After another company completely flacked out on my son's car pick up and wasted 3 days lying to me about that the car was going to be picked up the next day.......I called SHip-a-Car and told them I was in a real bind and needed the car picked up ASAP in order for it to get to Florida for the start of my son's job. They got back to me right away and the next evening a carrier was in my town to get the car. It arrived in Florida on time even thought the driver had to deal with a major subtropical storm. Don't fall for the cheaper price that other carriers offer, because at the last minute they will cancel because they cannot find drivers to do it for that price.

I had the pleasure of working with Meredith A from the beginning of shipping my car to the end of the transaction. Meredith was very professional and caring throughout the process. She answered all of my questions, and I had a lot of questions, and eased my fears of shipping my car. Whenever I called if she was on another phone call she always called me back in a timely fashion. I throughly enjoyed her work ethic and would not hesitate using her service again if the need would arise.

Had Ship A Car find someone to move a lowboy trailer. Worked with Kristina Virtue to find a power only unit. She was very prompt returning calls and emails. I would recommend this company for anyone needing their service.

This was my first time using Ship A Car INC., I had my vehicle shipped from Florida to California. I was satisfied and pleased that my car arrived to its destination in on piece on time. However, I had to do a lot of following up with them regarding the status of my car; I recommend that they develop an efficient system for customers to track their vehicles while its in route. Their cost were affordable.

I used this brokerage company to transport my car from NJ to Michigan, when I spoke to the original Sales Rep he told me that the vehicle would be transported on an 18 wheeler not on a Pickup truck towing a bed of 3 or 4 cars. That did not happen, then though the rest of the issue does not completely fall on their line of work they did nothing to help me out. The company that actually transported my car which Ship a car outsourced to did not initiate any communication at all. Throughout the process of delivery of my vehicle I was calling the shipper for time slots and changes in schedule. Never did the shipper call me to indicate a change in schedule. Then to add insult to injury due construction that was happening on my main street the shipper could not deliver the car to my house I had to walk a mile to go pick up my car, or I would have to drive 45 minutes away to pick up my car. Though the contract explicitly says the car would be delivered to my home. Again Ship A Car has nothing to do with this process, but in the end my contract is with Ship A Car, and when I complained about all these issues they did nothing to rectify the situation. The "Manager" asks me did the vehicle get delivered? I said yes, then that is all we promised. Such a piss poor way to handle the customer service end of things. Though most of the issues are the shippers my contract is with them and they deserved to be shunned for the way the handled the situation.

The price was right with Ship A Car and their guy was friendly on the phone. His name is David and he did a really good job. My UTV went from Racine to Las Vegas then from Las Vegas back to Racine. Each one was about three to four days. I just called the rep and told him to call me about a day before he got there and an hour before he got there.   They dropped the UTV off in Vegas with my buddy. When we brought it back to Racine, I was there and they gave me a call and told me the time the driver was gonna be there. I met him there and we took the UTV off the truck. It was just exactly the way I left it. The final price for the service was pretty much almost exactly what it was supposed to be. I was very happy with Ship A Car and I'd recommend it

The service rendered to me by Larry Farber was excellent. He went out of his way to help me promptly, courteously and with feeling. He was aware that during this process of getting my car shipped, my beloved wife passed away suddenly as a result of a Brain Hemorrhage. I was devastated and sometimes it was hard for me to concentrate. But Larry was very understanding and sympathetic. That was very commendable and he deserves high grades for his services.

I recently worked with Lisa P. on shipping my car across country, this was my first time having to ship something so large. My experience with Lisa was amazing, her customer service was impressive! She explained the whole process to me, something I could not get from any other company! Even thought the price was a bit higher my confidence in the process, and my understanding of everything made me completely satisfied in booking with Lisa. I had an excellent experience working with Mike Logan at Ship a car, Inc. He got me a quote lower than I had found elsewhere online. My car was picked up a day earlier and delivered a day earlier than I was told. The driver was excellent. His name was Albert. He works for Arizona Shipping. I am planning to move to other state and I will use Ship a Car, Inc again.

Prompt response to initial contact. Primary contact, Chris, was friendly, courteous, experienced and honest. Initial contact from shipping company was prompt and friendly. Driver contacted me promptly and met all promised phone contacts and meeting points for pickup and drop off. Driver was clean, courteous, friendly and familiar with the drop off point. Driver noted on the contract each blemish as I took pictures of my car. Car was delivered in excellent condition. As was hoped, car was dropped off on the early end of the delivery time spectrum. My experience with Ship A Car Inc was excellent and I would recommend them without hesitation.

