Just moved two classic cars from Chicago to KC in the dead of winter. I asked for a two car hauler and the found someone fast. Was scheduled to have the cars picked up on Monday but the drive contacted me to see if he could pick the cars up a day early to get ahead of a big snow storm and bitter cold. On the back end I needed him to drive the cars up a long driveway and park them in the garage. He was easy to work with and did a great job.

I shipped a brand new $15,000 Yamaha Viking UTV from Montana to Oregon. Even though the driver did not have the title, it would have been easy to sell this this for $5000 to a ranch along the way and I would never see it. I did a lot of research on Ship A Car, Inc. before deciding to use them, and my UTV arrived safely and my wife is HAPPY! Not only did they give me the best price, but they shipped it in an enclosed trailer. I would definitely use them again.

I would not even give this company a star. They are unprofessional and when a problem exists they dig their heads in the sand and hope it will go away rather than to be responsive and take care of the situation and make it right by the customer.. That begins with the owner, who herself has not responded to my phone calls. If you want to put your auto in the hands of a company that will let anyone drive your car...than this is the company you want otherwise stay clear, as I will in the future!

I hired Ship-A-Car to transport a truck from TN to CA. Their service was excellent! They kept us informed on the schedule and picked up the truck from TN on the date they said they would. They delivered the truck to CA within the timeframe they said they would and kept us informed along the way. Much better experience than what I had with another transportation company. I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

I recently purchased a truck for my daughter in NJ and needed it transported to her in Florida. Bob was very easy and pleasant to work with. His price was competitive. The truck arrived (safely) exactly when and where they said it would, and the carrier was dependable and vey responsive. Made a car shipment happen in 24 hours that was taking forever with other company. I was willing to pay a few bucks extra. I'm giving SAC a 1 Star due to the transporter they assigned me (guilty by association). SAC (itself) were professional and courteous. Unfortunately, if they assign "Dones Auto Transport Inc:" to you, MAKE SURE you refuse them! The driver was nice enough but didn't speak english - per the dispatcher. And the dispatcher was anything but professional. I'm all for supporting small businesses but this husband/wife team were the absolute worse in professionalism and communication! This is why they probably don't have a profile under Google or Yelp! I was promised 5 star service but received the most bootlegged service ever experienced! Wednesday, March 23: Received a call from the dispatcher "the driver (Javier) is confirmed to pick up my car on Friday (March 25) & would call me 3 hours out." Friday, March 25 Driver was a no call/no show. Attempted to make contact via text and cell to no avail. Dispatcher finally calls back late afternoon - Driver stuck at DMV all morning renewing his registration & would pick up the car  Saturday morning by approximately 8am. Saturday, March 24: 9 am, No word from driver/dispatcher. Several calls/texts made & at 12.30 pm, dispatcher text's back stating her son had the phone & she didn't realize I called. Almost an hour later I'm told the driver caught a flat but was approximately 45 miles away. 3pm, driver arrives & picks up the car. Tuesday, March 29 5 pm, dispatcher texts me - driver needs to drop off "tonight" as another driver injured his finger. I asked for a time, she provided a two hour window which I refused due to the inconsistent communication & lack of confidence. She then became obnoxious and even sent me a photo of the injury (see attached - NOT FOR THE SQUEAMISH) & demanded I make arrangements for a late drop off. After A LOT of back and forth, she agreed to a Wednesday morning drop off. Wednesday, March 30 The driver makes contact stating he was onsite & unloaded the car only to find out he was at the wrong location. It took him another hour to get to the right destination. Two hours later, I finally got my car. I know as a broker, there is little SAC can do but this needed to be said! STAY AWAY FROM DONES AUTO TRANSPORT, INC!

