I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I've made many moves over the years and this, without a doubt, was the most pleasant thanks to Joseph. He is a great communicator and was always there when I had a question. He was honest and couldn't have been a better partner is this event.  

I would use Ship a car again this was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT. A job well done.

I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. This was the first time I have ever shipped a car. Called Ship A Car and taliked with Quintin Putnam he reasured me everything was going to good. Pickup my Mini in irvine Cal and delivered it to West Jordan Utah. I was worried to death called Quintin on second day. He again reassured me that everything was good. My Mini was delivered Monday morning and it was great.

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

Kristina did such an amazing job. Got my car posted and picked up in the same day. She explained everything to a "T". Car was delivered on time and buyer was excited. Will use Ship A Car and Kristina again.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. I did a relocation and needed transport from Indianapolis to Idaho. Setting up transport with Ship A Car took a few phone calls and it went smoothly. The driver was fantastic and the transport took seven days. Things went very well.

My car was picked (on time) and delivered (2 days early) . If I do need to ship a car, I will definitely use them again. I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I needed my sons car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. I was dealing with a different shipping company that I would never ever recommend (Rock Bottom Rates Transport - RBRT *). I wasn't getting any where, and was only being told lies. I did a Google search and located Ship A Car INC and that's when I met Quinten. I told him my issue and he started off by telling me that I was promised a delivery at a rate that wasn't possible. From that moment he took over shipping my truck and from the beginning he was upfront about the entire process and gave me his cell to contact him at any time. I didn't have to pay any upfront fees, I only paid a deposit after he contracted a driver and was able to provide me with the drives name and cell number and the company. The rate didn't change at the time of delivery, everything on the contract stayed the same. Quinten was available during the entire process, via email, phone calls and texts messages and even after working hours. The other horrible company was already 3 weeks behind the expected delivery date. Quinten gave me realistic goals, and a reasonable rate and my truck was shipped from LA to Boston in about 2 weeks. After dealing with Rock bottom rates and their lies and taking my deposit, dealing with Ship A Car INC was the best experience I had.

After speaking with 3 different car shipping companies, I found Bob Moran at Ship-A-Car. What a relief to speak with someone that answered all my questions and walked me through the entire process. It actually arrived even one day before I was scheduled to arrive in Nashville but the driver was able to accommodate me and stay an extra night until I arrived. Within 24 hours I recieved a good bid and immediately was scammed by an alleged hauler that cleaned out my bank account.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.
