South Carolina to Alaska Car Shipping

This was my first time to use Ship A Car Inc. I asked them to transport a 30,000 pound telehandler, or boom lift, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Gulfport, Mississippi. I was surprised that they were able to get the equipment out of Iowa ahead of the bad weather, but they did. Very prompt service. The driver was an extremely conscientious individual who saw that there was a hatch problem on the equipment which needed attention before hitting the road. He took of that for me. The load was professionally secured, and made it down here in perfect shape! I am very impressed with Ship A Car Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicles or equipment transported over a long distance! I mean these guys went above and beyond from my first phone call to final delivery!

I received excellent service from Len of ship a car. He was thorough, pleasant to work with, and committed to helping me find a transport service. The company he contracted with was outstanding, great service, my car arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition...except for a few bugs on the windshield!! I highly recommend Len and his company.

I have shipped a couple of cars with these folks and let me tell you. They are the best in the game. Absolutely the best people to deal with. They make sure you have all the paperwork ready and they happen to have some of the best prices. I truly feel like a valued customer every time I call them. I worked with Kristina V. She was kind, thoughtful and intelligent. Worked with me threw my email and gave me her personal phone line to call for problems.. She gave me estimate and told me what to expect... Stayed in contact with me threw the entire process of booking, handling transport, and getting vehicles delivered. Transporters were kind, helpful and capable...Just an OVERALL, Good experience... What a BLESSING these people are, in today's world of mishaps... Five Star Rating in my opinion... Thank you... took the stress out of our shipment..

I was working with Move Wheels a month prior to moving from Saint Augustine, FL all the way to Park City, UT & I needed to have 2 cars shipped in an enclosed carrier. I was assured I’d have the driver information & pick up time closer to the ship date; we needed our cars picked up 5/29 (Memorial Day). Come the Friday before the cars were to be picked up, I had been in communication with a rep via text, asking her to provide me with the driver info & pick up time as they were to come that Monday; this was at noon & was told I would be provided the info shortly. Well, 3pm rolls around & I call my rep, who was now not responding to my texts or calls. I ended up calling the main line & told them AGAIN, what I needed. Well, I was never given any information, so I thought, well, we’ll just wait & see if someone shows up…of course no one did. Needless to say, my call to them at 9:01am on Tuesday morning was not a pleasant one. I then began searching for the top transportation company and came across Ship A Car Inc. I picked up the phone & was connected to Chad. He was extremely helpful, informative & honest. He rolled up his sleeves & got right to work on helping me get a carrier that day or the following. Even with the prior company being a complete PITA & not removing me from the board, Chad made magic happen. By the time he left for the day, we didn’t have a carrier yet, which was ok. I honestly didn’t expect to have a carrier until the next day. That was until I got a call from a dispatcher who emailed me the paper work & in minutes, I had a carrier that was to be there the following morning. BUT, I got a call from the carrier again shortly after & he wanted to pick my car up that night, as they were in Orlando. All my worries had diminished & I have Chad to thank for all his hard work & dedication. He was a pleasure to work with & I will certainly refer anyone to him in need of car transportation assistance, in the future.

Bob Moran was absolutely fantastic and the transport went smoothly. I highly recommend. Picked up SUV early and dropped off early....the driver was nice and professional. I recommend them!

You need shipping sorted on your car's... Look no more... You think of it, and they have it done already! Love their service!!!

Used this company recently to ship my truck across the country. Was paranoid of so many things happening. This company made the job effortless, and painless. Was given an exact quote, was promised no surprises, and the vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and on time. COmmunication was excellent and will use again in the future for sure.

My recent relocation from Seattle to Pittsburgh was less stressful because of the service that Ship A Car provided—Yvonne coordinated with both my husband and I to have my car shipped. Both drivers were very nice and professional. It was a no-hassle process with the driver picking up my car on time and at my apartment, and then delivering it on time and at my apartment.
