Everything about the process of transporting my car with the people over at Ship A Car went according to plan and exactly as they said they would. The guy that came to pick up the car was right on time and very engaging. He took the time to tell me the plan for the delivery of the car and the time frame in which it would be delivered. The guy took great care in loading my car up which I really appreciated. The car ended up arriving at the destination before I did which the guy said it would and he was able to contact my daughter so that she was available for the delivery. The whole process was just so smooth and easy and went exactly as they said it would which makes me one happy and satisfied customer.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike Logan at Ship a car, Inc. He got me a quote lower than I had found elsewhere online. My car was picked up a day earlier and delivered a day earlier than I was told. The driver was excellent. His name was Albert. He works for Arizona Shipping. I am planning to move to other state and I will use Ship a Car, Inc again.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. Although this Company did not ship my car. Their response to my needs and great customer services showed me that they actually were looking to help me. They were transparent and did not give me the run around and called me back the same day to tell me they had a carrier to pick up my car. This was my first time to use Ship A Car Inc. I asked them to transport a 30,000 pound telehandler, or boom lift, from Cedar Rapids, Iowa to Gulfport, Mississippi. I was surprised that they were able to get the equipment out of Iowa ahead of the bad weather, but they did. Very prompt service. The driver was an extremely conscientious individual who saw that there was a hatch problem on the equipment which needed attention before hitting the road. He took of that for me. The load was professionally secured, and made it down here in perfect shape! I am very impressed with Ship A Car Inc., and highly recommend them to anyone needing vehicles or equipment transported over a long distance! I mean these guys went above and beyond from my first phone call to final delivery!

Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. I brought a large van bus from an auction and was deeply searching for a reliable and reasonably priced company. In my search, I called 5 companies and Ship A Car provided the best price. I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. I used Ship A Car to coordinate transporting a Ford F550 Boom Lift truck from Waxahatchie, Texas to Portland, OR. This was the first time I had purchased an out of state vehicle and was nervous about the process. I shopped online and called around for quotes and found Ship A Car to be the lowest price by far for a fully insured shipment. Justen was courteous and professional, explained the process in full detail, and quickly put my mind at ease. When I had questions, he was always available to take my call, and made the process very simple from start to finish. He even checked in with me while the truck was en-route to make sure the driver was on schedule. We will be buying another truck soon, and I will definitely call Ship A Car to coordinate the shipment.

I can not speak more highly of the assistance Joseph G. provided me throughout this process to date. When I first worked with Joseph on this shipment, he told me that if I needed anything during the shipment stage, to let him know. And he was true to his words! When I had to change the person who was going to drop my car off at the shipping port, he immediately contacted Matson to make that change. On the day of the drop off, an issue came up regarding the acceptance of my vehicle at the port, so I called Joseph to see if he could assist. He immediately attempted to get in touch with me to see how he could assist. When I didn't pick up his call, he right away contacted the person I had told him was going to drop the car off at Matson to find out the problem. I then called Joe back, and discussed the problem with him. After a discussion, he gave me pointers to resolve the issue, and requested that I contact him about any subsequent next steps that he could assist with to ensure the car was accepted on that day, which was actually the final day to have my auto on the next ship. I am greatly impressed with the care and concern that Joseph displayed with my situation. He had a definite "can do" attitude, and was ready to jump in head first in order to help me in any way he could to make sure the shipment was a success. To add importance is that I am attempting to have my car shipped from Honolulu to California while I am trying to manage this as I currently am located in Dallas. Having Joseph as my wing man and a concerned and very responsive primary contact point is invaluable, since this is such a long distance transaction for me. If Joseph is a true representative of Ship A Car and the character of their associates, Ship A Car and Joseph deserve 5 Stars and beyond. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Truck arrived two days ahead of estimated time given at time of quote. The staff at Ship a Car kept me informed of the delivery schedule, once it had been picked up. Well worth the price.

Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. After weeks of trying to find a shipper that I could trust, I found Ship A Car and Quinten. He walked me through the process and has traced my car with me through the entire process. Thanks to them, my g-son in the military will receive his car in perfect condition. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

Their price point is higher than other companies, but it is worth paying a little more for the peace of mind that the job is going to get done. So, it was very refreshing to have someone call me as promised, several days before to finalize plans, and the day before the car's pick up to confirm the time of pick up. My car was picked up the day before planned and the delivered a day early. I am so happy with this stellar service that I am using this company again to transport a different car. The service you receive is second to none. that my son's 2002 Toyota Camry arrived in Washington (Bangor Naval Base) last night. Everything went fantastic…from the car being picked up on Long Island on 10/29 to it being delivered on 11/4. It was estimated to take 8-11 days but arrived in less time. So happy with your company and will recommend to other military families and anyone else that needs a car transported. My agent was Doug and he was professional, courteous, and as truthful as he could be. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very cooperative. As our circumstances change, I made him aware and he changed things up as we were going. I was shipping my deceased husband's car to our daughter. Things had to line up before I could ship that car and I explained that to Doug at the outset. He worked with me.   I live in a rural area with narrow streets. He said, “I'm gonna put the car up for some driver with the explanation of the circumstances. We will make that driver aware. And we'll go from there.” Somebody accepted the car within 24 hours and I was totally shocked. Doug explained everything to the driver and the driver said he could handle it. When I made contact with the driver and I re-explained to him, he said, “I committed to picking this car up so that you would not have to walk, you would not have to meet me anywhere. You wouldn't have to leave your home. This car is literally going door to door.” The morning that he was coming to pick up the car, the driver called me and notified me that he was in the area. I knew exactly where he was. I again said to him, “Maybe you should just stop on the larger street or the wider street, and give me a call. And then reassess whether or not you can get down into my narrow road to pick up the car.” I heard that driver before I saw him. He got down out of his big truck and said he couldn't turn around. But I was told not to worry as this was the commitment he made. We looked over the car and he took pictures of my vehicle. He loaded the 2006 Sonata on the back of his truck and it was ready to go. He gave me an approximate delivery date to my daughter. But his plan changed. The driver did not call to tell me but that was perfectly all right. My daughter was looking forward to the weekend and when she reached him, he told her he would have the car there on Monday morning, which he did. I just wished that I had known it wasn't going to get there then I wouldn't have been so anxious that Saturday. But he didn't know. Other than that, the driver delivered and the car was in excellent condition when my daughter got it. The gentleman backed his big, old, long truck out of this narrow street. I was impressed because nobody else did. I am grateful to Ship A Car.

I worked with Jon Rodriguez. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.  

SHIP A CAR, INC. guys were very accommodating with our circumstance, arranging for the driver to arrive for pickup and till the car got delivered. Our car arrived promptly with no problems. The driver was very personable and helpful. I would recommend their shipping company to everyone.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

I felt very informed by all parties involved. I felt like my cars were in safe hands. The delivery was early and the pickup was on time. Would recommend to anyone looking for a good experience.

Willie Dublin assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend Ship a car inc and Willie D. if you can request him for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

These folks are everything they are cracked up to be. The experience from my initial conversation with Chris to the pick-up driver, Sergey, and our delivery driver "Jim", was informative, reassuring, prompt, and EASY. Not the cheapest, or the most expensive by far, and as carefree as shipping your favorite son's prized motorcycle could possibly be. BTW, the bike was delivered late, by 2 MINUTES! I lie, it arrived when the driver said he would arrive, and in the same condition it was shipped in. The whole group was great. Highly recommended.

The hallmark of a good company is not if there is ever a problem but HOW they handle the problem. Turns out the problem I had was initially a major pain and hardship to both of us due to the unscrupulousness of the subcontractor. It happens. They figured out how to circumvent a checks and balances process. Ship a Car realized that, changed their process, and took care of the situation. Kudos to them.
