This was my first experience with shipping an automobile cross country, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Bob Moran was very knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable with the shipping process. We had a great conversation about cars and reminiscing about the good old days. The whole process went great! The car arrived sooner than expected and was in great condition. Bob Moran is a great asset to Ship a Car and I highly recommend them.

Despite hiccups with the seller, Larry worked with us in the most courteous, conscientious and professional manner and accomplished the delivery of the vehicle to me. Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. It takes a lot of patience for someone to figure out the details of delivering a car. I will probably use this company if I ever need to ship a car. Great service and fast delivery, Plus the police were very reasonable. The motorcycle they transported four me was picked up in Kansas City on a Saturday and delivered to me in Albuquerque on the next day (Sunday). Very prompt!!

Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.

I was shipping my car from Texas to NY. Janet was the one who was helping me all throughout the process. She was very professional, helpful, and responsive. The driver came in front of our house and took the car and dropped it off as scheduled. I would recommend Janet and this company to everyone. It was a Good experience for me.

I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

I have now been using them to support my business for the past 2 months and I must say, the service is amazing. They keep me updated throughout the whole process from start to finish with excellent communication, they are also extremely professional and very competitive with pricing. The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

Excellent Service on both ends. Car was shipped more quickly than expected. Driver was extremely flexible in making arrangements for both loading and drop off. This company communicated with me every step of the way. Couldn't be happier and will use them again.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions.  Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

I hired Ship-A-Car to transport a truck from TN to CA. Their service was excellent! They kept us informed on the schedule and picked up the truck from TN on the date they said they would. They delivered the truck to CA within the timeframe they said they would and kept us informed along the way. Much better experience than what I had with another transportation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

If you decide to book with this company, definitely stay away from sales agent THEO BROWN. I explained clearly to the agent that my spouse's work would be providing the payment for the shipment and that under no circumstances should my card be charged without contacting me. I then received a call directly after my call, stating that my card was needing to be charged and I had to commit to a carrier immediately. After expressing that I wasn't feeling comfortable with the transaction (I also did not feel comfortable with the agent's bullying tone), I told agent Theo Brown that I would like to go ahead and cancel my reservation. The agent's overall unprofessionalism, rude tone (he kept interrupting me and wouldn't allow me to ask my questions), and poor communication skills made me skeptical to begin with. The agent told me in his exact words, "Man, you are stupid. You are an idiot." And then proceeded to hang up on me. Did I mention that prior to this he told me that he had enough customers and didn't need me? My recommendation... Stay Away. I found better quotes and superior service with Montway, which also has no hidden fees. Even though I didn't book with them, even Amerifreight and Ship a Car Direct had both better pricing and MUCH better agents. I write this review simply to help people avoid the horrible experience I had. There are WAY BETTER options out there!

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Justin in customer service was awesome. Very quick turn around time with giving me a quote and assisting me. Always on top of thing with questions I had. Also the emails sent on how to prepare the car for shipment, etc. were most helpful.

We had a great experience! Willie was the best! Always kept in contact with me which helped cuz I was nervous about shipping our 2 cars. The price they gave me never changed and was very reasonable! The guy that came to pick up our cars was on time and professional. Cars were delivere unharmed and in a timely manner. I would recommend them to my family & friends!

The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.

I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. Bob was the most understanding person and even became my friend during the process �� If anyone could ease ur mind and reassure you that everything would be ok it was Bob. I contracted with Ship a Car to pick up and deliver a motorcycle. Steve was great to work with. They arranged for the motorcycle to be picked up on a Saturday and it was delivered to me 900 miles away, the next day (as Sunday). I was amazed. Price was reasonable and they far exceeded my expectations. I have used other motorcycle shippers in the past but this was the best experience by far. I will definitely use them again.

My Ship-a-Car agent, Dana B., was professional, courteous, helpful, and responsive. The shipping of my vehicle from Atlanta GA to Portland OR went exactly according to plan with no surprises and no drama.

My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days).  I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me.  I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition.  Please ask for Dana when you call.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

We had an urgent need to transport a family member's car from NC to WA and Janet helped find our transporter/driver within a day or two and the car was picked up on-time shortly after that and safely delivered sooner than expected with excellent service and care for a competitive price.

I understood that there were substantial ice & snow storms throughout the Midwest so I will give some leeway to the pick-up & dropoff dates (completed within 24 hrs of ETA). Meredith my booking agent was courteous & thorough and I appreciated her follow up. My transport driver Victor was courteous & professional as well. Will use Ship a Car again.

I would allow this company to transport my car again I first spoke with Bob, who is a very pleasant, easy to talk to, caring fellow. He goes beyond most companies in trying to find a car transporter for the date needed. He returns calls quickly and stays in touch with updates. I really enjoyed working with him as he's just so pleasant and on top of things.

I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews..
