Great service! Used them twice to move cars from Florida to California. Both times drivers were excellent, cars came in great shape and drivers were very accomodative to hilly narrow streets of San Francisco and San Jose. Big thanks to Carlos - second driver. Ship A Car was recommended by my local car dealer to transport my car from TX to FL. Will Dublin was the coordinator. He handled the case very professionally and the car arrived as scheduled. The carrier was excellent and very easy to communicate.

I called for quote and talked to Willie. He gave good quote and explained how everything would go. I was sending my military son's new motorcycle (sent his last one last year). I was very happy with Willie and Ship A Car but didn't have good communication with KP Turbo Transport. The driver did not speak English well and did not do an inspection of bike before loading even though I asked for it twice. I had taken pictures before it went on truck so could show the paint chip on the fender was not there before the trip but have not been able to reach them - phone always has you leave a message but they don't call back and email is unanswered. It was picked up promptly and delivered very quickly though.

Representative Kristina was very professional and efficient. She was able to find awesome pricing and quickly secured transport of my car. I’ve used other transport services and have had terrible luck and service. I cannot recommend Ship-A-Car highly enough!!

They hauled my very expensive V8 chopper from OK to Clearwater, FL. Took care or it like it was a baby. Pedro the driver was amazing and Pepper the dispatcher was all over it from before they pick it up to the delivery. She was a life saver.

I was disappointed to see some very low ratings on Yelp about this company. I spoke with Steve and a guy named Mike transported my 2 cars from California to New Orleans. My driver's name was Mike and he called me every day to let me know where he was in his transport. The cars arrived in pristine condition and very timely. I guess everyone's experience is different...but I got all-star treatment.

My car was picked (on time) and delivered (2 days early) . If I do need to ship a car, I will definitely use them again. This review is easy! Janet Rinella at Ship A Car, Inc. Is a huge asset to that company. I had been through 2 miserable experiences with 2 transport companies, both of which I canceled after much frustration and NO results nor return calls, even after paying their required deposits. Learned through Google that best way to get auto transported is through a Broker. For some then unknown reason I called Ship A Car, Inc., and Janet Rinella answered the phone. Janet knows her stuff, is dependable, knowledgeable of this business, straight forward, kind, diligent, and FAST with results. From my first call with her, she found a transport company, located their driver and set up the pick up of the vehicle we were transporting to our grandson who is an Airman at Dover AFB, Delaware. This all was done by Janet's persistent follow up, contacting me daily every step of the way. She seemed to be as concerned for our grandson to get the car as we were. She is not only proficient at her job, she is caring, even to the point of asking me to contact her "no matter how late" when we met our driver and he drove it onto the ramps of the truck. That was last Tuesday. Our grandson received his car across country YESTERDAY! There is no doubt in my mind that had we hired any other company, we would still have that car in our driveway and our nerves and stress levels would be off the chart. In addition, throughout my many calls, texts and emails to Janet, we have developed a special and forever friendship. Her people skills are genuine, her work ethic is beyond reproach.

I would not even give this company a star. They are unprofessional and when a problem exists they dig their heads in the sand and hope it will go away rather than to be responsive and take care of the situation and make it right by the customer.. That begins with the owner, who herself has not responded to my phone calls. If you want to put your auto in the hands of a company that will let anyone drive your car...than this is the company you want otherwise stay clear, as I will in the future!

My company recently lost our transportation driver and we was in need of a company to give us quick turnaround and least expensive rates. Willie Dublin was awesome and worked with me directly all hours of the day and even while he was on vacation to meet our company needs. I am very pleased with the experience and customer service. Hey there 'ole Chad........ My vehicle was a 2000 Prowler.... Not a Rice Producers piece of equipment. All went well and once the manual was read. Started right up. Unbeknownst to me... or the Semi-Driver. The Security system automatically engages when the ignition is turned off. Vehicle would not start until the Security System was disarmed..... cause for a good laugh. Should the occasion develop in the future to ship another vehicle ----- REST ASSURED I WILL USE, SHIP-A-Car, Inc.... Thanks for all your assistance and Professionalism.

My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

We had an urgent need to transport a family member's car from NC to WA and Janet helped find our transporter/driver within a day or two and the car was picked up on-time shortly after that and safely delivered sooner than expected with excellent service and care for a competitive price.

Surprised ourselves with a new Harley while on vacation and needed a way to get it home (from Michigan to Nebraska). Emily was very helpful, polite and kept us informed of shipping progress. Our driver Sam kept in touch with us giving us with updates of his location and ETA. The bike arrived in perfect condition, Sam was very cautious with all the vehicles in his trailer - he even wore gloves to move the vehicles! We would defiantly work with Emily and Sam if we ever find ourselves needing a vehicle transported again.

i am very pleased with Jocelyn with Ship a Car, she helped me with booking a driver to ship a car to my son from Georgia to Utah. I recently shipped a motorcycle from Las Vegas to Washington Janet kept you posted during all those times that the let me know when the shipper was going to be there and did an excellent job of keeping you posted as to where my motorcycle was and it was delivered safely and earlier than expected and I really enjoyed ship a car's courteous and efficient Haley of my business thank you.

I dont think this company does any real due diligence on their carriers. A 15hr drive to deliver a motorcycle took 4 days after original estimate was next day. $700 with their fees. No show, no call the original delivery date. Steve Goodman was barely responsive except for one call. Carrier they picked barely exists online. Thank god I made Steve send their insurance certificate and I made sure my insurance company would cover and do the chasing had damage occurred. If they arent providing oversight than just use UShip.

After getting the run around from several shipping companies, I typed 5 best shipping companies into my browser, and Ship a Car popped up. We called and spoke to Harry, who was very business oriented. He quoted us a price, and had a driver within 3 days time! The car was picked up on May 5 from Reading, Michigan, and delivered to Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 6. Everything about this company was professional. We would highly recommend Ship a Car to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable shipping company.

First time transporting my Car out of state. My experience from the start was a great experience. My representative Dana was very informative and knowledgeable. Dana made sure I was inform Thur out the transport and even reaching out afterwards to make sure everything went well. I could not have asked for better customer service/ care. I was very happy with the my transport of my Mercedes. The car made it safe on time and not one scratch! The rates was very competitive. I would highly recommend to anyone.

These guys were able to help transport our vehicle within a 8 day span. They are fast, and Joseph provides great communication throughout the whole process. We are a used car dealership so obviously the treatment of our vehicle during transport was a big factor, yet the driver did not leave a single scratch on the vehicle that the Auto Auction had not previously done a report on. The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

I was a little nervous transporting my mother in laws Altima from Dallas to Plymouth. I called Ship a car and spoke with Bob M. He took the time to answer all my questions and was able to get a driver for me that day. The driver Vlad called me within the hour and picked up her car that night and it was even delivered a day early.
