I had an excellent experience working with Mike Logan from Ship a car, Inc. He gave me a better quote than I had found elsewhere online. From the time I got a quote from him to the time my car was picked up was 24 hours. It was also delivered to Florida a day early. The driver was Albert from Arizona Shipping. He was excellent. I was able to contact him to know the status of the delivery at any time. I am very please with both Ship a car, Inc. and Arizona Shipping. I would recommend these companies and I plan to use them again in the future.

This company is outstanding..VERY honest and straightforward ...at FIRST glance they seem high in price ... but they are not ...they know the market. I dealt with 2 other companies. they quoted much less but could not deliver. After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

Bob was AMAZING! I was in such a bind and had just found out some bad news about my dad’s health. Bob was very understanding and turned my situation into a positive one. I was searching for an Auto Transport company to ship my son's car from Lake Forest, IL to San Diego, CA. He is a Marine and stationed there. From start to finish Ship A Car worked with me to quote a very competitive price. They were very patient as I changed the drop off date a few times because it is very difficult to predict my son's schedule. He was beginning his new MOS with the Marines and he had not received his orders for his shift. I changed the drop off again, from Thursday to Friday when he mentioned that Thursdays he had specific duties and would not be able to leave the base to get his car. It was complicated because for obvious reasons, the delivery truck can't simply drive onto the US Military base. So, my son asked if they could drop the car off at a nearby Target close to the base and provided the address and a date and time that he would be allowed to leave the base. Ship A Car worked with me through all of these logistics. They picked up the car when they agreed and dropped it off as agreed, in perfect condition. My Son, thought this was a better deal than buying a new car at this point. My understanding is that the Marines on the base need some form of transportation. And although my son needed a car, he didn't feel he needed to purchase a brand new car at this time. I can't say enough about the wonderful and patient customer service for Ship A Car. Sam Ladin, the main customer service agent with whom I spoke most frequently, was so awesome! He even called me one evening - after I sent an email changing the drop off logistics - yet again - from his cell phone. He was home having dinner and stopped to deal with my issues! The drivers, Jesus and Saul were extremely professional and courteous as well! I give this company an A+!!!! My son called me and asked me for the contact details of Ship A Car because one of his Marine mates said he would like to do the same thing--ship his car from his home base; also in IL -- to California. IAlthough i have purchased a large number of premium & exotic cars online, surprisingly, this was the first time I've had to arrange my own auto transport. Heretofore, all my vehicle transportation needs were always handled by the dealers I was buying the car from. In this instance, I purchased a car from a dealer in St. Louis and had to ship it to my home in Louisiana. I thought I had to have an enclosed trailer. I used U Ship and suddenly I was deluged with calls. After trying to figure out the best choice, I finally just selected the enclosed transport that offered the best rate. BIG MISTAKE! The company was Regal a Auto Transport; they were the worst! First, while arranging transport, they said I entered the wrong zip codes & had to raise the rate (1st warning), then when I called back to speak to my dispatcher on 2 occasions, the owner, Mr. Regal (sic) hung the phone up on me both times, telling me to call back! I was horrified and offended. I was attempting to get my original dispatcher on the phone to see why my car had not been picked up at the dealer in the timeframe that would ensure the delivery date being met. It became obvious that Regal would not live up to their commitment to me of a specific delivery date. All they did was make an idol promise to get the business. A classic case of over promising and under delivering. At that point, I decided that Regal had to go, so I went online and checked rantings & reviews. After my research, although still skeptical, I selected SHIP A CAR based on its reviews. I spoke to Quinten Putman who guided me thru the process, offered recommendations, was courteous, friendly & professional booked my shipment while I was still on the phone with him. The car was to be picked up that day & delivered the next. I received the car today safe and sound! I was pleased with the whole experience, especially after my not so regal prior experience. I hig recommend Quinten and SHIP A CAR to anyone in need of fast, reliable auto transport.

I was very satisfied with Justen and SHIP A CAR for moving my car from Virginia to LA and back.  I saw some other people had their prices go up than originally planned for when they signed the first contract. The first price is just an estimate, and the extra ~10% added is to have a more competent driver, which I was fine with knowing that they will take extra care for my car. Overall, I was impressed with their work, and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a car mover.

WOW!!!! What an experience. My uncle who lived in Washington state had passed away and my family and myself found ourselves in quite a bind with what to do with his car. I contacted Tom at Ship-A-Car and he helped me through the whole ordeal. The price NEVER changed from his original quote. He was there for me to answer every question I had. Trust me there were a lot of questions. We made arrangements to have the vehicle picked up from my Aunts home and that exactly what happened. The driver contacted me and kept me informed when he was within a 3 hour window so I could be ready to receive the vehicle. Yes, it was dirty, but I totally expected that. Afterall, it was on a Big Rig driving on the freeway for a few days. Tom was so polite and such a great help. I highly recommend this company if you are in need of transporting a vehicle.

Ship A Car was the most organized professional business I've dealt with in a long time. I brought a large van bus from an auction and was deeply searching for a reliable and reasonably priced company. In my search, I called 5 companies and Ship A Car provided the best price. The lady in the office, Yvonne was wonderful, I'm not sure of her hours because I was able to reach her day or night so needless to say they exceeded my expectations.

I dont think this company does any real due diligence on their carriers. A 15hr drive to deliver a motorcycle took 4 days after original estimate was next day. $700 with their fees. No show, no call the original delivery date. Steve Goodman was barely responsive except for one call. Carrier they picked barely exists online. Thank god I made Steve send their insurance certificate and I made sure my insurance company would cover and do the chasing had damage occurred. If they arent providing oversight than just use UShip.

The rep was very helpful. Pickup was Clarkston, Michigan on a Wednesday and the car wasn’t delivered until the following Saturday. It was in the email, very clear, that it would probably be delivered on that Friday, 10 days later. I thought it would come on a Monday or Tuesday. But when I looked at the email, it clearly said Friday. It ended up showing up on Saturday, which was fine. I was out of state, traveling for work. So, I didn’t need the vehicle, but I just had to schedule my friend to be there. Thankfully, she’s a very good friend. I saw the car on Monday. It was very dirty but that’s expected. It was dirty when it left, but it was way dirty. But it was in the same shape as it was when I left it with my sister for it to be picked up. I already recommended Ship A Car, Inc. to a coworker.
