New York to Maryland Car Shipping

I have used SHIP A CAR, INC. twice for shipping cars. Really pleased with the level of service I have received. The staff have been very professional and accommodating. Last but not least, very fair priced compared to other shipping companies. Would recommend them without hesitation. 5 stars!

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. He told me what day my car would arrive and again, gave me an accurate time of delivery. All went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this company.

Amazing service from beginning, throughout and until the delivery of my vehicles made. Showed up on time and delivered on time. Constant communication! Bob offers good ole fashion customer service and he worked hard to make my request happen. Rose (dispatcher) was very informative and helpful. And even the driver, Ted (Not sure name) was great. Gabriel was amazing. A total angel to deal with. But the driver you hired Ray sucked. My truck was 3 days late was never offered a discount. I will refer the company but will tell people if a guy names Ray is doing the driving he had one excuse after another for my truck being 3 days late. But Gabriel and this company did great. GET INFO ONYOUR DRIVER..

I’m so pleased with how everything was handled. Lawrence with Ship a Car, Inc. was very friendly and professional when handling our vehicle. Our situation was probably out of the ordinary for him between how things were being paid and where the vehicle was being shipped from, but through it all, Lawrence was able to manage our entire account with ease and patience. And to top it off, the vehicle got to us a day earlier than expected! Thank you so much again for helping us get our truck to us from Hawaii!

Very pleased with quick and thorough response from broker. My car was picked up at scheduled time in Fl and delivered to NY two days later. I will definitely use this car carrier service again.

We strongly recommend contacting a shipping company directly. For the $225 fee we had little or no communication from pick-up (we were able to find the name/number of the driver we were told was going to pick up our bike -- but he was unaware he was supposed to pick it up and wouldn't have on the scheduled day had we not contacted him) until delivery unless we initiated and tracked down individuals, most of who were drivers and unable to assist us as to located the bike and determining a deliver date. The estimated delivery date was off by a full week and attempts to find a more accurate delivery date was unsuccessful (though we did manage to contact a driver that left the bike in Oklahoma City -- though courtesous and wanting to be helpful, couldn't help us). We received less than 24 hours notice of delivery. Finally, even the payment instructions were in error so that when the bike was finally delivered, the form of payment (a cashier's check as we were instructed to prepare) was not correct. We ended up paying by credit card, not a problem, but seems like a simple detail that a brokerage company should be aware of. Instead, we wasted time one evening to go to our bank to secure an unnecessary cashier's check. My advice? Bypass this broker company and contact shipper directly. We gained no advantage or service worth the $225 on top of the $525 to ship the bike. We could have saved $225 OR spent the combined $750 on renting a truck, fuel and one night hotel to transport it ourselves with more predictability.

I contacted BOB because some friends that also used the service. He was incredibly personable very helpful got right back to me and I thought his price was very fair. It is all because of BOB but I decided to go with this particular service. I guarantee our use them many times. He could not have been more helpful not answering questions and it was a great listener. Clancey Mckay
