I had an excellent experience with Ship A Car. The way Danny kept me up to date everyday on what was happening locating a shipper.

I worked with Jon Rodriguez. He was very professional and super nice. He helped me out with a lot of my concerns and questions and got me a good price and was checking in with me often. I had my car shipped all the way from the east coast to the west coast. Car was picked up as expected and delivered in a very timely manner as described. I would definitely use this service again.  

The only thing better than ship a car is Bob, who works at ship a car. Bob is a great listener who will help you get your vehicle where it needs to get to. Bob worked with us to get our rav4 moved from Florida to New York. He listened to our needs and wants and crafted a time and price that coordinated perfectly with our plans. Unlike many transporters, Bob gave us a quote which was believable, accurate, and was the price we ended up paying. He doesn't bait you with a low price which can't be fulfilled. I have already recommended ship a car to friends and will continue. Thanks Bob!!!

Efficient and communicated from beginning to end. Bob Moran was superb in how he handled my urgent need to get me moved. From the dispatcher, Rose, to the kind driver, Ted, all treated my urgency with respect. My car was picked up 1 day sooner and delivered on time and was I happy. I had previously booked with another company and had to cancel after waiting for them 3 days with still no driver. Bob called as a follow up call and let him take over as soon as I cancelled with other company. He worked fast in arranging and taking care of our needs. Thank you

Peter Minko provided excellent service, I had talked to peter months before regarding another move that I no longer needed, I had misplaced Ship a Car's info and I was trying to get my sister car shipped from California to North Carolina, everybody's quotes where all over the place and all the other companies stated that nobody was moving that direction or to that state. I had finally accepted a offer from another company that ended up giving me the run around and after awhile would not return my messages. Then out of the blue Peter Minko called with Ship a Car and I accepted his offer, Basically everything came to a HAPPY ENDING and I would use Ship a Car again and nobody else for future car shipping needs. We shipped a golf cart from NJ to Florida with Quintin and everything went well. Cart was picked up in a covered trailer. Quintin worked hard to find us a shipper with short notice. Would definitely use again.  

We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! He coordinated everything from our SUV being pick up at Seattle, Wa to the delivery being held without incurring extra charges on our part (Thank you Aaron!). With everything that was going on, it was refreshing for a change to have someone else watching out for us. He made the entire process easy and painless. We couldn't thank him enough. If we could give him 10 stars, we would. If we had to ship a vehicle again, I know exactly where to go, Ship-A-car Inc.

In my opinion, ShipaCar can NOT be outdone. I was not shipping a car but rather three sheds, a pallet of parts and a tractor. Danny was my agent and he is outstanding. First he was meticulous with understanding my needs and arranged a pickup and delivery schedule that was exactly what I requested. His pick up driver was so helpful and made sure my atypical items were secured properly. Robert, my delivery transporter was so courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Getting my load off the trailer was not an easy drive-off but he gave prudent advice to my unloader and we accomplished the feat in short order. Hats off to Danny and his TEAM!!

I am 150% satisfied with the service I received from this company. My car was picked up and shipped from Alabama to New Jersey in a timely manner. Mr. Willie Dublin, the person I dealt with at ship a car, was so very helpful in making it all happen. He helped me every step of the way. If you have a car to ship call ship a car. The rep who answered the phone was a car person. He explained to me that his dad had lots of cars and he had a Dairy Queen and they parked their cars out front. I’ve always been around race cars and he has a racecar. So, out of all the people I talked to, whoever that rep was, he was the most knowledgeable. He is probably Ship A Car’s best salesman. The car was to be transported to my house and they said it would be here Friday. I was out of town and I was driving back from Fort Worth in the evening on Wednesday, and I get a call. The man said that he would like to drop off my car that night. I said that I was not even at my house and asked how he got down so fast. It was Wednesday. He said not to worry about it and asked if he could drop it off between 7:00 and 8:00.   I got up in the morning and my wife informed me that the sprinkler people were coming. So at 7:15, at least four pickup trucks and about eight guys showed up, and they all parked around our house. And at 7:45, a neighbor, two houses down, was replacing their fence. So, another four trucks showed up with eight guys. And accordingly, I’m going, “Where is this guy?” And sure enough, here he comes with the transport, zigzagging in between all these parked trucks. He asked where he would park. I told him to back it in our cul-de-sac and he did. Then, the local security guard asked if I was moving. I told him I was getting a car delivered. So, he stops. There must be 20 people, all watching. Then the driver asked if I knew how to drive a stick shift. He couldn’t get the car out of the carrier because he couldn’t drive a stick. So I told him I would help him. He’s got two cars in the carrier, mine, which follow in the front, and another car that’s barely turned over. It’s shaking and rattling, and he backs that out. He puts it in neutral and it’s just sitting there idly. He comes back in and gives me the keys. I asked him if he realized how much space there was between the door and the carrier and I couldn't get in the car. He’s a skinny guy so he gets in the car. I told him to wind the window down, get out of the car and let me see if I can hold on the top of the carrier, and I’ll get in like a racecar driver. So, that’s what I did. And the moment I turned on that car, I was in heaven. The sound of that car gave me goosebumps, and I backed it up probably about a half a mile per hour, super slow. I drive around all the cars and I said that I got to inspect this because it was way dustier than what the photo showed. I looked at it and it was perfect. Finally, my wife started talking to the two other people that wanted to talk to me but I said that I gotta get this in the garage and check it out. The driver was gonna leave and once he leaves, if there were any problems, it’s sorry, Charlie. Then, we paid the driver and he was all smiles because it was 1s, 5s, 10s, 20s and 50s. We hadn't had a chance to go to the bank to just give him a 100. And he got in his trailer. It was a very nice experience.

