Rhode Island to Minnesota Vehicle Shipping

I had originally scheduled a my car transport with Nationwide auto transportation (don't us them). On the day of my pickup nationwide called me stating that they had no one to pick up my car after I have made a reservation 2 weeks prior. When i originally made my reservation i was told tbwy would contact me two day before the pick. Due to their lack of professionalism I cancelled there service. I called ship a Car the same day and Pepper answered. We scheduled a pickup for the next busy day and with 48 my car was shipped from Florida to California.

I called the ship a car and spoke with Paul, he was very helpful and caring. He got the job done in a matter of hours and I was very thankful to him and happy based on the situation I was in. I would recommend ship a car to anyone that needs hauling of any kind and please definitely ask for Paul you won’t regret it!

Excellent service : on time pickup, on time delivery, excellent tracking and communication and NO DAMAGE. My 2014 Harley was carefully strapped to a pallet and transported by Heritage Motorcycle transport exactly as quoted. I would recommend this company highly, although I felt the brokerage part of the cost was $100 too high based on other quotes I received.

I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Lisa was great at communicating via email and phone (even for a customer that doesn't have an umbilical to his phone.) Would use them again..., in a second!

I had never shipped a vehicle before this , and I have to say that I was a bit apprehensive about doing this. Spoke with Lisa P numerous times about shipping a car to my son in San Jose, from Tucson. As I had not done this before, I had lots of questions. Lisa was very patient, answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Told her the car could be picked up the following day, and literally within 30 minutes, she called me back to say she had a truck lined up to pick up the car the VERY NEXT MORNING!! Amazing. Car was picked up on Thursday, and delivered to my son's house on Monday, late afternoon, exactly as promised. Car arrived in great shape. I was very impressed with how this all went, and would definitely use them again. Excellent.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat.

I had no problems. Will Dublin was a real pleasure to deal with. I hadn't done this before so I was a little nervous but it all worked fine. My car was waiting for me when I got to my destination. I was in contact with the driver en route. Definitely Will will take care of you.

I've been working with Ship A Car for years. Danny over there takes care of me well. He gets me a broker right away. The few times I've had issues with the carrier, he helped me take care of it. I've done several vehicles and everything went well. When I book, I call him up on his number. I text him the location, where it's being shipped to, where it's coming from, and the VIN number. He does a search, sends me a quote, tells me about what it should be, even before I even bid on the vehicle. He does a good job coming in with that radius and getting me someone right away.

I hired a hualer from this company from Sacramento CA to Sparta WI. Ms. Kristina Vertue promptly found a carrier with an excellent driver Mr. Anton Buzila. They picked and dropped my car from door to door without any scratches.🙏🌹

I cannot say enough good things about this company! A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ speed. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to move theirs. Thanks guys.

I did plenty of research on transportation I decide to Look up the better business burea I found ship a car Had Great rating, , I work with Meredith A she was very proffessional.and efficient . She found me a drive within 3 days to come to the imperial valley , a very small city. Everything went great and it was an unusual move, a farm tractor with a mower attached to the rear. Their rep, Larry Farber was great, kept me advised during the whole move.

I can't say enough good things about this company and specifically Bob Moran. Bob has now helped me with shipping two of my family's vehicles (MI to CA in 2016 and CA to NY). The first time I worked with him he was saving me because another company never showed up. And today when I worked with him he helped me get our car to NY where my fiancé has just started his new job. I shipped my car from Oregon to Pennsylvania and throughout the whole process the staff were excellent. The booking agent, Janet was helpful, fun and aleivated any anxiety I had. She was in communications throughout the process. She made me feel like a valued friend. The truckers were also excellent. They communicated well, were conscientious and pleasant to work with. I would highly recommend this service.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I live in Texas and purchased a classic car in Virginia. The seller suggested using Ship A Car and we were put in touch with Larry Farber at Ship A Car. Despite hiccups with the seller, Larry worked with us in the most courteous, conscientious and professional manner and accomplished the delivery of the vehicle to me. I would highly recommend Larry and would not hesitate to contact him and/or Ship A Car for future shipping needs.

The company he contracted with was outstanding, great service, my car arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition...except for a few bugs on the windshield!! The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. They figured out how to circumvent a checks and balances process. Ship a Car realized that, changed their process, and took care of the situation. Kudos to them. I transported my 1968 mustang from Texas to Florida with Ship a Car Inc. I was very pleased with their service, professionalism, and timeliness. Their specialist (Maria) worked with both the the shipper and I and made sure we were both contacted for updates throughout. I was very pleased with the price she gave me and the speed that the transactions took place. The driver showed up to the sellers house by the next morning and it was in Florida by the end of the week. I would definitely recommend this company if you needed to ship a car in the future.

Pepper Long is a dedicated worker that stays on the phone until her customers needs are met. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. The Indian was secured greatly covered in blankets with not a scratch on it. Ask for Pepper and rest assured you'll be in good hands!

I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!
