issues. Overall, it was a positive experience!

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

Not a good experience with Ship a Car. First off, they were $300 more than other shippers in the area, but I used them based on their good reputation. I was assured that their company picked up and delivered on the days requested. Well, I requested they car be picked up on Saturday or Sunday, which I was assured it would be. However, the car wasn't picked up until Monday evening. I also requested the car to be delivered on Tuesday or Thursday. It was delivered on Wednesday morning during rush hour. The driver blocked the neighbors driveway, and had to move the truck. The driver also told me the wrong amount owed, and when he came I had to run to the ATM to get more cash. At no time during this process did the company call me to advise me of the changes in pickup and delivery. I emailed the gentleman at Ship a Car stating my dissatisfaction, get promised to get back to me in a day or two. As of this review it has been four days with no callback. I would advise people to choose another option when shipping an automobile.

I had my car shipped from Washington State to Wisconsin and Sam was incredibly helpful throughout the process. My car was picked up on time by a friendly and professional driver, and delivered perfectly as promised. Everything went exactly as planned and I was extremely happy with the service.

They are unprofessional and when a problem exists they dig their heads in the sand and hope it will go away rather than to be responsive and take care of the situation and make it right by the customer.. That begins with the owner, who herself has not responded to my phone calls. If you want to put your auto in the hands of a company that will let anyone drive your car...than this is the company you want otherwise stay clear, as I will in the future!

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. These people were up front about the price from the beginning. Alot of companies underpriced them but turned out to be a scam . I came back to SHIP A CAR INC and they were able to recover my shipping order and have it dispatched promptly and without incident. Would recommend 100%!!

Making plans with the company was fast and easy. They did what they said they would do and delivered the car in the same shape it was in upon pickup. Although they promised to call an hour out before delivery, and they did not, they did call upon arriving within blocks of the drop off point.

I did a relocation and needed transport from Indianapolis to Idaho. Setting up transport with Ship A Car took a few phone calls and it went smoothly. The driver was fantastic and the transport took seven days. Things went very well.

Worst EVER. I needed a vehicle shipped and placed order almost 2 weeks ago. Very minimal contact no matter how many times I tried to contact them. They gave me a solid price and stated that maybe they would have to "sweeten the deal" (asking for more money). They also told me that it was impossible to lock down a pickup date over the phone with another company besides them. Definitely a lie! I called We Will Transport it, low and behold for less money my vehicle is already on it's way to the destination 2 days from my initial contact. Would never recommend Ship A Car INC. to anyone nor would I EVER give them any of my business again! Horrible company, Khaii is who I who I worked with there. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. Ship A Car does good by finding the drivers but one of the drivers, the last one we worked with, wasn't all there. He had no idea what he was doing but he might have been new. other than that, Brian does a good job. We've shipped several cars through them.

Was paranoid of using any shipping company after hearing nightmare stories. And WOW, this was not the case here. Totally professional!!! Lots of info given in the beginning, the quote was actually high and a company that was used to transport had it here when they said they would Lots of constant communication and made this an easy thing to deal with. Raymond the driver was awesome, very professional and kept in communication with me throughout the transport to let me know time of arrival. I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. First time transporting my Car out of state. My experience from the start was a great experience. My representative Dana was very informative and knowledgeable. Dana made sure I was inform Thur out the transport and even reaching out afterwards to make sure everything went well. I could not have asked for better customer service/ care. I was very happy with the my transport of my Mercedes. The car made it safe on time and not one scratch! The rates was very competitive. I would highly recommend to anyone.