Willie D. assisted me on a short notice request to have my two vehicles, a Honda Odyssey and a Hyundai Elantra shipped from Santee, CA to Round Rock, Tx. I initially had set-up a request with another company a month prior , told them my situation and the day I needed it due to my wife's and my job that would require transportation. They told me they can deliver on the requested date. The day prior of the initial pick-up, I received an email that changed the pick-up to 3 days later and a possible whole week before the car would make it. They told me that I never specified the need and that they told me that they said the pick-up could be 3 days prior. They had a whole month to find a transport company to fit that transport request. I cancelled with them, called Willie D. at ship a car inc and he had me set-up with a pick-up day the same day. He was fast, efficient and had great communication the whole way. I would recommend him and also Ship a car inc for anyone moving out of state. I also would like to thank Carlos at Carlos Transport who Willie D. found as he was very professional, on time and delivered on the day needed. Very grateful to both of them. Relieved a lot of stress on our out of state move.

I have been very pleased with the level of service I have received. The transport was quick and painless. The drivers were knowledgeable and respectful of my babies. The service was fast and accurate. And the setup was friendly and very helpful.

My car arrived within 4 days of pick-up. I was surprised because of bad weather that was happening bringing rain and ice. The driver was an interesting fellow who drives a 2 car carrier. We were able to talk to him for a few minutes and learned that his home is in New Mexico. He took great care unloading mine and another gentlemen's vehicle both going to the base. For future reference on delivering or picking up any vehicle from Minot. There is a church about one mile north of the main gate. It's perfect for loading and unloading vehicles. My Hyundai arrived in the same condition that I left it, dirty. But none the worse for wear. I was disappointed though, that it took 11 days to be picked up and the fee was re-nogotiated. My suggestion for a growing company is to find more carriers that will except credit card payments. Thank you for working so hard to be a part of the BBB and having a good website it was what persuaded me to choose you over other carriers. My family has asked for your number and I will be happy to give it. Ship a car Inc was informative, allowed the use of a credit card, hired a good driver, my vehicle arrived safe and within a week of pick-up, you are given the carrier's number to communicate drop off day and time, once the day of pick-up was finally arranged the pick up happened in a timely manner. We are military and we had to ship our 2nd vehicle from JBPH-Hickman, HI to Seattle, Wa. Using Ship-A-Car Inc was the best decision we could have made. They weren't the cheapest option, but you get what you pay for. Bob walked us through the entire process and he was constantly keeping us updated. We shipped our SUV 30 May 17, left Hawaii the very next day. Coming back stateside, we received some grave news. We had a death in the family. We now had to go on emergency leave, but our SUV was on its way to our new duty station. We had to leave right away and didn't know if we would be back in time for the delivery. Bob was an angel! He coordinated everything from our SUV being pick up at Seattle, Wa to the delivery being held without incurring extra charges on our part (Thank you Aaron!). The driver arrived in LA three days after the car had been picked up in Maryland. WOW! I got a call this morning at 9:15am that said that the driver was in LA...he must have hauled a** to get to the west coast in three days! I canceled all of my appointments and events today in order to meet the driver. I kept calling the cell number on file/dispatch and got updates in 2 hour increments. "There are other cars in front of yours. It could be about 90 minutes." I stayed home all day long. The car was delivered around 9:15pm. I had seen the driver/truck drive by my apartment building at 8:30pm I called twice to find out where the driver was. It turns out that he unloaded the car and drove it to my apartment at 9:15pm. Physically, the car was great. No dings, scratches, dents, etc. from making a cross-country trip. Ultimately, that's the best review ever. Losing a day on a holiday weekend...well, I made the best of it, so I can't complain too much. Thanks for all of your help.

This company is awesome, I have used them 3 times in the last 5yrs, all 3 with great success, I talked to Len, gave all the pertinent information and 3 days later the car got picked up on time by a very professional driver that took great care loading and securing the vehicle for an 1800mi ride, a day and a half later he delivered on time and in perfect condition, all as agreed 👍 all done by 1 driver , no transfers or anything like that, I would definitely used them again , Len is like the commercial said, "SET IT AND FORGET IT, Len took care of everything, just as it should be.

