Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

Cameron provided excellent service. He was always reachable by phone. My family shipped 3 cars from Florida to Massachusetts. The 2 drivers were also easily reachable and treated us with great concern and respect. These guys were exception. We had moved to Florida in June and used another carrier which was a fiasco. Lost my job and moved back to MA and once again, if you need someone you can trust, use "Ship a Car" and ask for Cameron.

Everything was pleasant with Ship A Car. They were easy to communicate with and the driver was easy to work with. The car was transported from Grand Junction to Tulsa and the final cost was lower than the initial quote I was given. It was a good experience and I'd do it again if I need to.

I worked with Steve and he was awesome! A real life saver. I had previously utilized a different shipping brokerage (through my moving company) and they left me high and dry the day before my car was supposed to be transported. I had less than 24 hours to coordinate the car transport and called Steve. He had a carrier assigned to my car within 20 minutes of my request. They picked my car up the next morning and all was well. I’m still in awe at how Steve was able to help me in 20 minutes and the other brokerage had weeks notice and couldn’t make it happen. Definitely will call Steve again if I need a car transported and will refer anyone who needs a car shipped to Steve!

Can not say enough about the calm, confident manner they had with handling details and getting our vehicles moved to their new home.. It is so stressful finding people that you can trust to do what they say they can do... This was just a wonderful blessing to us... Everything went smooth and delivery was GREAT! These two vehicles had to come 1577 miles. Cost was fair for shipping both vehicles... Just can not express, the sincere, happiness we felt to see these vehicles reach their final home... My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. Used this company recently to ship my truck across country. Was paranoid of so many things happening. THis company made the job effortless, and painless. Was given an exact quote, was promised no surprises and vehicle was delivered in excellent condition and on time. COmmunication was excellent and will use again in the future for sure.

I worked with Bob to ship two cars from Wisconsin to South Carolina. I had never shipped vehicles anywhere, so I was nervous throughout the process, and worried that my cars wouldn't be picked up on time. Bob handled my nerves like a pro, was always reassuring and answering my calls quickly. Ultimately, my cars were picked up on time, arrived only two days later (in great shape), and everything went well! If I have to do this again, Bob will be the first and only call I make.

I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.
