This was my first experience with shipping an automobile cross country, and I must say it was and excellent experience. Bob Moran was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the shipping process. We had a great conversation about cars and reminiscing the good old days. The whole process went great! The car arrived sooner than expected and was in great condition. Bob Moran is a great asset to Ship a Car and I highly recommend them.

I used this brokerage company to transport my car from NJ to Michigan, when I spoke to the original Sales Rep he told me that the vehicle would be transported on an 18 wheeler not on a Pickup truck towing a bed of 3 or 4 cars. That did not happen, then though the rest of the issue does not completely fall on their line of work they did nothing to help me out. The company that actually transported my car which Ship a car outsourced to did not initiate any communication at all. Throughout the process of delivery of my vehicle I was calling the shipper for time slots and changes in schedule. Never did the shipper call me to indicate a change in schedule. Then to add insult to injury due construction that was happening on my main street the shipper could not deliver the car to my house I had to walk a mile to go pick up my car, or I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my car. Though the contract explicitly says the car would be delivered to my home. Again Ship A Car has nothing to do with this process, but in the end my contract is with Ship A Car, and when I complained about all these issues they did nothing to rectify the situation. The "Manager" asks me did the vehicle get delivered? I said yes, then that is all we promised. Such a piss poor way to handle the customer service end of things. Though most of the issues are the shippers my contract is with them and they deserved to be shunned for the way the handled the situation.

Overall, I was very happy with the way Larry Farber handled the transportation of my car from MD to OK and would recommend him to others. His driver picked up my car on time and delivered it to the destination on time and without any issues.

Truck arrived two days ahead of estimated time given at time of quote. The staff at Ship a Car kept me informed of the delivery schedule, once it had been picked up. Well worth the price.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

While in Florida earlier this month for some surgery our daughter was having in West Palm Beach, we found a used vehicle we purchased for her there, but needed to figure out how we would get it back to Ohio. I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

I worked with Bob to ship two cars from Wisconsin to South Carolina. I had never shipped vehicles anywhere, so I was nervous throughout the process, and worried that my cars wouldn't be picked up on time. Bob handled my nerves like a pro, was always reassuring and answering my calls quickly. Ultimately, my cars were picked up on time, arrived only two days later (in great shape), and everything went well! If I have to do this again, Bob will be the first and only call I make.
