After realizing that my deployment to Texas who is going to last longer than four weeks, I was tired of using Lyft and I knew I couldn’t be without my motorcycle. Paul Murphy responded quickly to that email with the second to lowest cost to get my bike 1,230 miles from Ocala, Florida to Pharr, Texas and then followed up the next day with a voicemail. After comparing prices and reading the reviews, I knew this was the company for me. They did not disappoint! I spoke with Paul at the end of the business day on Thursday and within 15 minutes he was calling me to inform me that he had already placed my order with driver Eric Andrews of Andrews Transportation LLC to be delivered 3 days later on Monday. I spoke with Eric on Saturday to confirm where my bike would need to be left. He too was very professional and easy to work with. To my surprise, Eric delivered my bike a day early on Sunday morning. Thats right, my bike was delivered from call to drop in 2.5 days!!! Both Paul & Eric’s professionalism may me feel comfortable that my prize possession was in good hands. My husband and I just had our cars delivered by a Ship A Car and we have to say that the service provided by them was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The driver said he would arrive to pick up our cars at Noon and let me say he was there exactly at Noon. Our cars were picked up on a Saturday and by Wednesday afternoon we had them (picked up in New York and dropped off in Florida). We would highly recommend this company.

Car was shipped from PA to Las Vegas. Unload was rush rush and car was covered in dust/dirt. As most would do....Gave a cursory look over of the car and signed the bill of lading hurredly. Days later cleaned the car and found black duct tape covering a crack on the rear fiberglass spoiler. A deliberate and premeditated effort to hide the damage. Contacted ship-a-car. Justin V. Had ALWAYS been overly helpful and polite. Much to my dismay when I contacted the sub contractors insurance company they said the subs insurance was not in force. This is In direct contradiction of my agreement with shipACar. I’m hoping shipACar comes thru. Stay tuned. I will keep you posted. Weeks later. STILL NO RESPONSE/SATISFACTION Ship A Car inc sent m a subcontractor who did not have insurance in effect. I shipped FOUR cars cross country with shipacar Four. The sub hid damage under dirt and black duct tape. Shipacar basically said I did not note the damage on the bill of lading. It was hidden and they hired uninsured sub. Be aware. Spread the word. I gave them a chance to settle for a fraction of the damage. Ignored. W S. Las Vegas.

I'm in the process of trying to ship my car with these people and so far it's been a pretty bad experience. They buttered up my step dad so she chose them to ship my car and promised only good things but we have yet to experience them. Originally the lady on the phone told my dad Friday was the original pick up date so my husband was able to get the day off work, then she said next Wednesday. So my husband was able to get off work again to drive 3 hours and get my car, only to find out that the driver wouldn't be in the area until tomorrow. So now he's going to have to try to get off again, which isn't easy with his job. This all could have been solved if anyone answered their phones and told him it would be another day before anyone could make it but when my husband called they just rudely told him to contact the driver but the number they gave him just sent him to a phone line that didn't have a voicemail set up. They also gave him a fax number, but not a cell phone number even though there was room for one. Being on the other side of the country, the lack of contact from this company was concerning. I had to call to find anything out, neither them nor the driver they contract out to ship your car seems to care. I don't recommend, they've just been rude and don't really seen to care to help us.

Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

The transport company I chose didn't show up and it was pretty bad. I switched to Ship A Car and I liked their communication. People let me know what's going on and I'm good. When I called to ask about anything, a person was there and responded. He called me to let me know that he had someone to pick up the car. From then on, it was good until delivery. After delivery, I got a follow-up call so it went well.   The transport was from South Carolina to Utah, which was about 2,200 miles. When the car was picked up, it took a couple of days. There were two drivers and they just continually drove. I couldn't believe it. The final rate was what was decided upon. The only thing was the payment was a cash requirement. I had just moved here to Utah and I just opened an account. The money was held because it came from another state so I didn't have cash. That posed a problem on delivery because checks or credit cards weren't accepted. If a credit card were accepted, that would have helped tremendously. Other than that, I would recommend Ship A Car.

I had an excellent experience working with Mike Logan from Ship a car, Inc. He gave me a better quote than I had found elsewhere online. From the time I got a quote from him to the time my car was picked up was 24 hours. It was also delivered to Florida a day early. The driver was Albert from Arizona Shipping. He was excellent. I was able to contact him to know the status of the delivery at any time. I am very please with both Ship a car, Inc. and Arizona Shipping. I would recommend these companies and I plan to use them again in the future.

