We talked with Steve he was very professional. We had a bad experience with trying to find a company to ship our car. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.

The Ship A Car rep told me everything that I needed to know. Everything went as well as it could have. However, in-between times, I didn't get any updates. But as far as the information he gave me and what was done, it was spot on. The pickup was in Columbus, Ohio and the drop-off was in Frisco, Texas. The car got there a day earlier than expected, so that was a plus. I was happy about that. The driver was also great. He called and said he was about 40 minutes out. He dropped it off, signed the paperwork and received the money. I will recommend Ship A Car to anybody going that route.

Willie is the Man! All commitments were honored beyond expectations. Our car arrived within 10 minutes of our arrival to our new location. Beyond luck - I say!

I had my car shipped from De to FL with no problem. The driver was really nice, friendly and arrived on time. As soon as I landed my car was ready for me to pick up. Anytime I had a question it was easy to get in contact with them. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I first want to say that Ship A Car, Inc. did a fabulous job with shipping my 1977 Mercedes from Los Angeles to Georgia. I shipped the car covered and it arrived with no damage. Sam Ladin took my order and kept me informed at every step. My only complaint is with the trucking company, Z Trans, who accepted the dispatch. The company came a day later than the scheduled time to pickup the car and didn't call me to tell me they weren't coming. The day before the car was supposed to arrive, I phoned the driver and told him what time I would be at the location. Never heard back from him. He arrived early morning and was rude to my family and threatened to return the car to Los Angeles unless they were paid. The people who run this company speak little English so this adds to the difficulty in keeping in contact. So if Ship-A-Car tells you that Z Trans picked up their dispatch order, ask them to change it. I've informed them of this issue, so it shouldn't be a problem.

Customer service was their first priority and helped me ship my car from California to Michigan without any hassle! Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. Bob Moran. Is AMAZING ! I shipped my car from Las Vegas to Pennsylvania. Bob has kindness , compassion, respect ,empathy, and professionalism for the stress and planning that comes with moving. His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. I worked with Steve and he was awesome! A real life saver. I had previously utilized a different shipping brokerage (through my moving company) and they left me high and dry the day before my car was supposed to be transported. I had less than 24 hours to coordinate the car transport and called Steve. He had a carrier assigned to my car within 20 minutes of my request. They picked my car up the next morning and all was well. I’m still in awe at how Steve was able to help me in 20 minutes and the other brokerage had weeks notice and couldn’t make it happen. Definitely will call Steve again if I need a car transported and will refer anyone who needs a car shipped to Steve!

I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.

My experience was positive. The agent, Will, with Ship A Car, was very professional and my two cars were picked up and delivered in the condition I gave them to the driver. In fact, the driver delivered my cars one day earlier!

The company he contracted with was outstanding, great service, my car arrived in a timely manner in perfect condition...except for a few bugs on the windshield!! Needed to move a John Deere Gator from central NJ to upper VT. It has a low clearance due to an attached snowplow. Ship a Car was awesome. VERY responsive every step of the way. They even found a quality carrier $200 less than the initial quote! Carrier was professional and had the right vehicle. Arrived exactly on time. Gator arrived safely. Happily paid the reasonable cost and dramatically reduced my anxiety. Great job.

My father passed this summer and I inherited his 1956 DeSoto. My two boys, 18 and 20, plus my husband researched the possibility of getting the car shipped from Michigan to Connecticut. When the first driver showed up without the proper equipment, Yvonne did everything possible to find another driver that was available the week that I was in Michigan visiting my mother. I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

thieves I am filing a theft charge and fraud charges against them they refuse to refund money and did not do the job. and then ran my card again to obtain more money thieves

My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bob M. at Ship A Car for about the past year. He's helped my company ship our company vehicles to all 4 corners of this country numerous times, and he is always a pleasure to work with. Bob is extremely responsive in addressing any/all needs and works with you to get a driver scheduled that will fit YOUR needs, not just the driver's. I'd previously used another transport broker to get our vehicles out, but that company ended up being a scam, and our cars were held hostage and drivers never got paid. Bob and Ship A Car are the epitome of professionalism and service in an environment where there can often be hesitancy and mistrust. Similarly, even the driver's I've accepted cars from speak highly of Ship A Car, and they are a preferred broker for transporters. Ship A Car doesn't rip off the drivers, which in turn makes the drivers want to quickly accept any pickups Ship A Car has in the database. It's a win-win-win for all parties involved.

I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Lisa was great at communicating via email and phone (even for a customer that doesn't have an umbilical to his phone.) Would use them again..., in a second!

Work with Cody. Chose this company due to good reviews. Transported my vehicle cross country for work. Cost was comparable to other quotes I saw online. Very professional and organized on the phone, detailed emails to document everything appropriately as well. Followed up as he said he would. Actual transport people also very professional, ended up delivering the car a day early which was a plus. Smooth and painless process.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

The most recent service we had done by Ship A Car INC. was to transport a car from California to Denver, Colorado. The task turned out fantastic, as usual. I really like that it is so easy to make arrangements with them and all of the staff seems so professional. We're an auto transport company and they provide all of the trucks for transport. We've been working with them for about six months now. They respond very quickly and give you fair rates. When they promise you a pick up date, they're always on time.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

I called Bob at Ship A Car to ship 2 cars from Las Vegas to SC. Besides being personable and professional he got me the best price and the time frame i needed. I worked with Paul S. He gave me a competitive quote. Agreed to the price and he came back quick with a transport but they wanted $80 more. I declined because it was more than original quote. He got me 3 more quotes a few days later and all wanted $80+ more from original quote. Still competitive, so I agreed with one finally, albeit hesitant because I didn’t like having to pay more but like I said, still competitive. Well, I was pleasantly surprised with the transport chosen, they did a great job! On time pick up, on time (even a bit early) delivery, kept me updated on everything along the way. In the end of the story, a very positive experience! Would use them and recommend them again!
