A bit more expensive than some other companies, but the service and the care that they give in transporting your vehicle (no scratches) is worth it! Bob was excellent to work with and I highly recommend this company.

Bob was vey attentive and responsive to all my concerns and enquires. He even made a call to the destination to confirm certain elements of the shipping of the golf cart upon arrival. That little extra effort confirmed to me that I was dealing with a professional.

Transporting a vehicle is very important so that is why I chose Ship a Car they are rated Number 1. Fernanda was my representative, she was very professional, courteous and her communication was GREAT! She was very helpful with the whole process, she made it a great experience, NO STRESS. And very quick service. My transporter Radu was very courteous and professional, he was able to deliver my car a day early! He notified me a time he would be at my home and then notified me again that he would be 20 minutes later and he was sorry. Then when he arrived he apologized again that he was a little late--GREAT COMMUNICATION. Wonderful people.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

Tough move from all the way across the country. 2000 miles. If you have a tough move ahead ask for this guy. I Won't use anyone else neither should you.

Shipacarinc.com is a very good company i am not a review writer type a guy but for this company i had to write one for them shipped car from TX, to MA They sent a professional driver to pick up my car got their safely, their price is fair while other guys offer you a low price i would not go with them. I will be using this company again in the future worked with guy named Willie who was more than professional.

We used Ship A Car Inc. to transport a customer vehicle from Kansas to our shop in Denver, and back to Kansas. We couldn't be happier with the service the company, and specifically transport coordinator Gary Wiatric, provided. Price was very competitive, transports were arranged and completed within a handful of days both times, and the vehicle did not experience any damage or other issues on either leg of the journey. Highly recommended, we will be using only this company for future vehicle transports.

The first issue I had with this shipment was when the Ship A Car sales rep called after we had agreed and on a price, I signed an order confirmation, paid the deposit by credit card and got a dispatch notice. About an hour later, the sales rep called me back to inform me that the driver wanted $200 more for the transport. At this point, I suppose I should have told him to find another driver, but I was anxious to get the car delivered in a timely manner. The second issue came on the Saturday my vehicle was to be delivered in the morning. I texted the driver who said he would be to my residence (in NY State) that evening and he included a picture of a Google map which included the Shiawasee River. I looked this up and found that it was in Michigan. I understand that you have to be a bit flexible, but later that late afternoon I got another text expressing that they would arrive at 3:00 am Sunday morning and would it be OK to take the delivery then. Again, I suppose I could have postponed delivery, but by this time I just wanted to be through with this process and said OK. They arrived at 4:15 am on Sunday and delivered the vehicle with no damage. It was not the worst experience, but it certainly would not merit a 5 star review.

I recently moved my Ford Fusion from Kansas to New York and was pleasantly surprised how easy it was. Car arrived on time in perfect condition as promised. Will definitely recommend Tom at Ship A Car, Inc to all my co-workers and friends.

Justin in customer service was awesome. Very quick turn around time with giving me a quote and assisting me. Always on top of thing with questions I had. Also the emails sent on how to prepare the car for shipment, etc. were most helpful.

I work with Steve directly. He's my Ship A Car go-to guy. He's been nothing short of fantastic for me. I probably send him out about three quotes a day, and he gets back to me the same day. It's usually within a couple of hours. So, he's been great. All I do is send him an email with what I need, and he fires right back. He gets at least one or two bikes a week from me. I send out anywhere from 10 to 15 bikes a month. So, I use Ship A Car quite a bit. They’re great.

Very prompt service, good communication, and reasonable cost. Steve was great to work with. Good communication and answered all my questions. The bike was picked up promptly on a Saturday and delivered 900 miles away the following day. I was amazed. Far faster than some other services I have used.

I had been searching for a carrier to ship my daily vehicles cross-country during a relocation for work. The deeper I searched the shadier the business got. I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

I worked with Danny and he helped me with figuring out how we will ship my trailer. At first I asked if we could put the trailer on a trailer I didnt get any responce to that untill the day before shipping it. We had a little hickup but it all worked out in the end. Danny did an awesome job finding the right person to get my trailer to me. The guys who brought my trailer were awesome they put it right where I wanted it. That was no picknick for them. lol. Not only is she courteous, professional, and a joy to deal with, but her time is used wisely and she arranged for my '47 Indian chief to be delivered ahead of schedule with a professional driver, keeping me in the loop as to where and when the arrival would happen. I'm a snowbird and I'm 84 years old. I used to drive back and forth but at my age, that's not safe. I don't see another alternative to Ship A Car. I work with Steve and he has been incredible. He knows me and my situation and he is just so supportive. The trip last fall was amazing. The customer service at Ship A Car Inc was very good. They did what they could do for me in the time frame they could. I had just come out of a bad experience with a previous company, so I really appreciated that. They shipped my vehicle cross-country from Las Vegas to Michigan within the time frame they had said, with no damage. The price was just what they said it would be over the phone- no extras or anything. It was decently priced. The person on the phone was very professional and a good spokesperson for the company. She told me what they could allow to happen as far as delivering it on time. This was the first time I used them and I would go back again.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.
