I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. So, we were very glad when we got in touch with Christie. She talked us through what would happen and when it would happen. In the very end, she fulfilled those dates that she said. The gentleman who was driving was cordial and helpful. He had to park someplace else because our street is small. The car got here safely. I was really satisfied.

I used them to transport a repo'd car from Michigan to North Carolina. This means I had to be a middle man between the shipping company and the repo yard, it was no walk in the park, but thanks to Theo at ship-a-car he was very patient and worked very hard to get me a driver to pick the car up (very difficult time slot for pick-up from repo yard) I couldn't have done it without his help and his determination to provide me with the best customer service possible. IAlthough i have purchased a large number of premium & exotic cars online, surprisingly, this was the first time I've had to arrange my own auto transport. Heretofore, all my vehicle transportation needs were always handled by the dealers I was buying the car from. In this instance, I purchased a car from a dealer in St. Louis and had to ship it to my home in Louisiana. I thought I had to have an enclosed trailer. I used U Ship and suddenly I was deluged with calls. After trying to figure out the best choice, I finally just selected the enclosed transport that offered the best rate. BIG MISTAKE! The company was Regal a Auto Transport; they were the worst! First, while arranging transport, they said I entered the wrong zip codes & had to raise the rate (1st warning), then when I called back to speak to my dispatcher on 2 occasions, the owner, Mr. Regal (sic) hung the phone up on me both times, telling me to call back! I was horrified and offended. I was attempting to get my original dispatcher on the phone to see why my car had not been picked up at the dealer in the timeframe that would ensure the delivery date being met. It became obvious that Regal would not live up to their commitment to me of a specific delivery date. All they did was make an idol promise to get the business. A classic case of over promising and under delivering. At that point, I decided that Regal had to go, so I went online and checked rantings & reviews. After my research, although still skeptical, I selected SHIP A CAR based on its reviews. I spoke to Quinten Putman who guided me thru the process, offered recommendations, was courteous, friendly & professional booked my shipment while I was still on the phone with him. The car was to be picked up that day & delivered the next. I received the car today safe and sound! I was pleased with the whole experience, especially after my not so regal prior experience. I hig recommend Quinten and SHIP A CAR to anyone in need of fast, reliable auto transport.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. Go with Ship A Car for your Transport Needs! Moving from Minnesota to North Carolina, I was in need of a car shipping service. I called a few different companies for quotes, but Ship A Car was the cheapest. I highly recommend their service. They shipped my 2019 Genesis in an enclosed trailer and I was updated every step of the way with pictures and notifications. I recommend working with Leo and/or Danny.

I was flexible with the dates for pickup and delivery which helps. The initial carrier that was chosen ended up not being able to complete the delivery but Dana was able to get it worked out in the end and get my vehicle delivered.

This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

I have used your service twice now. Bob M. in Florida has taken care of me both times. I defiantly was an extremely difficult customer this past time . I was having a hard time arranging and planning my move back home. I think I had to change the date 3 times. I would like to use Ship A Car inc. again. This was my first time using this type of service and they said they would have my vehicle delivered Sunday maybe Monday afternoon. It was delivered a few days earlier on Friday afternoon so I have a lot of RESPECT.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

I worked with Gabriel Lopez and he was professional and a pleasure to work with. Always stayed in contact with me and gave me updates. My only complaint would be is that the price was increased but other than that the service was fine.

Called several different transport companies. This was the most professional, friendly and attentive of them all. Yvonne Bowrosen kept her word on everything except delivery timeline. She said 4 days and it was delivered in. You can't ask for better service and won't find it. Best price and great service all around. Contacted SHIP A CAR and spoke with Steve. He took my order and ensured me that the motorcycle would be picked up by Friday, September 25th. After not receiving a phone call, contacted Steve who said he would let me know and did not. Finally got in touch with the shipping company who then told me it was actually scheduled for Saturday the 26th. The owner contacted me Saturday once the motorcycle was loaded. I was originally quoted four days of travel time to receive the motorcycle. No updates were given during this time. On the 5th day, after 4 hours of trying to reach Steve, the shipping company, or the driver, i was finally informed that the truck was broke down. I was assured it would be repaired by Friday October 2nd (already 3 days behind expected delivery). Monday October 5th, I was told the truck was repaired and the driver was in route. 2 more days of no communication from SHIP A CAR or the shipping company. I was finally able to talk to the shipping company and driver. The motorcycle finally arrived on October 8th. Communication from SHIP A CAR was absolutely horrible. Multiple times i was told “I will check and call you back”, never to receive a call. I understand trucks break down, I feel other arrangements on SHIP A CAR’S part should have been made to receive my motorcycle in a timely manner.