Excellent customer service from Dana Briones from inquiry until the successful drop off of my new car from Pennsylvania to Los Angeles, CA. She was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reassuring and made herself available when I called to check on the location of my car after 4 days. I was also provided with the driver's full name and cell phone number. I most appreciate that Dana was honest about the estimated transport pick up and delivery time frame. The driver Alex was the absolute best. He called me and the car dealership the morning he picked up my new car. We spoke about 4 days later and he told me his expected delivery day. On that day, he texted me to let me know the time based on his GPS. He arrived earlier than expected. This was my first time purchasing a car from the internet, from another state and using an auto transportation company. I did have anxiety in the beginning. However, EVERYTHING went smooth and I have nothing but great things to say about Dana and Ship a Car Inc.

I needed to transport my car from Kentucky to Nevada. I requested a quote and received one via email. I then received a phone call from Bob M. Bob worked with me explaining the process for shipping a car and once I had sent in my paperwork he went to work finding a driver to transport my car. When the first driver's dispatcher called to let me know my driver's truck broke down, I immediately called Bob and explained the situation. He got to work finding a new driver for my car. My experience with DANA was amazing. She was very profesional from the first phone call. I will give her 10/10 in keeping up with communication when I was concerned with the Truck driver and his lack of communication. Car was picked up on time and delivery was on time. (PA to CA move was done in 4 days). I did have some issue with the truck driver regarding pickup and delivery timings but Dana kept good communication with me. I have a new 2019 model of luxury car and it was delivered in very good condition. Please ask for Dana when you call.

I booked vehicle transport with Ship A car Inc, twice in the past month. The first, the seller cancelled the sale the day that the hauler was scheduled for pick up. YIKES! Contacted Lisa from Ship A Car and she handled everything. I found another BMW K75 for sale, bought it..., and the first call that I made was to Lisa from Ship A Car. Once again, Lisa and Ship A Car Inc. handled everything exceptionally well. Vehicle pick-up and delivery by a company specializing in motorcycle transport. The vehicle arrived earlier than expected (2 days instead of 4) and in perfect condition. Lisa was great at communicating via email and phone (even for a customer that doesn't have an umbilical to his phone.) Would use them again..., in a second!

We used this broker, after getting rid of another who was not straight with us. Ship A Car, called us, gave us a date, the trucker (Exit-15) picked up the car that day, and delivered the car half way cross the country in 3-4 days. All worked out according to plan. The driver of the truck was a cool hard working guy. There were 10 cars on his rig, we were lucky to be the last car on and the first car off. We have read email reviews and saw all the tales out there. I am sure there are good and bad stories. We are a good story, it all worked on time, we got the car to a place where the driver could pick it up. This rig is too big for some small roads. And he called us 8 hours a head of drop of time, and met us in front of the hotel where he unloaded our 2007 Camry.

I worked with Justen to ship my car from Michigan to California, he is very kind and patient and the communication is great throughout the process. My situation is a little bit special, in early May, I made a deal with Justen that the release date will be July 10th, however, on June 19th, my schedule has changed and I need my car to be transported as soon as possible. After I told my concerns to Justen on June 19th morning, he replied a few hours later saying that he has arranged a driver and my car is ready to be picked up this afternoon!!! Great thanks to Justen and my car arrived at California on June 23th! I gave him difficult circumstances, but his professionalism made it a easy move. Although Ship a Car Inc is more expensive than others, but if you think of their service, it is totally worth the price! And in Ship a Car Inc, if you are looking for a smooth and worry-free transportation process, Justen is your man!!!

Delt with Bob M, everything went very smoothly with my car transport . He was professional and a pleasure to deal with. I hired a different company and they dropped the ball and were not truthfull .Then I contacted Bob and he did exactly what he said . My car transport without any problems. Bob was great at his job and really helped me out through the whole process. They say you have to have a certain weight limit in your car and everything but bob was able to find me a driver who helped me with that and let me put a little more weight in. He even found me a driver in just a day time since I needed my car out in Arizona in a rush. I highly recommend this company you and your car will be in good hands the whole time.

His customer service deserves him to be an owner of this company. And he should get a raise of 50% in my opinion. Because he communicated on a level that all customer service people should learn from this man. He returned calls and texts with in 24 hours and was honest and transparent if he could meet your deadline. The company is a rip off. Quotes you a lower price with intent to use excuses to squeeze you for more money. Only thing that was concrete is a lie from them. Offered lie after lie and makes promises that later they use their contract to justify that anything they say is propaganda to get your money. Offered no refund and cost me almost $1000 when the original price was $600 because they couldn't deliver on getting the car in the window we discussed before paying. After several days of runaround for me I had to spend more money to actual get my car transported. They talk the talk just like a used car salesman.
