Tennessee to Utah Car Shipping

We're an auto transport company and they provide all of the trucks for transport. We've been working with them for about six months now. They respond very quickly and give you fair rates. When they promise you a pick up date, they're always on time.

We strongly recommend contacting a shipping company directly. For the $225 fee we had little or no communication from pick-up (we were able to find the name/number of the driver we were told was going to pick up our bike -- but he was unaware he was supposed to pick it up and wouldn't have on the scheduled day had we not contacted him) until delivery unless we initiated and tracked down individuals, most of who were drivers and unable to assist us as to located the bike and determining a deliver date. The estimated delivery date was off by a full week and attempts to find a more accurate delivery date was unsuccessful (though we did manage to contact a driver that left the bike in Oklahoma City -- though courtesous and wanting to be helpful, couldn't help us). We received less than 24 hours notice of delivery. Finally, even the payment instructions were in error so that when the bike was finally delivered, the form of payment (a cashier's check as we were instructed to prepare) was not correct. We ended up paying by credit card, not a problem, but seems like a simple detail that a brokerage company should be aware of. Instead, we wasted time one evening to go to our bank to secure an unnecessary cashier's check. My advice? Bypass this broker company and contact shipper directly. We gained no advantage or service worth the $225 on top of the $525 to ship the bike. We could have saved $225 OR spent the combined $750 on renting a truck, fuel and one night hotel to transport it ourselves with more predictability.

I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

Everything went smooth. The driver was nice and professional and the car was dropped off safe and sound, we will definitely use your company again!

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

We just had the best experience buying a vehicle out of state. Ship a Car coordinated with the auto dealer we selected, picked up my vehicle on time, communicated all during the purchase and transit process, and my vehicle arrived on time and without any hassle. We recently had our car shpped crtoss country by shipacar.com. We were completely satisfied with the manner in chich Danny took care of us. We had a minor change of departure dates, but Danny hel0ped us nad wuicly reinstated our reservation. Our car arrived ahead of time, and was inperfect condition. I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price!