I had a little longer wait due to truck issues and the road. However, Bob Moran was beyond useful and helped me in more than one way. His customer service let alone human compassion for the things i was or might have been going through was very much appreciated during this huge transition in my life. I would recommend ship a car inc. And ask for Bob!

Great folks. Had an 87 F150 I needed transported from Summerland Key, FL to a shop in Jacksonville, FL. Same person to pick up delivered too. Truck did not start so they had to pull up their trailer and that was not a problem. A gal named Dana I worked with was awesome and very cordial. Matter of fact we chatted about her daughter being in the Boy Scouts and her father, like me, having served in the Navy...very personable and that gave me a nice warm and fuzzy.

Had Ship A Car find someone to move a lowboy trailer. Worked with Kristina Virtue to find a power only unit. She was very prompt returning calls and emails. I would recommend this company for anyone needing their service.

Our vehicles have always been shipped and delivered as promised. He even was able to arrange same day pick up a few days before hurricane Dorian was scheduled to hit Florida which exceeded our expectations. Great service!

I used Ship A Car, Inc. to move two cars from Des Moines, WA to Blue Springs, MO. They hired Nationwide to transport my cars. The contract stated they would arrive no earlier than April 26th to pick up my cars. On April 24th I received a call from the driver stating he would be arriving April 25th pick up my cars. I said I needed my car on the 25th as stated he was not suppose to arrive until at least the 26th. He told me that the only other day he could pick up my cars was on the 29th which was my morning flight to MO. I contacted Ship A Car and they reconfirmed that he will arrive on April 28th to pick up my cars. On April 28th I receive a call from the driver stating he would be there between 6-7 PM. I called at 8 PM to see where he was and he told me that he stopped at a rest stop for awhile and would be there around 8:30 PM. Well, at 9:30 PM I called again and he said his truck broke down. He arrived in a car at 10 PM to sign for the cars. this was stressful as we were to leave on a flight the next morning. Upon arrival near Blue Springs, MO he stated that he needed to park in a large lot about 1.9 miles from my location. I did not realized he was hauling a nine car carrier and I needed to find a way to the lot which was 1.9 miles away. Upon arrival, I paid the driver in cash as they do not allow a credit card. This experience was less than desirable. If you use this carrier, don't be surprise that you may have to drive your vehicles to some large lot for loading and again to a large lot to retrive your vehicles. I doubt that other carriers would be any better. My cars made a trip to Chicago, etc. before arriving at their destination. Just don't be surprised to be inconvenienced in a similar manner no matter what carrier you use. There are some out there that take initial money and you never hear from them again. Check reviews before hiring.

I was very pleased with this company. Customer service was great. Melinda made the contract clear and was able to get a driver within a week. The dispatch person, Amanda, was always available to inform me of where my car was on route. My car arrived in good condition in a timely manner, and the price was more reasonable than some other quotes I had gotten.

Unlike some of the other reviewers I had an excellent experience with this company.  I was getting quotes from several companies. I spoke with Justin and he offered me a quote that was a little higher then another place but he said he could ship my car to CA fast. He called me shortly after and had everything set up.  I was nervous bc this was my first time having to ship a car and I was moving it across the country. I had to call him back a couple times as questions came up and he always answered. Even on Saturday.  The pick up day came and my car was picked up no issues.  It was delivered in the exact timeframe that justin quoted. My uncle had to meet the driver at a shopping plaza but that was ok bc I was warned that the truck may be too big to get down my street. Justin called afterwards to make sure everything went as planned.  No damage to the car. Will use again when I have to ship the car back east next year.

This was my first time using Ship A Car, and overall it was a really good experience. I shipped my Lexus from Manhattan to Michigan. Initially, I was really nervous about sending my vehicle. I went with Ship A Car after reading through some of their positive reviews. The only reason I rated them as a 4 instead of a 5 was because of a $200 price jump. I was informed this might happen due to the delivery destination, but still, extra costs are extra costs. Other than that, I had an excellent experience. They did a really good job with handling my Lexus. The shipment took about 2 days. There was no damage and the vehicle wasn't dirty when I received it. I would recommend them.

They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. I was put in charge of having a vintage car shipped (enclosed) from Pennsylvania to Chicago. It was something my brother bought on eBay. Already a little scary to me. So I did a google search, called a bunch of car transporting brokers and found 2 companies I wanted to go with....Ship A Car, Inc and Automobile Guy....turns out they are brother companies...but I liked Danny Transport Coordinator here because he answered ALL 100 questions I rapid fired at him with patience, thoroughness...even when I called him back several times. The car was picked up when the seller was ready to ship (a few days) and delivered to Chicago the very next morning. In PERFECT condition! I received several follow up calls from Danny to report the pickup and arrival time! I HIGHLY recommend this company and if you can get Danny on the phone I have no doubt you will get the service you are looking for!!
