My dad bought my son a car up in Wisconsin and we needed to get it down to Florida. I did a bunch of research online and found that Ship A Car was part of the Better Business Bureau. They had very good reviews. One thing I liked about them a lot was that they didn't badger me with calls all the time, unlike the other companies that I contacted.   Doug was the rep I had and he was wonderful and had very good communication. My dad lives in the middle of nowhere so we made a decision to add more money to the initial quote so that somebody would pick up the car. The driver was very nice and polite. He took pictures of the car. The car was perfect when it arrived and it was just like it was shipped when it left my dad's house. Everything was wonderful. We had such a good experience that my mother-in-law is using Ship A Car to ship her car out to Arizona at the end of the month.

Ship A Car did a good job. Their customer service was sufficient. I didn't have to worry about, “Where's the car? Or what are they doing?” Everything was in a timely manner. They had a man come here and he was of Lithuanian descent and he was new in the country. He was very kind and polite. He knew what he was supposed to do and did his job well. The car was delivered in about a day. He was very efficient. It worked out great.

I had excellent service through ship a car inc company. I just didn't feel quite comfortable with other companies. Quoted one price then raised the price last minute. There were many "outsiders" calling or texting me for a couple days and that was irritating. I was reluctant since I had no idea if these drivers had insurance or if they were legit or even if it was a scam. I called Ship A Car inc and Quinten Putnam was very knowledgeable, honest, and professional. I would highly recommend Ship A car inc. My car was picked up on time and delivered on time by FHT carrier services (Michael Dominguez driver) The quote was better than other companies I had spoken with and my experience was extremely professional. I had a good/positive experience with Ship-A-Car, and Howard Heller (my Ship-A-Car coordinator). I shipped my car from Charleston SC to Phila PA. The car arrived without issue, and actually earlier than expected. Just be aware that you may not get confirmation of final pickup and delivery until 1-3 days before pickup. That caused me a little apprehension as we got closer to the pickup date, but all worked out well. I would use this service again if needed.

Ship a car did a wonderful job shipping my cousins car. Sam was so nice and helpful with dealing with my father. My father was trying to take care of this transaction and make all the arrangements. I was the middle person to just clarify some things. Sam took the time to explain to me of everything that was happening and told me what was required from me/my dad. After getting the run around from several shipping companies, I typed 5 best shipping companies into my browser, and Ship a Car popped up. We called and spoke to Harry, who was very business oriented. He quoted us a price, and had a driver within 3 days time! The car was picked up on May 5 from Reading, Michigan, and delivered to Woonsocket, Rhode Island on May 6. Everything about this company was professional. We would highly recommend Ship a Car to anyone who is looking for an honest, reliable shipping company.

I needed my son's car shipped from Bluffton, SC to his home in Bear, DE. My sister Louise gave me Kristina Virtue's phone, sins she is working with her to have her car shipped from Queens, NY to Las Vegas. The car was picked up and was delivered on Monday, 2/22/2021 after 3:00 pm. Kristina did a great job and was very pleasant to work with. I told my sister what a great job she did. Riding my motorcycle cross-country from Florida, up to Jasper Canada, and down to California put a hurting on my hands. I was looking to cut out the San Francisco section of our trip and have the bike shipped to Carson City NV. I needed the bike there in two weeks; by the end of September. Two major shippers said they could not get the bike there until October. Then I had the good fortune of connecting with Ship a Car Inc. Steve G. handled my request and said they could do it. I was a bit nervous as Steve took a couple days to arrange transport and call me. But he came through and got the bike transported quicker than I would have expected. Since we were already in San Francisco, I called the shop in Eureka CA where I had left the bike for pick-up. As Steve had said, the bike was transported in an enclosed truck. The shop told me the driver was very professional and took a long time to make sure my bike was loaded and secured properly. I then called the shop in Carson City where the bike was to be delivered. They told me the bike was already there, that the driver had taken great care with my bike, and that he seemed very professional. This was a very difficult time-frame to deal with. This was not a pre-scheduled transportation issue. It was a last-minute decision on my part. The location of the pick-up shop in Eureka CA was only an every two-week area for the two other shippers I had tried. Steve G. and Ship a Car Inc came through. They saved our vacation and I am grateful, extremely grateful for the professionalism displayed. I would use their service again... in a heartbeat.
