Spoke with Lisa P numerous times about shipping a car to my son in San Jose, from Tucson. As I had not done this before, I had lots of questions. Lisa was very patient, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Told her the car could be picked up the following day, and literally within 30 minutes, she called me back to say she had a truck lined up to pick up the car the VERY NEXT MORNING!! Amazing. Car was picked up on Thursday, and delivered to my son's house on Monday, late afternoon, exactly as promised. Car arrived in great shape. I was very impressed with how this all went, and would definitely use them again. Excellent.

I dealt with Justen over the phone. They got my motorcycle to me safely in an enclosed transport on time and significantly cheaper than anyone else. PS don't use uship.com for reviews, those reviews are all fake as hell.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted an offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. Then out of the blue Peter Minko called with Ship a Car and I accepted his offer. Steve was super. Gave me a quote and within a few days the pickup was lined up. They picked up the bike on a Saturday and it got to me 900 miles away on Sunday (the next day). I was amazed. Excellent service and reasonable price.

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

I used Ship A Car to ship my car from California to Chicago, I had never shipped anything before so naturally I was a little weiry but I came across Ship A Car after looking at other companies and I thought why not call, Turns out it was the BEST call I made, Very Very nice people, explained everything to me, always took my calls, always answered my calls, my car reached it's destination on time in the same exact shape as when it was picked up... They're the absolute best.
