My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days).  I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me.  I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition.  Please ask for Dana when you call.

Fantastic to work with and had a great experience with this company. Follow through was great and always just a phone call away. Shipped my daughters car from East coast to West coast and it arrived as promised. What I really like is that her car is designed with the front and rear bumpers somewhat lower to the ground then normal and this was a concern for me. I watched the car loaded on to the carrier and it went on perfectly. Very very happy and would highly recommend.

I never had to have a vehicle shipped, but recently experienced a family health emergency and needed to get a vehicle back to NJ. Instead of taking advantage by charging me a lot of money, Danny was extremely sympathetic to my situation and gave me an excellent price for truck to be shippend from Florida to NJ. The vehicle was delivered as promised and there wasn't a scratch on it. If ever I need this type of service again, I no longer have to look any further to find a company because I will return back here.

Ship A Car has been great. We've used them multiple times. We've shipped my cars back east multiple times for various trade shows, and then we've had them returned. They've been able to meet and exceed every shipment that we've had. So, I'm very pleased with them. Their communication was very precise and reactive. So, they had a quick response time.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. It was such a nice experience to deal with you. When I think I called on Monday, you assigned a carrier the same day, the next day Tuesday I met Mihai to deliver the car (he couldn’t have been nicer), the next day Wednesday, Mihai delivered the car to my son. It was amazingly easy. I wish I had found you and your company sooner. Last week dealing with the other transport company was a nightmare. Please know that you are appreciated and pass on my rave review to Mihai. He did a great job getting the car there in just a day and a half and in a enclosed trailer no less.

I had never shipped a vehicle before this , and I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about doing this. I have a ATV buggy brought from Phoenix, AZ to Norman, OK and I couldn't have been more pleased with the help I received from Danny K. with Ship-A-Car. He did what he said he would and the transport driver was on time and his equipment was "Top Shelf" plus he was a veteran like myself , we had a chance to talk a bit about our experiences. If I ever need to ship another vehicle I'll call Danny at Ship a Car.

Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. He was very quick at responding back to me and very knowledgeable. It put my mind at ease and all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to come. It took little time to travel from WA to VA and the driver was very nice as well. Bob called to check up on how the delivery went and that in itself was really nice! Showed me he truly cares about his customers! I will definitely be using this service again and have already recommended Bob to a few friends. I have shipped several cars over thr years but in particular Ms Yvonne Bowrosen has been spectacular! I needed a 1930 Model A brought to me and she arranged almost immediate pick up and delivery was right on with excellent communication from both Ms Bowrosen and the driver. Since things went so well, I decided to specifically contact her for enclosed shipping of a special viper and again she found a driver and had the car to me in days. Again, communication was super and the cost in both cases was less than other quotes. I cannot recommend ship a car and in particular Ms Bowrosen more. I will definitely call her again in the future.

I did plenty of research on transportation I decide to Look up the better business burea I found ship a car Had Great rating, , I work with Meredith A she was very proffessional.and efficient . She found me a drive within 3 days to come to the imperial valley , a very small city. My car was pick up on Friday afternoon delivered by Wednesday afternoon.I am so happy I found ship a car transport I highly recommend using ship a car transport. Very honest and fair price

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Poor service. You'll pay for door to door service, but won't receive it. Your calls will be screened during your delivery time. Communications with the company and driver will be painful. Overall experience: hassle.

This is the first time I have used a car shipping service but Ship A Car made it so easy that it won't be the last time! My car arrived on time and in great condition. The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I worked with Jon Rodriguez. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.

Ship a Car Inc. arranged transportation for 3 of our company vehicles to move across the country. They met our requirements and provided an auto hauler in a very timely manner at a competitive rate. I transported my 1968 mustang from Texas to Florida with Ship a Car Inc. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and timeliness. Their specialist (Maria) worked with both the the shipper and I and made sure we were both contacted for updates throughout. I was very pleased with the price she gave me and the speed that the transactions took place. The driver showed up to the sellers house by the next morning and it was in Florida by the end of the week. I would definitely recommend this company if you needed to ship a car in the future.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

Chad at Ship a Car Inc was awesome! Shipped my vehicle from South Dakota to Oregon. Not a very popular route but Chad ensured me he would find me a driver. First contact was on March 27 with Chad, he had a driver ready to go on April 3. On April 4th as the driver was en-route to SD his truck broke down. Chad called immediately and let me know what was going on. He said he was not going to wait for the driver to fix his truck and wanted to find a new trucking company. He called back on April 5th with a company and driver he felt much better about Little Sequatchie Transport LLC. Both Chad and the driver kept me in the loop the entire trip with pictures of my vehicle loaded on the truck, ETA's, etc... My vehicle arrived on April 11th and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Chad at Ship a Car Inc and Bobby at Little Sequatchie Transport my vehicle arrived in a timely manner safe and sound! I Would definitely recommend Ship a Car Inc if you need to ship your vehicle!!!

At the last minute, I needed to help my grandparents ship their car. Without any prior knowledge of this line of business, I had to make a decision with a company I could trust. A friend's recommendation lead me to Ship A Car. I called and spoke to a very nice guy, Justin. He helped me get everything setup for them and made sure all my questions were answered. I was able to rest assured that my grandparent's car was in good hands on it's trip back home.

My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

Very prompt service, good communication, and reasonable cost. Steve was great to work with. Good communication and answered all my questions. The bike was picked up promptly on a Saturday and delivered 900 miles away the following day. I was amazed. Far faster than some other services I have used.

This was my first experience with Ship A Car INC. They transported a Volkswagon for me. The vehicle arrived in great shape, with no damages. It also arrived quickly, and on schedule. All in all, Ship A Car INC did a very good job for me, and I was very impressed with their professionalism! They handled all aspects of the transportation for me, just like they promised. Five Stars all around!

I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Bob called as a follow up call and let him take over as soon as I cancelled with other company. He worked fast in arranging and taking care of our needs. Thank you

I hired Ship-A-Car to transport a truck from TN to CA. Their service was excellent! They kept us informed on the schedule and picked up the truck from TN on the date they said they would. They delivered the truck to CA within the timeframe they said they would and kept us informed along the way. Much better experience than what I had with another transportation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!