I've been using Ship A Car Inc. for about five or six months, and they've done everything they told me they would do. They've kept their word. I've referred six, large customers to them already. Danny is one of the guys I've been dealing with in Florida, and he's done whatever he's told me he will do. He's kept his word.They need more employees like him! I had been looking for someone to ship my car for three weeks. I needed my car shipped from Alabama to Texas. The pickup location was kind of out of the way so I feel like that is why it was a longer process! However ship a car inc was the third company I found and had someone to pick my car up within a week! The price was a little higher but I felt that was due to the pickup location of my car. It was picked up on Thursday and delivered the next day! The only issue I ran into was a language barrier with the driver. However, he was very nice and understanding! I will book with this company again.

Used this company twice and each time shipped the car over 1200 miles without any problems or issues. Great company and extremely reliable. I used the customer service gentleman Steven each time and he was responsive and helpful throughout the process.

I had a truck I needed to ship from California to Texas. I check around to see who had he better rate and Service. I found Ship a Car Inc was the one for me. They were a little high in price, but you can’t beat the service. The Agent I was working with was Bob. He held my hand throughout the whole process. Even after my truck was delivered, he call me up to see if everything went OK and If I had any questions. Would I use Ship a Car Inc again? Yes, for sure. Ask for Bob.

I must say I was amazed at the service I received from SHIP A CAR INC....especially their customer service rep J. Meigs.... a sure asset to this company. I was in a bind ..my car was not going anywhere and he made it happen for me. There was constant communication... and any time I had a question my calls and emails were returned. My car was picked up on time....delivered safely... and the person who brought the car out also did a wonderful job. Would highly recommend and use this company again.

In October I booked shipacarinc to transport our car from NY to CA. We paid the deposit and were confirmed for 12/29 pickup and approx 1/3 delivery. Unfortunately, no one came to pick up our car. We were told the driver was on vacation. They never found a replacement. Calls went unanswered. We were left in the lurch. No explanation or apology. Do not use this company. They are unreliable and unresponsive. We have asked for our deposit refund and are waiting, waiting.

The only thing better than ship a car is Bob, who works at ship a car. Bob is a great listener who will help you get your vehicle where it needs to get to. Bob worked with us to get our rav4 moved from Florida to New York. He listened to our needs and wants and crafted a time and price that coordinated perfectly with our plans. Unlike many transporters, Bob gave us a quote which was believable, accurate, and was the price we ended up paying. He doesn't bait you with a low price which can't be fulfilled. I have already recommended ship a car to friends and will continue. Thanks Bob!!!

I recently hired Ship-a-Car to transport a car cross country. I had used another company several times in the past, but a friend recommended Ship a Car and they were substantially less expensive so I gave them a try. Everything was done as promised without any complications. The car was delivered in good condition. I now see that the reviews are quite mixed. Had I read them first I might not have used the company, but my experience was positive. I worked with Joseph.

I very early write reviews but this company deserving of my time to sit down and write one. I contacted Bob Moran after being left high and dry by another company. We were leaving in 3 days to relocate my son. He was going to be heading to New York shortly after relocating him so we were in a time crunch to have the car arrive before he was to leave. Bob worked tirelessly to find us a driver. It came down to an hour before my husband was going to make the 16 hour drive while we left for the airport and we received a call. IT WAS BOB and he had a driver. I have never had someone work so hard to make it work. He owed us nothing as I came to him late in the game but he didn't let me down. I feel like company works differently then most out there. This is a hard industry to trust. I give them 5 STARS!

I needed a car shipped on a short haul from Nevada to California on an ASAP basis because the hauler I had contracted with cancelled on me at the last minute. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve Goodman handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple of days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care of my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve Goodman and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again. in a heartbeat.

Easy and efficient. Finding a driver was a little difficult given my location but Stephen did it! The driver, Pavel, texted me with the estimated time of pick-up which was exact. I recently relocated and I needed to move my car, so I shopped around. I called around getting quotes, it was a lengthy process; I called ship a car and I was connected to Justin, he was so curtious and informative on the process of shipping a car. He explained to me in detail about the payment process and who to contact in case there was an emergency while my car was being transported. The driver he set up for me was very pleasant, they worked with me and made sure I was home before they delivered my car.
