Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. First time dealing with ship a car I had a great guy name Bob! What about Bob? Well let me tell you he his personalble, on his stuff and communicates in a timely matter. I was able to get my 84 Z28 from California to Michigan in no time! I personally sell cars for a living here in Michigan and Bob and his team are top notch! All in all great experience fast and easy no hassle. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good car shipper.

Needed to get my 67 Mustang out of Florida before Irma. Meredith, at Ship a Car, was great finding me a closed trailer to bring the car to Northeast Georgia. It arrived in perfect condition.

I booked my car with Howard . To ship from Atlantic Beach Florida to Irvine California . We agreed to 1300.00 fee . That included three containers in my car upto 100lbs... upon delivery I was charged an extra $100.00 for the containers. They would NOT unload my car until I gave them the extra $100.00 dollars. I had called Howard several times on the issue and he never resolved the issue of the extra 100.00 dollars . This company is a ripoff. They are by far the most expensive ones out there. I will also be reporting them to the BBB. I was so excited to have my shipped only to have a huge negative experience with this company.

Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. I brought a large van bus from an auction and was deeply searching for a reliable and reasonably priced company. In my search, I called 5 companies and Ship A Car provided the best price. The lady in the office, Yvonne was wonderful, I'm not sure of her hours because I was able to reach her day or night so needless to say they exceeded my expectations.

I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

The driver arrived in LA three days after the car had been picked up in Maryland. WOW! I got a call this morning at 9:15am that said that the driver was in LA...he must have hauled a** to get to the west coast in three days! I canceled all of my appointments and events today in order to meet the driver. I kept calling the cell number on file/dispatch and got updates in 2 hour increments. "There are other cars in front of yours. It could be about 90 minutes." I stayed home all day long. The car was delivered around 9:15pm. I had seen the driver/truck drive by my apartment building at 8:30pm I called twice to find out where the driver was. It turns out that he unloaded the car and drove it to my apartment at 9:15pm. Physically, the car was great. No dings, scratches, dents, etc. from making a cross-country trip. Ultimately, that's the best review ever. Losing a day on a holiday weekend...well, I made the best of it, so I can't complain too much. Thanks for all of your help.

We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! He coordinated everything from our SUV being pick up at Seattle, Wa to the delivery being held without incurring extra charges on our part (Thank you Aaron!). With everything that was going on, it was refreshing for a change to have someone else watching out for us. He made the entire process easy and painless. We couldn't thank him enough. Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

The gentleman that delivered my car was very good. It was my first time using them, and I'd use them again. Would recommend to anyone. They're very professional. Just make sure that if you're shipping a classic car to put the cover on it -- you'll need to keep the dust off.

We went with Ship-A-Car because we were unable to do cash to ship a car. ($900 was their quote.) I was to the understanding that there would be a $250 deposit charged when the contract was picked up and the remaining $650 would be charged upon delivery. WRONG! Ship-a-Car went with a company that does NOT do credit cards. Now we are having to work with the transport company and Ship-a-Car was able to basically take $250 from us just to do the same damned thing we could have done on our own if we had the cash. I will never use them again and will never recommend them.

I recently purchased a 1942 Ford Deluxe Convertible, I needed someone to transport from Idaho to Upstate NY. My son came up with Ship A Car Auto Transportation from the Hemmings Motor News Magazine. Just received our car Dallas to ny with a damaged tire. Some advice. Get the name of the company that is actually transporting your car before you sign a contract and check credentials. We didn’t. The company had an F rating on BBB. Don’t count on door to door. Late on pick up. Late on delivery. Sat in Philadelphia for 2 days b cause the driver took the keys home Don’t count on communication on weekends. Auto ship passes the buck to the transport company as soon as you sign. You will only get info from the dispatcher and it was inaccurate for us On to the claim. Never again

SHIP A CAR is pretty straight forward. They're a little more expensive than other quotes out there. They assured me they would pick up and drop the car off at a certain place and time and actually followed through. Other car shipping services don't seem to be as reliable. The outside of the car was a bit dirty which is understandable since they shipped it cross-country, so we just got it washed. I would recommend people to use them.
