Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again… in a heartbeat. Ship a Car Inc. is the best motorcycle shipping company I have had the pleasure of encountering. This is the second time they have shipped my bike. I have had experience with other shippers and, in my experience, Ship a Car Inc. sets the standard for quality service. This time I had my bike shipped from Santa Fe NM to Florida. Joseph Gorfien was my facilitator. He arranged to have the bike picked up within a couple of days. Considering the shop at which I had left it was closed for a day, this was the first possible opportunity to ship it. Amazing! Joseph thought it might take about six days to deliver the bike to Florida, but it got here in three. Amazing! The bike has a custom paint job and custom parts. There was not one scratch on the bike and everything was in perfect order. These folks have not only demonstrated extreme competency in making what could have been a couple of difficult situations totally stress-free, they all seem to have a great sense of humor. Danny was great, no problems there. We had a problem with the trucker who took our first load through -- he was several days late on his load, and he wasn't easy to get a hold of. But Danny did a lot of leg work, so my hat's off to him. The guy who picked up the trucks was a great guy. He was very informative and kept us posted. The express transit was kind of slow and sluggish, though -- it seemed like they only had a couple of drivers. But the trucks got there. They did a pretty good job.

Len went above and beyond for my car shipping experience. Great follow up and 100% transparency. 10/10 highly recommend dealing with him. He will find you the best pricing and extravagant service.

I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. Bob was the most understanding person and even became my friend during the process �� If anyone could ease ur mind and reassure you that everything would be ok it was Bob. I would recommend him to everyone that uses ur service He's amazing and I will cherish our friendship always.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.