The only thing better than ship a car is Bob, who works at ship a car. Bob is a great listener who will help you get your vehicle where it needs to get to. Bob worked with us to get our rav4 moved from Florida to New York. He listened to our needs and wants and crafted a time and price that coordinated perfectly with our plans. Unlike many transporters, Bob gave us a quote which was believable, accurate, and was the price we ended up paying. He doesn't bait you with a low price which can't be fulfilled. What an amazing experience we had with this company and especially with Willie D. who made all the arrangements for us. I was very concerned about sending the car this way and he was so kind and patient with me taking the time to reassure me and ease my fears and apprehension. Not a good experience with Ship a Car. First off, they were $300 more than other shippers in the area, but I used them based on their good reputation. I was assured that their company picked up and delivered on the days requested. Well, I requested they car be picked up on Saturday or Sunday, which I was assured it would be. However, the car wasn't picked up until Monday evening. I also requested the car to be delivered on Tuesday or Thursday. It was delivered on Wednesday morning during rush hour. The driver blocked the neighbors driveway, and had to move the truck. The driver also told me the wrong amount owed, and when he came I had to run to the ATM to get more cash. At no time during this process did the company call me to advise me of the changes in pickup and delivery. I emailed the gentleman at Ship a Car stating my dissatisfaction, get promised to get back to me in a day or two. As of this review it has been four days with no callback. I would advise people to choose another option when shipping an automobile.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

I called up Ship A Car and they were very courteous on the phone. They were understanding that at my age, I'm not quick on the computer and on a whole bunch of things. But I knew what I wanted. They said they would find somebody. They said, "Give us a day." They came back and gave me a basic price. Then they came back and said, "We found somebody who will do it for $50 less. It's enclosed. Everything is perfect. We've had a lot of good feedback with them." So I gave them my credit card and they took their money. I also paid for the extra insurance because it was a specialty car.   Ship A Car reduced the amount that they would get in their pocket by $50 when carrier number one could not pick up the car timely and they had to go to carrier number two, which was the fellow I ended up with. It was perfect. The guys were personable and it was a nice experience. The only thing was that I didn't know when the driver was going to show up. They said, "We'll pick it up Friday or Tuesday or Wednesday or whatever." They couldn't give me a time. So the gentleman called me and said that they were stuck at the car dealership so instead of getting here at 10 in the morning, they were going to arrive at 2:00 or 3:00. He kept me posted along the way telling me when he was going to arrive. So it was a pleasant experience. When the driver pulled up, he had a Porsche in there, which he pulled out and then put my car in the middle because of the way it was going to be dropped off at the other location. They strapped it all down. He took pictures before it left. Then it was in Nebraska from Long Island in a couple of days. They said it could take anywhere from four to six days, but it only took two and a half days. I was very pleased. My son looked at the car when it arrived and it arrived just the way it left.

Chad at Ship a Car Inc was awesome! Shipped my vehicle from South Dakota to Oregon. Not a very popular route but Chad ensured me he would find me a driver. First contact was on March 27 with Chad, he had a driver ready to go on April 3. On April 4th as the driver was en-route to SD his truck broke down. Chad called immediately and let me know what was going on. He said he was not going to wait for the driver to fix his truck and wanted to find a new trucking company. He called back on April 5th with a company and driver he felt much better about Little Sequatchie Transport LLC. Both Chad and the driver kept me in the loop the entire trip with pictures of my vehicle loaded on the truck, ETA's, etc... My vehicle arrived on April 11th and I couldn't be happier! Thanks to Chad at Ship a Car Inc and Bobby at Little Sequatchie Transport my vehicle arrived in a timely manner safe and sound! I recently purchased a Cutlass Supreme and initially used another carrier. I called my initial carrier to get a status and was told it would take 4 weeks to have my car picked up. I cancelled my order and I contacted Ship a Car. I spoke to Willie and made arrangements to have my car transported via an enclosed carrier. Within an hour, Willie called me back and my car was picked up that night and arrived in NY in 2 days. The car arrived with no issues. Willie was responsive and communicated all the steps the entire way. I would highly recommend them.

Everything worked out perfectly with Ship A Car. We were helped by Christie, and she was perfect. My daughter was calling her every couple of days to see what the status was. Initially, we got started on a rocky road, but that was our fault because we had a vendor that we thought was going to help, and he was scamming. I've made many moves over the years and this, without a doubt, was the most pleasant thanks to Joseph. He is a great communicator and was always there when I had a question. He was honest and couldn't have been a better partner is this event.  

Worked with Larry from Ship a Car a few months ago to ship a vehicle I purchased on the east coast back home to San Diego. Larry was detail-oriented, provided a driver with a fair rate, and picked up the car within the allotted time frame. The car was delivered earlier than expected which was the joy hiccup; as the vehicle was transferred from a tractor-trailer car hauler to a flatbed trailer from LA to San Diego. In doing so the delivery driver was given an incorrect phone number for contacting me. Fortunately, I was home at 10:30 pm to accept delivery. The other issue with this unexpected delivery is I didn't have the cash on hand to satisfy the balance due to the driver. However, a call to his supervisor and the payment was made via credit card. Would definitely recommend this coming and would use it again as they're properly insured as well.
