We recently had to get our car back to NH from PA when our son was in an accident had had to be transferred by ambulance. It was an extremely stressful time for us and Ship a Car was very helpful in making the arrangements. In fact, one of our son's friends helped make it happen, and with his help and the help of Bob Moran -- everything went off without a hitch. I recommend them highly.

I needed to vehicles shipped from 2 different states. I had booked with Roadrunner who was unable to provide transport when the deadlines arrived. Dana helped me get the first vehicle from Alabama to South Carolina and Bob really pushes the 2nd vehicles transport as I was on a timeline. With a promise of day after delivery I was impressed to be told that the vehicle a 2015 Porsche Cayman GTS had been delivered the next day!! I found Ship A Car online by typing the Top 10 auto transport companies... They were ranked #1... Nuff Said!!

When I leave a message, he always returns the call in a timely fashion. My agent was Lawrence Knapp. This was my first using a shipping company and Lawrence made this experience very stress free. I recently purchased a truck for my daughter in NJ and needed it transported to her in Florida. Bob was very easy and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. The truck arrived (safely) exactly when and where they said it would, and the carrier was dependable and vey responsive. I would definitely use them again, and would recommend to anyone who needs a vehicle transported!

I called Ship A Car and spoke with Les Grundleger. He was very helpful, very professional and very engaging. Les kept me informed at every step in the process and was always available when I called with questions. I had a very pleasant experience with Ship a Car itself. However, the company that my vehicle was dispatched to did not fare as well. The time schedule slipped on both the pickup and the delivery. In both cases they were hours behind the window promised and wound up picking up and delivering a day later than scheduled. I had to drive 5 miles to pick up my car because the driver said he couldn't get any closer because his rig was big. That didn't set well with me because the truck that delivered my household goods was a 73 foot tractor/trailor that dwarfed the transport and he backed it right down my driveway. Les actually followed up after the car was delivered and I told him of the issues I had with the trucking company. He promised to take it to management to recommend that they not be considered for hire if they were going to do that kind of thing. I would go with ship a car for their service, but stay away from Abraham Express if they get the dispatch.

Willie was wonderful to work with and motorcycle was picked up within a few days of my first call and arrived one day earlier than estimate which was great. This was going from Nebraska to my Marine son in California. The shipper assigned did not fill out a condition report and Willie told me there would be one so I asked but the driver didn't speak English well and kept brushing me off. There was a small chip on the back fender but I have left phone messages and emailed KP Turbo Transport that moved it and never receive a reply. I would use Willie again but maybe not accept quote from KP Turbo Transport.

I am currently fighting with this company for my move to Washington from Michigan. TL;DR- DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE TRASH I booked my service in mid November for a 12/13 pickup and a 12/23 delivery. I worked with Zachary. All seemed well. He said the driver would reach out to me shortly. They didn’t. The week before pickup I started getting antsy, so I reached out to my pal, Zachary. No reply. I called him, no reply. Sent another email, nothing. I emailed the driver, nothing. Called the driver, nothing. Finally 12/13 rolls around and I have no confidence they’re coming at this point. I call Zachary again, nothing. Finally mid day on 12/13 he calls me and says my driver is running late. Should be here on 12/15, should still make it by 12/23. Gives me an updated number for my driver. I call it. Nothing. Finally end of day 12/13 the driver texts me asking for photos of my truck. Then proceeds to tell me it absolutely will not fit in his enclosed trailer and that he can’t come. I call Zachary, nothing. He finally emails me back and says we’ll find another truck. I email him on 12/14 asking for an update. Nothing. I send ship a car inc a message on FB, nothing. I tweet @ them. Nothing. I use their website messager, nothing. It’s now 12/15, another 2 emails and 2 phone calls to my dearest friend, Zachary who promptly ignored them. I have absolutely no faith that they will ever get my car shipped and now just hope they will return my $300 deposit, but I am doubtful. SAVE YOUR TIME, SAVE YOUR MONEY, FIND SOMEONE ELSE.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

I was in a desperate situation. I was left high and dry by a transport co named nice car auto transport. My car was supposed to have been picked up on 11/14/13. I had put in my order form on 11/4 spoke to the owner. All my information was given. Called nice auto to confirm. I was lied to. At my wits end I called this co. Ship a car inc on 11/14. Spoke to Bryan at 6pm explained the situation to him. I told him I'm leaving to oklahoma on the 21st of November and I'm truly worried now. Bryan assured me and told me I will find you a transporter. In less than 12 hrs Bryan had left a message on my voicemail and the transporter was calling me by 3pm. By 6pm he had my car an told me that by Tuesday the 20th my car would be in oklahoma. We talked with Steve he was very professional. We had a bad experience with trying to find a company to ship our car. This was the second company we found after the first one kept delaying our pick up on of the car and changing the price everytime we talked to them. They gave one flat price, no hidden fees, and no extra costs. Shipped from California to Texas. Great experience if we ever have to move long distance again we will use this company to ship one of our cars again.

After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

Great company to work with.Janet Rinella was excellent and provided timely followup explaing how the pickup and delivery would be scheduled. Chris the driver and his copilot Jen did a geat job and provided schedule updates on both pick up and detination arrival. The car transport went well and without a hitch. We shipped a 2000 Camry from VA to NE. The only drawback was that it took 2 1/2 weeks to get a carrier. The pick up and delivery was flawless and the car was in the same excellent condition on delivery as on pick up. We received excellent service from our agent, Lawrence Knapp. We have no reservations recommending this company.

I used Ship A Car Inc to transport my car from California to Wisconsin. After reading a few reviews, yes, the transport truck could be a double decker truck with several cars. Therefore, the driver will ask you to meet him/her at a location near your home...This was my first time shipping a car . How do you find a reputable company? Well, I prayed and read reviews.. I spoke with Bob at Ship A Car, I felt comfortable with the rate and transportation terms. I had no issues. There were no hidden fees, the car was delivered on time and no damages. Thanks Bob for beinging friendly and honest.

We needed a last minute car pickup out of state, and Bob wasted no time to call out and find us a driver, and have our car delivered safely and promptly.He was courteous, reassuring, and efficient. We Will definitely use this company in the future, and certainly refer others to them.

This is a company of thieves and liars. DO NOT SEND YOUR CAR with them. THEY WILL TRICK YOU AND OVERCHARGE YOU. They will lie to you on every step of the phone call. NOTHING, I repeat NOTHING THEY PROMISED or agreed with is real. They told me they would charge 200 dollars for commission, but they will charge you 3,4,5x more from your credit card. They will promise you a closed truck, but they will send an open truck. In addition to the worst service I had in my life, the supervisor dismissed my complaints for over one week and their company and/or employee STOLE MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER. After providing them my credit card number (I rarely use this credit card that I provided to them), my credit card was used in locations around their office location in Florida. THEY COMMIT CREDIT CARD FRAUD!! Be aware, this is a scam only surpassed by the one committed by the Wolf of Wall Street. I will make sure no one uses them again, I will take the appropriate legal action and report them to the Consumer Protection Bureau

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

I had a motorcycle shipped on October 3rd, 2017. I would rate this shipment at 4.75 stars. The motorcycle was in excellent condition upon arrival. The communication with the driver was a bit lacking. I had to contact him to get info on when he would pick up and when he would arrive here. I had no idea when we were going to receive our shipment without contacting him.

If A customer WAS Calling Looking to Ship a car I would tell them To Ask For danny K. He was Awesome. Timing Was As Planned and We didn’t Have To Talk About Communication. they CALLED and Kept Us up to date every step of the way.

Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.