I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received. The transport was quick and painless. The drivers were knowledgeable and respectful of my babies. The service was fast and accurate. And the setup was friendly and very helpful.

I highly recommend ship a car if you're looking to have your car shipped long distance. I called around and Justin Varughese gave me the best estimate while being really professional. The transporter Chris did a door to door pick up and drop off, he was really nice and professional. He checked in with me the entire time and had my car delivered in 2 days. Really great company!!

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Had I read them first I might not have used the company, but my experience was positive. I worked with Joseph.

This was my first experience with Ship a Car. I was shipping a motorcycle and Theo Brown was the person who walked me through the entire process. His patients with all my questions and customer service skills are very much appreciated. He provided me with his direct line and provided me with the drivers information and phone number. The communication with the truck driver was awesome as well. The bike showed up on time as promised by Theo and the driver. Called Ship A Car Inc without knowing what to expect. After receiving help from Bob Moran my expectations were far surpassed. He went above and beyond to make sure that my vehicle had the smoothest transfer from Northern California to Southern California. He even took the time to follow up with the delivery. Excellent communication from Ship-A-Car Direct (Stefan and others). They lined up ARK Transport, who made an uneventful trip from Colorado to Ohio. Car was delivered at 10:30 PM (No problem for me, but I was unable to take good receiving inspection photos. Driver was very careful unloading car. No damage during transit.

I've had the pleasure of working with Bob M. at Ship A Car for about the past year. He's helped my company ship our company vehicles to all 4 corners of this country numerous times, and he is always a pleasure to work with. Bob is extremely responsive in addressing any/all needs and works with you to get a driver scheduled that will fit YOUR needs, not just the driver's. I'd previously used another transport broker to get our vehicles out, but that company ended up being a scam, and our cars were held hostage and drivers never got paid. Bob and Ship A Car are the epitome of professionalism and service in an environment where there can often be hesitancy and mistrust. Similarly, even the driver's I've accepted cars from speak highly of Ship A Car, and they are a preferred broker for transporters. Ship A Car doesn't rip off the drivers, which in turn makes the drivers want to quickly accept any pickups Ship A Car has in the database. It's a win-win-win for all parties involved.

Ship A Car had good communication and everything they said that was gonna happen, happened. From the time we started communicating to the drop-off, it was seamless. I was pleased.

I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!

Justin in customer service was awesome. Very quick turn around time with giving me a quote and assisting me. Always on top of thing with questions I had. Also the emails sent on how to prepare the car for shipment, etc. were most helpful.

I have to say It was a great experience! Kristina went above and beyond to help me get my car shipped to Juneau, Ak from Ohio. It was difficult to even have a conversation with my remote cell coverage, quite the challenge. She was professional and delightful, when I’m ready to return I will use their services again.

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.

I cannot say enough good things about this company! A+ service. A+ pricing. A+ speed. After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. I requested a quote from their webpage along with five or six other companies. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas, and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. That's right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. I would 100% recommend this company to anyone wanting to move theirs. Thanks, guys.

Bob M. @Shipacar.com was great! He was friendly and answered my many questions as I had never had to transport my car before. He got a driver Alexsia who was so methodical and safety conscious that I didn't have any worries about having him transport my car with the other 6 cars. I like the company as they had a two day window instead of 3 or more days for pickup. I needed that shorter window as I didn't want my car to arrive before I did. I would certainly use them and highly recommend them to others.

The move from Virginia to Joliet Illinois was perfect right on schedule everything that was promised was done I would highly recommend this to anyone.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.
